The dentist is great. Takes his time and lets you know what he is about to do. The ladies are fantastic. They takes their time on what they are doing and make sure your comfortable and not in pain. The ladies in the front office are friendly and personable. Highly recommend going to this dentist office in Canton, Ohio

My second visit, the staff is great. Last visit I was on the fence with the Dentist, he seemed uninterested, almost like he couldn’t wait to leave. Today however, he proved me very wrong. Like I said all of the staff is great, including the Dentist! 😜

The most unprofessional dentist I have ever been to.After quite a long wait, 30 minutes the assistant took me back for X-rays, she was nice and very professional. I was then taken to a chair, the girl looked at X-rays and my tooth of concern. the “dentist “ came in and was speaking with girl behind me, about my case . Never once said hello and never introduced himself. Tilted me back without giving the polite warning that he was doing this, looked in my mouth, still never acknowledged I was there! Then was going to start jabbing my teeth and I told him not to because I have very sensitive teeth, which he would have known if he bothered to speak to me. He said it’s my call and that’s when I said I don’t even know who you are!!! He said well, when I go to my doctor I know who I’m seeing. I told him I’d never been to this office and had no idea his name or anything. He left never telling me his name. Will NOT go back there. I will drive the two hours to my old dentist in Columbus.

Truly the most unprofessional office I’ve ever been in. One) don’t tell me I’ll need an X-ray just to force me into your rewards program. You’re not a dentist you don’t know. Two) try to act a little bit more professional and not talk about your patients when they’re standing right there. Lack of professionalism all around, but I guess I shouldn’t expect much from a place like this. Won’t be back

Hudec Dental 🦷 is amazing. Several staff have worked on me & I am so VERY PLEASED with all of them. Pleasant & kind are the staff and very knowledgeable in the work. Such a pleasant & warm environment. I was scared of going to the dentist prior to going to Hudec due to a scare at another place, but thanks to the wonderful staff, those fears are gone. I’m so glad that Hudec is where I was directed to by the VA.

They were great. Needed in and was able to fit me in within an hour. Very pleasant and friendly. Love the job they did. My crowns are beautiful. Im still 😃

I had fillings done here around 5 months ago and have been in pain and showed up for my appointment today with my wife and kids, my wife was in there getting work done and I had to feed our 6 month old daughter and wait for her to come out so that I could go in, I walked in 10 mins late due to having to feed my baby and the lobby was empty / no one there and the front desk lady was very rude and told me to leave and they refused my treatment. Absolutely ridiculous, I will never come here and I will never recommend this place to anyone, very ignorant workers.

Brittany, Cari, and Dr. Bous took really good care of me while I was at their office. They made me comfortable while getting my braces on and while getting them off. I recommend going to Hudec Dental in Belden Village😁

I give this Hudec Dentist at Belden Village 1 STAR as my oldest daughter went to him for a crown and he drilled and left the drill bit IN HER TOOTH! He couldnt remove it and it caused my daughter a lot of pain for weeks. Finally, she had another Dentist pull her tooth! She had no choice! How did this guy get a Dental License?

I was scheduled to have a root canal as well as a crown or cap.I dont have dental insurance so I pay cash.The dentist took a closer look, did some tests to see what I felt and didnt & the care plan changed. He saved my tooth & was able to just do a filling. AMAZING!!!!!!!

- We signed paperwork in good faith that Hudec Dental would provide the services as described which includes properly performing the necessary orthodontic work as well as properly submitting billing paperwork to our insurance companies. This clearly hasnt been the case.- Our daughter has had 4 orthodontists in her time at Hudec Dental. The first orthodontist had plan of action he followed but then left for another office. A second orthodontist took over and had a different plan of action which included pulling some of our daughters teeth. This doctor then left as well. Her original doctor returned and took back over her care but seemed aimless at what to do now that teeth had been pulled. This then quickly retires and another doctor took over who seems to just be going through the motions with no clear plan of action on fixing our daughters teeth and no timeframe of when she will get her braces off. Based on reviews online this isnt an isolated case as there are others who have made similar complaints.- It is not our fault that Hudec Dental didnt properly bill our insurance companies for the work done. It is suspicious that this wasnt brought to our attention until two years after the fact when we started receiving bills that we owed money. The bottom line is we shouldnt owe anything.- It is our impression that Hudec Dental (at least in the case of the Canton office) treats those with a Medicaid insurance whether it is primary or secondary (as in our case) insurance differently. It seems a lower standard of care is given to those with these types of insurance. The majority of the staff has been and is very impersonal. We have wondered if the type of insurance an individual has dictates how they are treated and the quality of service provided to them.- We am hoping that these issues can be resolved in-house immediately and that no further action is needed on our end.

