Worst agent I have ever been with bought a new car and they messed up my policy 3 times in a row spent hrs on the phone to fix now they increased my rate to to share changes and never notified me just took the money from my bank. I have just canceled my policy and surprise they messed that up to called allstate to complain and they said Im just waiting there time nice how they treat a long time customer. Think twice before you go allstate.
