Dr.Brett Bullard is beyond amazing. When I came to get braces I was nervous but ready. Dr.Brett and his wonderful staff have made my experience a great journey. Everyone is pleasant, professional and patient. Questions are always answered and any needs are fulfilled. My progress is coming along wonderfully and I am grateful for the superb care. Dr.Brett is diligent in quality service and compassionate about his gift. When my journey has ended I will forever be reminded of the love provided to me in a smile. Thanks everyone for all you do. Great staff. Very friendly. They make it easy to work with them. I was able to draft a treatment plan with them to work on 8-10 teeth. When it comes to dealing with insurance, I feel like its solving a jigsaw puzzle while blindfolded and these guys take out the hassle of understanding the foreign language that the insurance companies speak and help you understand how much you will be approximately paying. It may sound cliche, but it really feels like a family culture in that place. Highly recommend.

Dr. Bullard is a cool doctor. This was my first visit at the ortho office and even as an employee I felt welcomed. I like the environment especially. Everyone gave off a friendly and welcoming vibe. Great music in the office as well. Dr. Bullard cracked a joke asking me if I was singing, which I was because one of my favorite songs were playing on the speakers of the office..

Always had a good experience w the office in Canton been going there for over 40 years when Dr.Falfo and Andrews first started their practice there.Last week had Sue the Hygienist,whom I have always had at least for the last 12 years is great and knows a lot about most everything Re. dentistry and gives helpful advise w regard to ur own dental care and suggestions. We have been going to Willow Creek Great expressions for possibly 17-18 years now. We have always experienced friendly and attentive staff. I have GREATLY appreciated the span of hours available and services provided at Willow Creek. The office is clean, and child friendly, (and now with COVID, they have taken many precautions to keep both employees and clients safe.) When our children were young and I was looking for places that took our insurance, I waited almost a year and a half to get our family in and have never looked back!! For me, they take GREAT seriously!!

I had previously been going to the office in Southfield but due to COVID The dentist moved to the Warren office. I had a horrible time trying to be seen there. I am So Very Glad I was directed to the Willow Creek office!! Everyone from Barb the receptionist, Aman who did my X-rays, Jenny My hygienist to Dr. Clifford and his assistant Katie were wonderful!! They took the time to listen to my concerns, advise me on the best course of action to address them and made sure I was comfortable throughout my services. I will be recommending them and have found a new dental home❤️

I have a great experience every visit I have. Everyone is on top of their game, prepared, so kind & very accommodating. I never wait for longer than 5 minutes & they work on my teeth as if they were their own. Couldn’t recommend this office more! In fact, I drive over 25 minutes to come here.

The office is very clean and the whole staff is nice a friendly. I left with a clear understanding of all treatment that was needed. I’ve seen pretty much all doctors and hygienist and I love them all. The front desk is my favorite! They always welcome me with a smile and a hello and answer any questions that I have. Highly recommend!!!!!

If you make an appointment here see Dr. Clifford. I promise you won’t regret it. He is very caring, fast, efficient, and gentle. If he ever leaves this office and opens his own practice I’ll follow.

I agree I felt the $15 surcharge for Covid related precautions was arbitrary. I asked the staff how often they are tested and apparently they only take their temperature daily. No actual Covid test. I did feel safe and felt precautions were great.

This dental center is nothing but a greedy center that will use all the tricks in the world to make false claims and extract money from you. They recommended me to get a mouth guard for an issue of grinding teeth which I am 200% confident I dont have. Then the mouth guard costs $700 which they discounted for me for $550! (So nice of them).Even though I dont need it, I went to Amazon just to see the prices and it was $150-$200 for a custom made mouth guard. Talk about greedy!!!

Upon entering Great Expressions Dental Center yesterday for my scheduled appt., the office staff surprised me with a list of 4 upcharges that are not covered by my insurance. One of the charges was for $15.00. They said, it was to cover their additional office miscellaneous expenses due to the COVID pandemic! Mind you, I spoke with them the day before to confirm my appt. and there was mention of this misc. expense by the office staff. I feel this is an UNFAIR charge and they are gouging their patients. This is and should be considered the COST of DOING BUSINESS during this critical time. We all have been affected by this virus.Great Expressions Dental Centers should due better. Im very disappointed!!

Willow creek office is amazing. Friendly staff comfortable environment.