Been to Hudec twice now. I’ve had some serious dental work done and Dr. Vic (Victor) is the best I’ve ever been to for dental work. The staff are also 5 stars. They keep you informed of what what is going on and that really relieves anxiety.

I cant believe this place has any good reviews. Dr. Vic should have his license revoked and be barred from practicing dentristy. I was a patient there for about 3 years. I never once received a cleaning but lost track of how many fillings they did. Its nearly impossible to get ahold of someone to make an appointment and you usually get the call center. They only schedule 3 weeks out and if theres nothing available they just say call back.This time I had a filling come out of one tooth. He extracted a tooth on the opposite side and never even mentioned my options for replacement. So my molar on the other side took most of the work. The first time I was seen was April 1. He did nothing. He just said it needed a root canal and to schedule back. He yelled at me and said I cant just come in every few months in pain and expect him to fix it. I expressed how hard it was to get an appointment and he said its not his fault. The assistant said she heard that from a lot of patients and said shed set me up with an appointment. I was given a prescription for amoxicillin and sent away.The next available appointment was the end of April. I was Im pain but obviously planned on getting a root canal this time. I waited for an hour in the waiting room then another 30 minutes in the chair. Dr Vic finally came in and accused me of not finishing my antibiotics because my tooth still hurt. He then said my teeth were so bad he should just rip them all out and give me dentures.  He seemed to expect me to tell him that was okay. I said I just wanted the root canal and Id get a second opinion on the extraction. He pushed for extraction again and when I said no again he said he wasnt doing the root canal today because he didnt have time for me to act like a baby. He walked away. He never even allowed me to ask him questions or express concern. He just walked out of the exam space. Literally in the middle of a sentence. I was upset and asked the assistant about it. She seemed afraid to even agree that he treated me badly. I was given another rx for amoxicillin. I asked if they could write it for a different one as amoxicillin is not good for another medical condition condition have. She said she would ask. 20 minutes later she just says Im good to go and doesnt give me a difference rx. Just says to reschedule for the root canal.The next appointment was once again a month later. By this time Im in excruciating pain and just ready for the root canal. I waited 30 minutes in the waiting room and another 20 in the chair. When he finally came in he said wow Im surprised you even came back. I thought you were gone for good. Who did your second opinion? Oh you couldnt get in anywhere? Im not surprised no one wanted to see you. Again pressuring for dentures. I just dealt with the verbal abuse because I wanted my tooth fixed. He never even looked in my mouth. He laughed and said this wasnt an appointment for a root canal (even though I clearly made it for that reason) and he wasnt doing it today. He said if I was Im that much pain hed never get me numb enough to work on. And left. I begged the assistant to reconsider. She said shed ask him again.  Another 20 minutes later she came back with a prescription for amoxicillin and said to reschedule. I said I was worried they would still schedule too far out and the infection would come back. She assured me it would be sooner.Imagine my surprise when the next appointment was a month away. I walked out.I have since been to 3 different practices who said the suggestion of extraction and dentures was completely unprofessional and absurd for a young person.Dr vic is rude, unprofessional, sarcastic, and mean. I truly feel bad for the people working with him

