I called for an appointment for my 7 year old to have her lower gum checked and the lady who helped me make the appointment was so kind and friendly, she inquired with the doctor and called me back suggesting an appointment. My husband took my daughter yesterday and she was very nervous. The office made her feel so comfortable, and welcomed. She came home with a goodie bag that had a stuffed animal, toothbrush, toothpaste, and travel blanket. The doctor was very thorough and explained everything to my husband. They had requested my daughters prior x-rays before our appointment. My daughter said the dentist was very nice and told her what a great job brushing she is doing and to keep it up! Would highly recommend this practice. They really care!

I was nervous about getting an implant, but it was very fast and simple..even during the COVID-19 craziness. I was in and out in under an hour and the procedure was pain-free! What I really appreciated as a busy mom was that they provided me with a gift bag with everything I could possibly need when I was done...prescriptions for pain medication and antibiotics, pudding, jello, soup, water, a toothbrush with sensitive toothpaste, ice pack etc. I went right home and was set up for the whole day of healing! They even called later in the evening to make sure everything was ok. The procedure was great, but its those little things that make a huge difference in my opinion!

Everyone is so kind here. Dr. Farah is very thorough, he spoke with me as if Id been under his care for years, and today was only my second visit. Although it had been years since my first visit, I was reminded how well I liked him & his staff. He expresses genuine concern & commitment to your treatment. Awesome practice!

I came to Dr. Farah to get a dental implant placed.I have been impressed with him and his practice. Here are some things I noticed: (1) he has a system to send out reminders before and the day of the appointment, (2) his staff are organized and work together really well, (3) I have not had to wait very long at all for the three appointments I have had so far related to this implant, (4) Dr. Farah and his staff are all personable and patient in answering questions.All of these things suggest to me that Dr. Farah is hands-on in all aspects of his practice to ensure the best care possible.

I have been to see Dr. Farah once and have every intention of returning as soon as I can. I live in Athens, OH and alternate between my dentist here and him because I feel he is the best complimentary support I have concerning my teeth and gums. I felt a sincerity and honesty from him that you do not always receive with people in the medical field. His staff was extremely kind to me, and did whatever they could to help me understand the financial benefits and assistance that could provided. They have consistently checked in on me to in an attempt to remind me the importance of coming back and following up. I recently used Dr. Farah and his staff for a double implant of somewhat unusual difficulty. The good doctor and his staff performed flawlwessly. My first impression was favorably colored by the warm and engaging welcome upon first arrival. Throughout the diagnosis and discussion of options, I was continually consulted and kept informed, almost as if I were a team member rather than a mere patient. The way in which I was included in the entire process was not only refreshing but utterly reassuring. The procedure itself went flawlessly. A friend and her mom suggested I go to Dr. Farah. I had not seen a dentist in a couple of years since relocating. Dee was so wonderful and I love the way she educated me during everything she did. Dr Farah has been my dentist for over 8 years now. The treatment has been very professional and up to date, as he teaches at dental school. The staff are very friendly with smiles and competent. Dr. Farah has worked a miracle with my dental- periodontal issues. I am confident that I would be on the verge of full extraction-dentures if it weren’t for the laser periodontal procedure I had one year ago. I realize the treatment is quite expensive, but worth every penny!And special kudos to Jen. She somehow makes you feel happy to be there ( this is a dentist office, right?) from the moment you walk in the door. I had a small growth on my tongue as a result of a string bite just a few years ago. About 6 months ago, I bit again quite strongly that growth and it kept hurting for 3-4 months. I decided to have it removed. A family member, who had had implants done by Dr Farah, recommended himIt took about 25 min to have the growth excised. Not only were Dr Farah welcome and friendliness eased the idea of the small surgery, but his careful but precise handling were quite impressiveI would recommend wholeheartedly Dr Farah and would surely go Gain to him if I had any procedures to do in my mouth

I have had pain surrounding 2 teeth. Dr Farah gently examined the areas and explained in great detail what was happening to the tissue. He advised the laser treatment. I had the procedure done and within that day I could feel a difference. The original pain is now gone!

Im had three implants in 2007. Once a year I go in for my checkup and cleaning and have had not one problem. Dr Farah and his staff are not only most skilled and professional, they put you at ease and treat you with the highest regards. In my last visit, Dee, the dental hygienist, gave me the best examine and cleaning I ever had. She started with a oral cancer examine and the cleaning was done with the newest latest process. I believed she called it a, ultra sonic tool I just came away so impressed with the whole experience. I thought the staff and doc was great. The only reason I would not give it 5 stars is because you have to pay for your service up-front even if you have insurance. You pay for the entire procedure and then the staff submits the claim for you. Then at some point your insurance will reimburse you. For me a 5 star office would be more flexible and either bill you later or find out what the insurance will pay then make you pay the balance the day you have the service not have you pay for everything then wait to be reimburse. That process would probably prevent me from going to this office in the future and it is unfortunate because I really liked the doc and staff.

Having a dental procedure is certainly not a favorite activity of mine, and I am always grateful for those dental offices that are very neat and clean and that have friendly and competent staff. Dr. Farah and his staff were all that and more; and together, they all made my visits there as comfortable as possible, and I felt very cared for. Dr. Farah is very patient and very gentle, and takes time to explain and answer questions. And he personally called me the day after my procedure to inquire about my condition.

