Was told i could not update my policy until a later date after I paid the current policy off. That is fine i understand this. when it comes time to renew i ask him if we can switch tells me he can not find me better coverage. thinking he knows what he is talking about I let it go. a few months later my policy is canceled (did not recieve any emails until 2 days after it was canceled) was driving without insurance for 2 days and i couldnt even get a call. I then go online and get quotes from 4 different companies at half the price i was paying progressive insurance (Same coverage with better deductibles) but he could not find me a better deal guess i will find them myself then.

I highly recommend Siegel Insurance! We had been unhappy with our previous insurance company for years but “thought” we had a good price so we put up with it until a friend recommended we get a quote from Siegel. We worked with Ryan at Siegel and explained our concerns and what we were looking for. He was very easy to talk to and seemed to really understand what we were looking for. He came back with a home owners and car package that was a no brainer- better coverage from a preferred company (Erie) for $1200 less! They took care of all the details. The whole process was really easy. We are also looking into reworking our life insurance with them (ran into a few hiccups on our end) and they’ve been totally patient, accommodating and no pressure sales. They also have a convenient notary service on site and great parking. Super glad we switched- wish we had done it sooner. Thanks Siegel!