I chose this facility because I have severe dental anxiety due to facial paralysis & had heard they were gentle and professional. I had broken tooth #3. I was petrified. I cried during my examination. I was told I needed a root canal which they started but were unable to finish. I was then referred to an endodontics specialist to complete my root canal. So I had to explain my situation to another doctor. (It cost me over $1000 there for the root canal). However they dont do crowns which means I had to go back to Hudec to get a crown. So now on my third appointment, they decide to drill into my #4 tooth as well (which was not bothering me) and advise me that they are going to make a crown that will cover both teeth so it will be stronger.When I make my next appointment I am told I can pay half now/half later or all now. Then they tried to present me with this bill that included a root canal for #4. I got upset because the bill was more than $800 more than discussed. And no one ever asked me if I wanted work on #4. At that time another woman who had been working on my mouth with the doctor explained to the receptionist that we didnt do a root canal on #4. I then paid what I was told was my total cost for my next appointment and left.When I came back for my 4th appointment, I waited for almost an hour in the dental chair while listening to the happy birthday song on repeat to be told that the crown they had made only covered tooth #3, which would have been fine if they had left the #4 alone but since they took it upon themselves to drill it- I cant leave it uncovered. This means of course- a 5th appointment. At this time I am told by an awful woman at reception/scheduling that it is going to cost me another $800. I argued with her that I was told on my last visit that I was all set & everything was paid for. She just kept saying well I wasnt here last time and kept trying to explain my bill to me in the most condescending way. I tried to explain what they said on my last visit & again she just kept repeating that she wasnt there last time and there was nothing she could do. I told her that because they had sent me to an endodontics specialist- I ended up over my annual max for insurance so I would have chosen to wait to get #4 done- I would have never agreed to any additional work on a tooth that wasnt bothering me when I cant afford it. But now I have no choice, I have already paid way more than I can afford and now I have to come up with the money BEFORE I can get my tooth fixed. I ended up leaving in tears and I still have not made that 5th appointment.Needless to say, my experience has made my anxiety worse. If I had not already paid for most of my work, I would never step foot in that building again. I just wanted one broken tooth fixed. Now I am in debt and have a weird temporary crown that I am afraid will fall out at any moment.

Ive been going there for years and Ive always had a good experience, no matter the circumstances for the visit. The staff is kind and professional. The environment is clean and they play good music. Overall good vibes and comfortable atmosphere.

Ive gone to the Canton location for quite some time and Im always satisfied with the amount of care they take in making sure youre satisfied. Im so impressed with this facility that I find myself recommending them to everyone.

Im an existing patient who was trying to schedule a cleaning. I called the clinic last week and no one answered the phone - I was able to leave a voicemail, but no one called me back. I called again a week later. Theres no option for existing patients to make appointments on the phone prompts, when I choose the final option for additional questions for existing patients I was transferred to Orthodontics. I was then transferred to the dental side of the clinic for a cleaning. After being on hold for several minutes, the woman who answered my call was short and rude with me. When I addressed the no call back and the lack of prompts for scheduling appointments for existing patience, she said it has been busy. Im glad its been busy for them, but that is no excuse for that kind of attitude or rude tone. I do not recommend this office and after reading the reviews, Im glad I didnt schedule and waste my time with this clinic. I have been there two other times and it wasnt this difficult, but the service and the layout is also not nearly as pleasant as other offices Ive visited in the past.In response to the owner - Yes - that person who I spoke with was in fact rude and not pleasant. The issue has nothing to do with appointment availability. It has everything to do with poor customer service. Now, I see in your response that I am being called a liar. Your reply is disregarding the issue - poor phone prompts, failure to return a call from a voice message, and rude/short responses from your staff - This has nothing to do with your availability. Unfortunately your response is not addressing the concerns above.

Slapdash dental work for the unfortunate people that are lacking in private dental insurance. No nitrous for anxiety or pain, and mediocre bedside manner makes one feel more like a volunteer at some dental school instead of a valued customer at a real dentist office. 😕

I have had 3 different orthodontist (in three years) in the time I have went here and my teeth hardly look different however I already paid in full so I will stay. They are now also charging for the “extra” PPE they have to wear because of COVID which doesn’t make sense because they have always wore gloves and face masks so why are we now paying for them to wear that? If I hadn’t already paid off my bill completely a year ago I would definitely go somewhere else. I do not recommend the canton office.

