Great service and on top of it.

There must have been prior owners, because the husband and wife that own it now are very nice. I have never seen them raised their voice. Have been going there for 6 years. Yes, the shop feels congested at times when you walk in. But they are the only dry cleaners within a 10 miles radius. They have performed a good job for me. I am quite particle about my collars. Most of my shirts are custom. On occasion they are quite wrinkled upon return. This happens when the shirt is still too wet. Maybe when the employees are overwhelmed with work. But if you asked them to fix it. They will, NO PROBLEM.

I have previously had good experiences over the years until my last cleaning. I had a winter coat with belt taken in for cleaning. When I picked up the coat the belt was not included. They informed me they gave me the belt back but I know they did not. Nothing was offered to me as a discount since this Coat clearly had belt loops but no Belt. This really makes the coat not complete. Sadly, I will NO Longer use this cleaner.

Sad to see negative reviews of this business. This husband and wife team are a part of and support our local community. We have been doing business with them for four years and have never had anything but excellent service. They could not possibly be nicer or more professional. During this very difficult time for many businesses, we sincerely hope they succeed.

Have been using them for years and have never had a problem! Always fast and friendly service. Answer questions and helpful when I have had particular needs on specialty items. Fair pricing. And I love that they take such excellent care of the ROTC at Creekview HS! It makes them a part of the American team and what makes America Great. Thank you!

Avoid this business. Terrible customer service, they dont/wont communicate with their customers. I needed a rug cleaned and was promised a two turn around. The person that was working never informed us that it would have to be paid for in advance before they shipped it out. The rug sat there an extra day bc of this and missed the pick up truck. My husband went up the next afternoon and paid for the cleaning, but was never told it would add time to the delivery. I called and spoke to the owners wife who promised her husband would call me back. He never did! We had expressed we needed this back in time for Thanksgiving, and was under the impression it would be. I finally called today and the rug has been sitting in their business since Monday since thats the drop off and pick up days. Nobody has bothered to let us know. When I questioned the owner, he proceeded to yell at me over the phone. Terrible, terrible customer service!

Everytime I ask to make sure not to put extra creases in my pants. Sure enough more train tracks. Im done. Time to find a new place.

Friendly, professional and prompt service. I have had alterations done and dry cleaning.. Always highly satisfied with the service provided.

Ok dry cleaning but dont stand behind their alterations. Looking elsewhere.

If I could give this zero stars I would. I recieved my dress back with holes in it and the fabric ruined. The owner was very rude and yelled at me on the phone when I was trying to find out what happened. He said it was my word against his and refused to replace my dress. After talking to others in the community I found out that this is not the first time items have been destroyed and not replaced. Use this cleaners at your own risk. He also owns the cleaners in Free Home.

Good for dry cleaning, but not so great on alterations.

HORRIBLE!, OK when they get it right but ruined two suits they have cleaned multiple times before and claimed the double pleat was a manufacturing defect. Dishonest and will never use again

First impression of this place was awful. The first thing youll see when you walk in is customers clothing lying in piles on the floor under the automated clothing tracks? This is unacceptable and I certainly hope they didnt do this with my clothes. The Indian woman who greeted me didnt understand English well enough to spell my name correctly in their computer. She put an a where an e should have been. An e doesnt sound anything like an a, especially in the context of the spelling of my name! So when I drove the 20 minutes to pick up my clothes, they said I had no clothes there. I drove 20 minutes back home and asked for the ticket and found it was misspelled. When I called up to see if the clothes were there, the Indian woman blamed it on her husband who wasnt in the store when I initially dropped off the clothing. I dropped my clothing off with her and he was nowhere to be seen. I told her because of her mistake I almost lost my clothing. She didnt seem to care; she didnt offer a discount of any kind to make up for my gas money and my time; and she didnt even offer an apology. To add insult to injury, when I drove the 20 minute drive to pick up my clothes... AGAIN!... she left the store so she didnt have to face me and own up to her mistake. No offer of a discount to show any remorse... not even an apology. Incompetent and unapologetic about it. Now I have to find ANOTHER dry cleaners. This is the second one thats gone down the tubes in my town. The first Id used for 15 years and the new owners destroyed a business shirt and a 900.00 business suit and claimed it was destroyed when I dropped it off. They were Indian as well. I dont have a problem with Indian owners but this is the treatment Ive received from these two new owners in my small town. The previous owners were much nicer, had a modicum of character and were much more competent. I never had clothing damaged nor had to deal with incompetent record keeping and piles of my clothes on the floor. I dont recommend this business. I am looking for another cleaners again. This is ridiculous. Also, their phone number only works half the time... the rest of the time, you are prompted to enter your phone number... pressing 0 only gets a prompt for helpful hints. What an awful business.