Fantastic, flexible and friendly. Overall, from start to finish the entire experience was informative and organized. Communication began through email with front desk operator Victoria. Her competence and expertise in explaining the entire process was a major welcoming factor. They really make you feel like you belong! Every person we encountered from the office manager to the assistants greeted us with a smile and a helping hand. Dr. Reynolds is by far the kindest and gentlest orthodontist my child has ever met. It goes without saying that we definitely would recommend and will refer all of our friends and family to this wonderful practice!

Angie is great! Always smiling and pleasant. I feel fortunate to have Angie for my Hygienists. The rest of the staff and the Dentists are pleasant as well.

I have been coming here for a while and I LOVE this office. It is newly renovated and very clean! Everyone here is very personable. My hygienist Julie really took the time to make me feel comfortable and educated for my cleaning. When I arrive I can always hear Angies voice down the hallway. She has the most warming laugh echoing through the whole office! All four doctors here ALWAYS take their time to answer all of my questions. The front desk is very kind and patient with my questions. The assistants are very accommodating and fast! Every time I come to this office it feels like catching up with friends. It just feels like home! Thanks everyone!!

Try calling there customer service/billing number and every time I call I’m on hold literally an hour and a half then get disconnected. Happens every time. There’s always some sort of billing issue with them. I regret using them for braces.

Found a different dentist after too many years of feeling like I was in a production line. A FEW good appointments but not enough. Front office is just rude, dentists are just so,so, and twice after getting my teeth cleaned, on schedule, I had to return for a tooth/gum infection. The hygienist was horribly rough and had caused the infection. That’s just the top of the list, I wouldn’t recommend them for anyone.

I have been going there many years. I never had any issue with the office staff or their hygienists but their doctors are not very good. I felt several doctors were not professional. Especially the last doctor I saw told me that I needed Root Canal because I had some pain in my upper tooth and sent me to another office. Turn out be it was my uneven crown causing to press other teeth. The doctor at Livonia office shaved off little from the top of the crown and sent me back home for observation. Now a month later I am fine without root canal operation. Also, I have to retake the X ray which was take at Lily rd. office because the quality were not good enough to use for the review. This is nothing bad carelessness from the doctor at Lily Rd, Canton office.

Staff is great. Always so accommodating! And has to be one of the best orthodontists around, she always makes you feel comfortable and lets you know every step of the journey. 😁

They are so nice here! I came in to get my retainer checked and my sister came with me. After my appointment Dr. Goodman decided to squeeze my sister in to have her button replaced since her appointment was the next week and we were already there! Not to mention we are always greeted with a smile!

Hardly no wait, they took me back before I could even finish my paperwork! Everyone was very friendly, I loved my hygienist, Sarah. And Dr Clifford is the BEST! So nice and friendly. The office was under construction, but it wasnt a pain to deal with, they dealt with the inconvenience very well and everything remained professional.

Dr. Mundla is very professional. She gave me all the insights regarding my immediate dental concerns (crown nad gum problem) and most especially health teachings. My hygienist, Shannon was kind of rough at my cleaning session but was good at her line of work too. Eli the assistant is very patient.

Well my family has been coming to Willow Creek for almost 10 years. 3 years ago willow creek said my daughter had a stain on her front tooth. Before braces were put on. Last December her braces came off and again the stain was an issue. 3 appointments later its now a cavity. Are you kidding me? Thats just unacceptable. Tomorrow we are looking for a new dentistry to attend.

Just transferred over from allen park office. so far, so good. love the hygentist, shannon. i hold my opinions about the dentist. front office was great! the downside for me is the open air concept. i have issues with noisy places. all the noise just bounces around in my head. ugh.

This is the best dental office, and Dr Clifford is an awesome dentist. All the personnel here is so helpful, friendly, patient and kind. For anyone who struggles going to the dentist, they will help you feel right at home :)

Where do I begin... The receptionist closest to the door is super sweet. The other one is beyond rude and should not be allowed to interact with the public.Make your 6 week appointment before you leave because this office is nearly impossible to get a hold of. I had to call the Ann Arbor office and have them call and get an appointment for me. They force you to purchase a ridiculous and overpriced “care package” for your child’s braces. I wouldn’t mind so much if they hadn’t added all the other unnecessary charges. If at all possible, get a referral to any other orthodontist. Just make sure Great Expressions isn’t in the name.

The overall service was good. Both the dentist and hygienist were great! The office staff was nice for the most part.

