If I could give them a negative review I would Justin does literally nothing we tried to remove a person from our policy for 8 months. Justin and John did nothing every time we called they would say they would get back to us and never would. Justin told my girlfriend not to pay until they got it figured out, but luckily she made partial payments just to be safe (we still owed of course) Then they tried saying they never said that, but our business lines are recorded and they tried to backtrack. Farmers didnt know until today how they had been conducting business since now 10 months later we finally have it figured out since farmers threatened to cancel and we called and explained the whole story and are now having to file a formal complaint and they are opening a case up against them. Justin spoke to me and even though Im on her policy to be able to talk about it & I was once apalart of the policy he said he couldnt talk to me about it, then was extremely rude, and then told me all about her policy. (in turn made me respond back and called him on his lack of work ethic and taking responsibility in taking 8 months to correct an easy issue and lying about telling her not to pay, was very vocal while doing so without cursing) Beware!!!

John is a great agent. He helped me figure out that an error from an accident report was causing inflated rates for me, worked to get that fixed, and credited the difference back to my account. Hes very responsive and easy to work with. And Johns great at explaining insurance terms and whatnot - no complaints

Is not me but have heard others who got farmers insurance and through there haste has hurt people by dropping them telling PennDOT then PennDOT not notifying the insurer. All because Farmers want to hurt insurers and PennDOT wants more money. Then Cops get involved ang there is even more money. Something needs fixed. Maybe PennDOT should send registered letter to inform the person that they need verification of insurance or Farmers needs to send registered letter to the insurer what they need to do and that they are informing PennDOT.
