I was in a bind with my dress for my daughters wedding. It had a stain on it and a button was off. In addition I wanted the slit to be tightened. Beyond amazing and I mean amazing. Dutch girl cleaners went beyond my expectations. Not only was it cleaned, sewn, and the slit fixed to perfection. It was done in 1 day. No other service could hold a candle to the commitment of excellence, understanding my situation, caring with compassion, and kindness all employees provided. Very good value, and they offer a discount if you pay at drop off! A suit and a dress shirt with heavy starch for $12.00. Good price and next day pick up. Service is good as well and very friendly.

Dutch Girl in the past did a mediocre job of cleaning at best. Lightly soiled fabrics were usually cleaned. Anything stained will remain stained, after several cleanings.It is best to soak fabrics at home in a cleaning solution of choice and clean those things in your own washer. If you return with clothing they couldnt get clean the first time, they will argue and make excuses, even if you are a long term client. It will still not be clean the second time around.If you are military: if you process a uniform they determine to be military, you might get a discount maybe. I perform with a very highly prestigious elite military team and have for a few years. My official D.O.D. approved and well marked dress blues uniforms are not recognized by Duth Girl Cleaners as a real military uniform.Per their designation, they discriminate against military elite teams and will not recognize your uniform. The supervisor is the cleaning God of Gods. They hate military and discriminate against us. True story!!!!!I have pulled all service and business from them and now go elsewhere. Isnt it amazing how I am recognized well other places, given appropriate discounts, and my clothing is clean.Even heavily souled fabrics are clean the first time.F- for military discrimination and appropriate measures are already in process with legal action at a federal level against this poor business who only cares about itself and not the troops who defend their right to be blatantly stupid.This is after many years of suffering their arguments over poorly cleaned fabrics and to have items redone and still dirty till I hand clean them lightly and get them clean entirely myself.They are below average at best. They are too stupid for my business and therefore do not deserve my patronage. They do not care at all.

I have been a customer for a very long time. Last time I went in, I tried to use a coupon and they refused to accept it because the fine print stated that it had to be presented at the time of drop off even though I was paying the nearly $50 bill at pick up. I asked if they could simply accept it and I would remember for next time and the manager rudely refused. I will never use them again.

No matter what the stain or mess is that my 7 year old son brings home, Dutch Girl helps to make it right! They even ordered special smaller hangers for when I bring in his church clothes. Id give them 10 stars if I could, great service!!

My family has used Dutch Girl as our cleaner for years. They do a great job. The drive through is so convenient, the staff are wonderful, and the prices are good.

I used Dutch girls for years, dropping off 20+ items a month. One group of shirts I dropped off when I picked them up had holes all over them. Dropped them off and the girl asked if I wanted the re washed.....a no you ruined my shirts. Manager called the next day to inform me it was my fault and I must have had chemicals on them. (Working at a desk all day highly unlikely) Needless to say I will not be going back. Thanks for ruining $180 worth of clothing and blaming it on me.