Every-time I schedule an appointment they cancel it the same day. thee last time they canceled they said their hygienist had a doctors appointment. I was told they knew she had this appointment but the appointment scheduler forgot.The manager Amanda was very condescending and basically told me she didnt care I took off work to come to the appointment and also told me there was nothing she could do... AVOID THESE PEOPLE

I was really impressed with Hudec Dental. Place was clean. The girls were friendly and treated me FANTASTIC!! All of them reassured me because I was getting part of my wisdom.tooth removed. The Dr. and the girls made me feel like family. So kind and respected me. I was a little bit frightened to have it removed! They where great!! Never felt a thing!! People are nice but place is a joke. Put one of my brackets on upside down and didn’t notice for 3-4 months. Had 4 orthodontist switches through out my years going which greatly extended how long I needed to have them on for. If you can afford it go somewhere else.

Hygienist and Dentist professional and thorough even under current pandemic. January 5, 2021 5 star for this appointment! I broke a tooth and the tooth next to it cracked. Dr. Kulick expertly removed it. Allie, his aide, was informative and professional. Dr. Kulick provided a treatment plan that I can use and afford. Allie provided all costs up front. Dr. Kulick was very friendly. I love that he came in and was straight to the point.He made me feel very comfortable and we came up with a plan and I was on my way.I scheduled an appointment for tomorrow to have a wisdom tooth removed. I’m no longer nervous about having the extraction done after talking with him.

I was kind of worried about going here because of the reviews but I am so glad I gave them a try. I chipped my tooth and needed to be seen sooner than later and they were able to get me right in. I had trouble looking for a new dentist office after moving locations and I haven’t been in a while. Hudec definitely welcomed me with open arms and made me feel comfortable and AT HOME! They take their time and they really assess for everything to make sure that you walk out of that door with confidence and a great smile! If you want great service, do not hesitate to give them a call and schedule an appointment, they will not disappoint! Thank you Dr. Vic and dental staff for everything.

WORST DENTIST EVER !!! This was the worst dentist Ive ever been to and the worst dental experience I ever had in my life, the assistant Heather was very rude and the dentist dr. Victor kullick wouldnt even speak to me when I was trying to ask questions he would only whisper to the assistant and Ive been waiting 3 weeks to come back and get three crowns and then they told me that they couldnt do them on my first visit they told me that they could!. I urge anyone thinking about coming to the hudec to find another dentist, this place is a joke, Ive never reviewed a place this hard but I felt the need to warn others about this buisness...

My son had braces put on here approximately 2 years ago. In that time he has seen 3 orthodontists at this practice. His braces were for a cross bite on his back molars. Now that we are 2 years in his new orthodontist says they cannot guarantee that they can fix his cross bite. They say another 1.5 years in braces, an expander, and even surgery may be necessary. What a Joke. RUN! DO NOT LET THESE PEOPLE TOUCH YOUR MOUTH! Find yourself a reputable dentist!

I was greeted courteously upon entry and did not have a long wait before my appointment with the hygienist. Billie is very thorough and personable. The dentist was polite and answered my questions satisfactorily. The space is very clean and spacious. Overall a good experience!

They overlap appointments way too much. Weve waited an hour and a half and still sitting in the freezing small waiting room. Unacceptable.So, two weeks later...i am here again with my daughter. Appointment was at 9 am with only one person in the waiting room. They have now taken 4 people back before her and we have been waiting for 45 min as of now. Extremely upset as my time is valuable as well as others. If we were late, wed have to reschedule. If they are not on time, we suffer. So glad we are almost done with this place. Do not recommend at all.

Called to get in for a wisdom tooth extraction. Went back and forth between them and my dentist to send a referral just for a different receptionist to say the surgeon doesnt go there and that the email I was given was a fake one. Scheduling is terrible and no help on what to do. When asking about a possible infection, it was brushed off until I asked my original dentist office who took care of things right away.

I very much recommend this office. To update my experience. Id broken a dental work and their prompt service was great. I received it within a week and very reasonably priced. The equipment is state of the art and my teeth were cleaned very thoroughly and comfortably - even with allot of build up. This is the best dental office in the area! I have a friend who referred me and the dentists as well as all other technicians and staff treat patients with the utmost in concern and provide excellent care and service.

