Called for a homeowners insurance quote. Only company out of 4 that was not only unable to provide me a quote, but was also not able to provide me a timeline in which they’d be able to give the quote. Discussed need for quote as soon as possible due to home buying process, she explained pictures were needed, that she doesn’t take them, and doesn’t know when’d they be able to be taken. This was on a Tuesday at 2:30 pm. Unbelievable.