Sadly, this dental practice was bought out by Great Expressions, and took a downturn in everything except aesthetics. The staff turnover rate is quite high, and several hygienists followed suit. Especially since their remodel, this office feels like a sterile production line to get as many people in and out as possible. We had questionable charges after insurance paid out, and we felt the out-of-pocket expenses should have been brought to our attention before the services were performed.After over ten years as patients, my family left Great Expressions Willow Creek, and were told we couldnt get our records without giving them over $60 per family member. To their credit, after reading my review, the lead dentist called me and asked what he could do to make our poor experiences up to us. He was happy to transfer our records to our new dentist free of charge. For this reason, I am happy to upgrade my review from 1 to 3 stars. Its always wonderful to know that someone cares.

I have visited this location three times now. It is always busy, but they usually take me back quickly. The hygienist cleaned my teeth very fast and very uncomfortably but I hadnt been cleaned in six years so thats my fault. She was very thorough but fast. Dr. Lovequist has done a couple fillings over two different visits. She always takes her time and makes sure that I am comfortable and dont feel any pain. She is meticulous when shaping and finishing the fillings so they are done right. Best experience I ever had with fillings!

As a 5th grade teacher, its in my nature to be very patient, flexible and accommodating. But when companies have ridiculous policies, I have to speak up. You should know that this orthodontist office does not offer basic services like bracket and wire repair for braces except for a few hours in the morning. As a teacher, I cannot leave the classroom to take my son in during the morning hours nor do I want my son to miss his important morning classes. Other ortho offices in the area provide these services during all their business hours. I have some other complaints. The waiting room is small and a bit beaten down. There is a TV that plays an endlessly looping infomercial about Great Expressions Dentistry. One time when I walking my son across the parking lot, one of the workers came blasting in, windows down with radio blaring some rap song with racial obscenities. Today, my son had an afternoon appointment. I called the office a week ago to confirm the appointment and I explained that my son had a broken bracket and his wire popped out. I asked the receptionist to relay this information to Dr. Goodman so that she could schedule enough time. I asked the receptionist to call me back if this was going to be a problem. Never received a call back. So, I took my son in today and Dr. Goodman refused to fix the bracket and wire. She ended up walking out of the office before the issue was resolved. No work was done on my sons braces. As I type this, he is still missing a bracket and has no wire across his top teeth, which means his braces are doing nothing. The next available appointment is 9 days away. Are you kidding me? Also, I dont appreciate the patronizing comments about how my son is breaking brackets because he is being careless in what he eats. I am very aware of his disability and the fact that he doesnt always follow expectations like regular kids. I have no problem paying for the bracket repair, but can I get service at a more accommodating time please? It s not like Im asking for a 7pm appointment...just an appointment any time between 1:30 and 6 pm...ya know...normal business hours.

My son was having mouth pain and I thought it was his braces but the ortho said it was a lost filling! Called Lifetime and they said come in right away. They took care of him immediately. They are an office who cares for their patients!

Hard to get ahold of. They are not flexible with appointment times. My daughter had to miss school often because the procedure needed was only schedule for morning visits and we lived almost an hour away. Then they are billing me for what my insurance should pay because they are not billing it correctly even after I told them they are sending it to the wrong state! NOT RECOMMENDED! So glad her braces are off...

Our son was treated there for over a year. We moved to Florida six months ago and have been asking for his records so the orthodontists in Florida would know what had been done. Six months later, we are still asking for the records. Its all about the money, they dont care about the patient.

This office is the best one yet! (Weve been to a few other Great Expressions offices, but will gladly drive the 30ish minutes to go here). Very friendly and knowledgeable front desk staff and manager. Ive had several questions about my insurance, payments etc and they were very patient explaining it all to me. Hygienists, assistant Jenny and Dr Clifford are the best in the business. Even my husband who dislikes going to the dentist, doesnt mind it so much since weve started going to this office. My only complaint is that the WI-FI connection was not so great so I had to wait to get home to write this review. 😃

This place is horrible. Between the constant screw ups with billing and insurance to the ridiculously long wait for appointments. I’m not sure why they even schedule an appointment for you won’t be seen till 45min to an hour after your scheduled appointment.

I really love Dr. Mundla shes wonderful! Ive been a patient there for 20 years and wouldnt go anywhere else! :) My hygienist Sue, I only see her!

We have always been well taken care of and receive great dental care from Dr. Clifford and the few different hygenists and techs weve had, including with my small children and pregnancy. I definitely recommend this practice.

My family had a bad experience at Great Expressions Willow Creek, Canton MI, very disappointed with the staff and management for unethical behavior. To add to our frustration, despite reaching out several times, there was no response from the management to my complaint at this location or the corporate office.