I use to love coming here but the last time was awful. I felt the doctor was rude. Thought I was going to get root canal but he pulled it. Yes I cried. I was so scared I was going to have a seizure because I can have them when I get scared. Doctor didnt numb my gum before he put the shot in. He said they squeezed me in but I had appointment for two weeks. The doctor I had before was great wish he didnt leave.

What a joke. You cant get a hold of anyone to reschedule an appointment for braces. I got hung up on 3 times. The appointments should have a call reminder when they are three months in. I quit coming for my own dentistry because I got attacked by some mean German woman who pounded a cap on my molar while she was cussing about the dentists order. The second time I had enamel put on a filling on a front tooth and they stained it dark brown. I take my business elsewhere, Massillon Family Dentistry...who treat you like a real patient with care!! The only reason we kept coming was because Dr Duchon was the best. and now that hes gone, you are absolutely the worst.

I was so happy that I did not have a long wait time. The staff was great as very kind. Also made me feel comfortable while getting my root canal I was so nervous at first. I would come back to this location because of the staff alone. Highly recommended.

I got all four of my wisdom teeth removed and i have to say my experience was great. the specialist explained everything that was going on and what he was doing, after being numbed I didn’t feel a thing and it took maybe 5-7 minutes to get all four out ! I was explained in detail what to do for the healing process and the assistant were just as sweet ! I would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a place to get your teeth extracted.

Highly recommended.The first time I went there for General check up. the staffs were nice and the place was clean .I went there second time for tooth extraction .Dr.Dai, a specialist. after explaining what he going to with tooth,.I got numbed then he pulled my tooth and I didn’t hurt at all. My point is I have not seen any specialist that good before.(I got 15 teeth extracted with different dentists and specialist.)

Dr. Vic and Rachael were more than helpful and amazing! Dr Vic made sure he had a set plan and fixed teeth that other dentists RUINED. Rachael cared about me and my issues and talked to me like I’ve known her for years. I have really bad dental anxiety and they made sure I walked in there calmed and relaxed and I can’t thank them more. I finally found a dentist I can keep! Thank you Vic and Rachael!

I had a tooth emergency one morning and was in excruciating pain. I had a tooth that kept packing food down on the inside. It grew very painful overnight. It was unbearable. I called every office that was recommended to me. All were closed on Wednesday, except Hudec Dental. After encouraging the Indent Discount Plan (No Insurance) and further Exams/X-rays Dr. Kulick and his team decided the best solution for me. I left after a couple of hours feeling 100% better then I did going in. Thank you to all who played a part and I look forward to Hudec helping with my future dental services.

Horrible experience overall at multiple locations. I first went to the Norton office where I had a 2pm appointment. I didnt get seen until after 4. I was then told they couldnt help me and I needed to see their surgeon. I called the Canton office for 2 weeks to schedule apt with the surgeon and no one ever answered the phone or returned messages. I called the Norton office and finally got an appointment scheduled 6 more weeks out. Flash forward to today, Im sitting in the surgeons office. Ive been here since 2, its now 3:30 and I still havent been seen. There are 5 other patients waiting for the same surgeon. If you have any kind of schedule to keep I cant recommend hudec dental. The receptionist at Canton office was also very rude.

Terrible customer service, the actual dentist was entirely RUDE from the time he enter in, until he actually left. I will never return to their office and Ill be sure to tell others not to go there either period. Let me give you a clue, before you ask a patient to open their mouth; make sure you ( introduce yourself) sothat theyre comfortable with you working inside their mouth duh! #nobrainer

So Rushed. Went in for what I understood to be a consultation to see if I wanted to pull it or get a root canal. They rushed me in did ex rays and Dr came in said I can save that and started giving novicaine. 6 or more shots later I was finally numb after screaming in pain for the last set I was also in the middle of a huge panic attack. For obvious reasons. A blubbering mess he asked if I wanted to reschedule 🙄as I left they gave me an antibiotic and a pain killer. Which if they had taken the time to look at my file or the referral... they would have known I was just given both of those the week before.I came in the next week for fillings and after I told them AGAIN that I couldnt afford a crown I sat around for an hour for them to say they were too far behind and sent me home 🤔

I have taken my family here and love the staff!! They are very family friendly and courteous! The women who work there are the best! They make you feel welcome and will answer any question you may have. Will continue to go back!!