Im 37 years old and was told by my dentist that I needed to get my wisdom teeth extracted! I was TERRIFIED! This office was not where my referral was but I chose to come here because my dad had extensive work done by Dr. Farah and absolutely loves this office! The whole staff is seriously amazing, they treat you like royalty. Ive never experienced anything like it! The office is gorgeous and they made me feel as comfortable as was possible, given my extreme anxiety about the situation. Dr. Joshi does the wisdom teeth extractions and he was extremely quick and I was very comfortable during the procedure. One nice thing they do.... during my follow up visit, there was an extra long wait for me due to an emergency appointment before me. The staff gave me a nice card and gift card as a way of apologizing for my long wait. Who does that?! This place it top notch!!!

I have been going to the Center for Advanced Periodontal & Implant Care Inc. for over 5 years. I had surgery and go back for biyearly checkups. I recently had a gum graft. The staff is amazing! Dr. Farah is excellent! He is very thorough and very caring. Everyone who works there has a great personality. The staff is very friendly and very helpful. I attended Dentistry from the Heart June 17, 2016 and was so pleased with Dr. Osborne for being able to save my front tooth! Dr. Constantin Farah examined the tooth first and felt it might be saved. I was then seen by Dr. Robert Osborne, one of the dentists who were providing free dental care that day. After Dr. Osborne took an xray, he determined the tooth could indeed be saved and he proceeded to fill it, painlessly. I did indeed leave with a smile and a very grateful heart for the generosity of the dentists and staff who provide this wonderful yearly free service!

Staff is always cheerful and pleasant. Look forward to the appointments for the interaction with everyone. Dr. Farah is one of a kind, a wonderful caring doctor that takes his time to explain everything.

The ambience was like a tranquil Zen-spa.And the bathroom!?!? WOW! It is pristine & draped with little extra touches- little rolled hand towels, pretty décor, complimentary toiletries, fragrant eucalyptus sprays…& on & on.I walked out with a BIG SMILE & I even got a surprise gift! My experience there was PERFECTION!

Very impressed with the courtesy and friendliness of the staff and of course Dr. Farah. Very clean and up to date rooms and equipment. So far the excellent work Dr. Farah did to save my tooth has been a blessing. Highly recommended.

Dr Farahs office is staffed with pleasant and professional women. It is a calm, soothing atmosphere and my teeth look their best when I leave. Dee does a wonderful job as did Mary before her. Dr. Farah hires the best.

I recently moved to the Canton area and needed a periodontist. I was very pleased with my experience at Dr. Farahs office. The office staff is extremely helpful, courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. Dr. Farah was thorough, kind, and helpful. I appreciated the professionalism of the staff and the cleanliness of the office. I have another appointment and feel I have found the office that will meet my periodontal needs.

I wanted to thank yall for everything you did for me and many others, on free smile day. Not only did you extract my back tooth that had gradually gotten worse over a 3 year period of time due to not being able to afford to get it pulled. But you kept us entertained while we waited to be seen. The wait was not long and everyone of your staff and volunteers where very friendly and helpful. For your office to take an entire day to donate your time and money to help those in the community is truly a blessing from above. I was very pleased with my first visit to Advanced Periodontal & Implant Care. The front desk ladies dealt with a uncooperative former dental office graciously. Dr. Farah is knowledge and kind. Mary was an excellent hygentist and had a warm and entertaining approach to dental care. I left, pain free and laughing-- now what more do you need in a review.

Dr Farah & his staff or dedicated, professional, skilled, understanding care givers. Each has a specific area of expertise which helps the patient to know he/she is in the best office for his/her needs. I have been a patient for over 10 years and believe I have had expert care for all of those years!

3 years ago I had extreme problems with my gums. I was finally able to afford the treatment necessary to take care of this problem. Dr. Farah and his staff have been phenomenal in the treatment and follow up care. The bleeding in my gums is gone for the first time in 20 years. From Dr Farah to the girls at the desk to the best dental hygienist Dee the experience has been painless. Thanks again for all you did and continue to do for me.

Oh my gosh, I have told all my salon clients about my 1st visit there And, they even have bottled water with the office name & info on it......I think my jaw dropped (no pun intended) when Dr. Farah was telling Tara which teeth he will be working on, and she stood there and took it all in her brain without writing it down on paper. I looked up and said Youre gonna remember all of this hes telling you? She smiled and said Yes. He sang her praises about how efficient she is. I go back next wk for my treatment plan. The Center was a fantastic experience for me. I am a bit skiddisg, but they put me right at ease - like they were genuinely glad to see me. The surroundings are quite pleasant and the staff is friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. They took the time to do the right tests, explain the results in detail and come up with a comprehensive strategy to fix my issues. Dr. Farah is a professional to the core, and was more than willing to explain everything he had in mind so I could understand it. They even have a financial coordinator who went out of her way to help me find some workable options. They have great referrals for work needing to be done outside that office. As I said in the beginning, this was jus a tremendously positive and encouraging experience for myself, and I will absolutely refer other people to come participate in this Centers care.