Warning about Great Expressions and their OrthodontistMy teenage daughter and I had braces installed by at Great Expressions Orthodontist in Canton, MI (suburb of Detroit). Dr. Sindy Goodman took over treatment once our original orthodontist was transferred. Dr. Sindy Goodman began to provide inconsistent feedback concerning our treatment plan. I requested to review our dental records due to the inconsistencies, but the office refused unless I paid them approximately $127 per record. Dr. Goodman’s office also tried to charge me for services not rendered. I expressed it was my legal right to have access to our records at no charge.I sent an email and called to Great Expressions Headquarters in Southfield, MI about my concerns, and requested a copy of their policy for charging patients for services not rendered. I was assured that they would provide a written response, but never did. I requested Great Expressions transfer us to another orthodontist, but was denied. This left us with no other option but to continue treatment with Dr. Sindy Goodman.The following month, I arrived at Great Expression Orthodontist for my daughter’s scheduled appointment. I requested to review our medical records during the visit. The dentist assistant placed our dental records on the counter. I then reviewed the record and placed it back on the counter while waiting for Dr. Sindy Goodman to perform treatment. THEN THINGS REALLY WENT BAD FOR MY DAUGHER AND ME.Dr. Goodman stormed into the examination area very agitated by the fact that I reviewed my daughter’s records. I expressed to her that according to Medical Records Access ACT 47 0f 2004 in Michigan, I have the right to review these files. Dr. Goodman became very indignant, told me to shut up and demanded we leave the office immediately or SHE WOULD CALL THE CANTON POLICE. Dr. Goodman said, she would not provide service to my daughter or me anymore and would prevent us from receiving any treatment at ALL Great Expressions locations. I expressed to her that I found those comments unprofessional and offensive, and I would leave the office once she provided a written statement for not providing the required service. She then had her staff call 911. Once three police units arrived to the scene, they assessed that I hadn’t violated any civil and criminal laws. I complained to the corporation office about the incident. Unfortunately, they felt that Dr. Sindy Goodman actions were justified and banned us from all Great Expression and refused to remove our braces. The was extremely traumatic for my fifteen-year old daughter and upsetting for me as a parent.In closing, there are some great orthodontists in the Detroit Metro area. I would use caution if Dr. Sindy Goodman was providing treatment. It is one thing to have a bad employee within a practice making the company look bad, but once the company stands behind those action then the company is as bad as the employee. Great Expressions could take a lesson learned from Starbucks. No one should be subjected to the type of treatment!

The staff can somtimes be very rude. Also when majority of your patients go to school why only fixings in the morning. Honestly wouldent recomend this place to anyone. My appointment was at 9.......its now 10 good luck

I take my son here and have been very pleased with the staff and the doctor.

Business office messed up the autopay that was set up and sent a collection notice to my son’s father, who lives in Texas. When I went in to resolve it they said they would have to set up a back payment plan instead of withdrawing the original set amount monthly. Additionally they wanted to charge $600 more for the expander that popped out the same day he got it because they said he needed a new one as the old one was not fitting back in. Still not 100% convinced he needs an expander.

It was very good the employes helped us out sooooooo much and were very gentle.

Switched to Great Expressions from a family run dentistry. Not only does this facility need updating, the hygienists and staff are incredibly rude. We are not critical people nor do we complain much... but this place needs some help. First appt waited 20 min just to be taken back... 2nd appt I was 10 min late and was rudely reminded by the hygienist what time my appt was. Ive never been treated like that at any doctors office or dentist in my life. You didnt respect my time but I should for you? Whos the customer? After only 1 year ( 2 cleanings) we chose to move to another dentist.

Never will come back I had a tooth hurting instead they want to do xrays and not correct the problem keep sending me a bill cuz I’m not paying you did nothing for me

Never have late appointments for parents that work. And change the office for her to be seen in three times.

We have been going here since it was Willow Creek for the last 15 years. However - service has noticeably gone down in the last 2-3 years. They are always trying to sell more and more unnecessary services! Family touch is gone and it seems that the focus is pure profits now.

The office moved, we never received notice. Found out when my son went to the old address and the dental portion informed him. We chose the office because both othro and dental were in the same building. I called to get the address the address on the voicemail is still the old address. Its been at least 2 months, you would think it would be changed by now.

Doctor was beyond rude and disrespectful. Will NEVER come back again.