The staff was very friendly, the dentist went above and beyond to get me all fixed up without a bunch of fuss or repeat visits! I was kept comfortable during my root canal. The office was clean & music was relaxing. I left from my first visit with all my needed work completed. I will stick with this office for all my dental care :)

Love this office!! My husband and I and our children all get our teeth done here. They are great! They don’t judge if your teeth aren’t perfect. Billie the hygentist is very friendly and very good with the kids. The assistants are kind as well. The dr is very thorough and explains everything to you. Everyone does a great job. Every person in that office always has a smile on their face and ready to get you what you need. I also had 4 wisdom teeth removed with the oral surgeon and he did a great job. I was really nervous and he and his assistant put me at ease and were very patient. Good job Hudec! We wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else!

I switched to this Dentist after a dental emergency and they were able to get me in within hours. Every person I came in contact with was kind and helpful!

First visit before getting new dentures. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The dentist seemed competent, and very nice. Office was clean and nice.

The dentist and staff are amazing. I have had root canals and fillings done and the job done is amazing my crown looks so nice and have not had any problems with anything or anyone . I would highly recommend this place to anyone I know they have me my smile back :)

Everyone is very professional and they do their best to accommodate each persons dental needs. I go often and Dr. Jain is awesome and so are the assistants. ❤👌

I got much needed work done all at once. Dr Vick and his staff are amazing. I got a gentle cleaning, two crowns, and some much needed fills. My smile looks great and it was practically painless. The staff makes you feel very comfortable. I saw a girl having a bad time of it but she was given a break. The only thing I recommend is coaching and counseling the girl that does all the fills. I dont know if she was stressed or what but she was yelling at everyone and bad mouthing the dentist approach to doing my crowns. Not good for business. Also tone down the White Diamonds perfume... it was hard to breath.

Dont go here. They will promise you they will bill insurance and then years later your still trying to get them to submit it correctly. Watch out. They wont communicate with you and get it resolved. They will just keep billing you direct. They are scam artistsJust an update. They told me on one of my accounts at another office they overfilled my insurance and then this account my dental never got what they needed. No one is ever there to pick up and answer any questions o. They send you a letter regarding pay by date or send you to collections then they dont answer the phone. This was the worst company ever.No wonder they make you sign the paperwork after they have drugged you.

WOW !!! Did I say that with a smile? You guys are terrific! From my first visit on October 31st to my care just two days later I was treated like a member of the family. I was worried about having a root canal, however, it actually turned out to be a pleasant experience. Dr. Snyder actually put up with my poor jokes. And Teesha & Fantashia couldnt have been better. Everyone was perfect. I highly recommend Hudec dental to anyone who is looking for a wonderful dental team in the Canton area. Im glad I made the switch and you will be too. Give them a try.

I love love Dr. Nisha shes so great. I always have her to work on my teeth and I never feel any pain at all. Shes very sweet and tells you every step shes doing. I feel very comfortable coming here.

It seems that if you have Medicaid, you get minimal care. At least Heather and Sabrina were nice.Update 2 years later. Still cant wear my Medicaid Teeth, because the molds were NEVER right. Therefore my bite was off. Dentures never fit from day one. And I TRIED to tell the Dentist. Now they are unwearable. There is not enough denture adhesive in the world that makes them fit. Within hours my mouth hurts so much that even the bones hurt. I cant eat in public, or around family and friends, because its mortifying to eat without teeth. This has been the worst. Then I received a letter awhile back stating I can no longer be a patient because of corporate stuff?? Im toothless.PS. Contacting the office 2 years ago was obviously not fruitful. Nothing against the office staff. Its the company as a whole.

Was there on 10/12/20 was supposed to have teeth removed was lied to on phone took them 1hr 20 min to tell me anything I left before I got called back

I felt incredibly rushed both times I was in there. almost no bed side manner at all, I hadnt been to a dentist in a few years and has some real dental concerns I wanted to share with a doctor so I could improve my dental health. didnt get to say much.

Horrible horrible horrible! I went in pain for a tooth back in November still currently it is now July and they have yet to fix the problem! I was left with the hole in my tooth just saying that an infection had to clear up thank goodness I went to a wonderful excellent doctors at Cedar dental and he was able to do all of my repairs in a few hours in one day Hudec Dental now I do have a perfect smile no thanks to Hudec Dental for their own professional staff also they do not clean and sterilize their instruments properly I witnessed multiple dental assistants free cleaning and reusing instruments that has come out of a patients mouth I did not see any of them come out of the sterile package and I would not recommend anybody to ever go see Hudec Dental

I went in to have my wisdom teeth removed. Rude employees at the front desk....while I was waiting in the back everyone was just standing around talking (now I see why I had to wait 45 mins before going back in for my appointment). Not to mention I wound up with an infection that night and when I called the next day I kept getting the runaround and no one would see me. I ended up in the ER that night and was admitted to the hospital. It has been two weeks and my face is STILL swollen, sore and I have a lump in my jaw. DEFINITELY NOT COMING BACK!!!!!!!!!!!!! ZERO STARS

Great, friendly staff. Jain, DDS is a very capable dentist. Overall positive experience. 5 Star dentistry. Everything was neat and clean.

My son had a dental emergency. So I called Hudec, the place my son goes. Explained in detail on the phone what happened. I was told that my son couldnt be seen until Tuesday. That is 4 days later!!! With a dental emergancy. I was incredulous. Almost every dentist I or my family has been to always has room for emergencies. This place evidently dont. The place is Hudec Dental in Canton.Im glad in the end I found a place to take care of my son. Seen him right away and got everything fixed.

I recently came in for a check, I Absolutely LOVE this hudec location, Dr. Vic is back and he is ultimately the most caring dr I know! And the office is so clean and organized along with the staff members, They’re so helpful and Nice, very professional look. I’ll recommend hudec to be your first choice .

The staff was extremely kind and accommodating. There was just something about the Dr. that just relaxes and calms you. They just knew what they were doing.

I went there for the first time on the 1st of July - And they are absolutely wonderful. Yes, they were hurrying, but who wouldnt at the end of the day?!?!? My appointment was at 5pm and they had me in the back, taking xrays by 5:20pm... So not too much of a wait time. The staff is truly friendly & courteous, and will to answer all of your questions!! I will definitely be continuing getting my dental work done here!! Thank you Hudec!!

My insurance recommended Hudec Dental for my son and I. The office is clean, and the staff are friendly. Billie Keifer did an amazing job with my 7yr old son! She made him feel comfortable, and did a thorough cleaning for him. I had a good experience in that sense. But Your office is very fast.  Which means a less personal experience. I came in for one filling and left with three and the one that I was scheduled for wasnt even filled. Ive been in immense pain ever since my novocain wore off. I had no pain before the procedure. I work full time days and was the last appointment  of the day. Dr. Vic seemed to be more worried about getting off of work on time than what he was doing to his patient. I came back in and he didnt even want to look at it. He did any way  because no one else was available, and drilled some more Insisting it was just my bite. Then sent me away without question or further instruction. It has now been 5 days and I had to visit an emergency clinic because tylenol and regular NSAIDs wont cut through the pain and your office cant see me until Tuesday. They also put me on an antibiotic incase of infection. At this point I am not sure if I even want to come back to your office.

Places like this are the reason that some people go to the dentist once and never go back again. Absolutely horrible. Ill never go back there again and if anybody I know mentions they have an appointment there, Ill tell them about my experience then strongly recommend finding a different dentist or just letting their teeth rot out.

I came in for an exam and Dr. Jain took and staff were very kind. They did a full exam, took my x rays, and scheduled my cleaning. They were knowledgeable and answered all my questions!!! I will be sending in my friends and family!

Been here twice. The first time I waited over an hour. All I had done was a teeth cleaning, which was fine. But when I went to leave there was no one in the office, a customer in the lobby said that everyone went to lunch. How do you run a business this way?I gave this business a 2nd try just today. My appointment was at noon. At 12:53 I got up to inform the girl at the front desk I would have to reschedule because this was taking too long. Again, there was no associate to be found. I waited 2 minutes before leaving.Dont go here, find a real dentist that cares about their patients instead.
