Great nail salon!! I came in for a quick pedi before the fair and wow the foot thing comes up too!!! I e been getting regular pedis for 20 years and have never seen this I love it!! Thanks so much style nails I’ll be back next month for a full set of nails!

Great job with my pedicure. The tech had a hard time understanding what I wanted. Renee had to tell her what I wanted. It would be very beneficial if the techs could understand what I was telling them.Also. It was very unprofessional of Renee talking on the phone/ear buds while working on a client.I didnt know you were licensed to use cheese graders on feet.

Needed a quick pedicure and they were so kind and professional! I got more than I expected! Not only do my toes look great but my feet and legs feel wonderful!

Manager was talking loud and agressive to me but softly to other staff in salon. Saying i was not holding my hand right in light which they put under thd table so you cant see. Im tall with long legs and long arms and fingers. I told her my middle finger was hitting the back so i assumed all of my hand was in. Then placed my hand in baggies for hand wax treatment but then told to keep hand downward so wax not spill out. Well my fingers got a great treatment but not the top of my hands which is the intent. Also the polish bubbled and by next day was peeling (gel polish on acrylics so normally lasts 2 weeks). She did fix after tense call next day as she continued to blame me for the issues instead of the polish or application!

I drive past several nails shops to see Renee everytime! She always does an amazing job, whether I bring a photo for inspiration or just let her creativity suprise me ❤ She never fails, from something simple, to over the top with crystals and colors my nails are always beautiful. I love this place! My go to nail shop for mani and pedi. 🤩

Had such an easy and relaxing experience here! Came in a group of 5 and all of us loved the service we received. The stylists did an exceptional job and the store was very clean.

I am extremely disappointed! Renee came recommended to me, maybe I caught her on a bad day. I asked for a fill, but because they were lifting she very painfully removed tgem, she did not put tips on my fingers because i wanted my nails a natural length. I asked for color changing polish and asked for glitter on top. She blatantly lied to me stating that if she put glitter on top it would cause the color changing polish not to work. Now Renee has been doing nails for 20 years. I get glitter EVERY time and it has absolutely no effect on the color changing polish! She just didnt want to do it and rushed me saying that if i wanted that I needed to make an appointment! The pedicure tech gossips to the other nail tech most of the time instead of talking to me then proceeded to write in Chinese on my big toe as a design. I said no thank you, I would prefer free style no words, she then was about to not do ANY design, when I asked for glitter, she ignored me until I expressed my frustration. I dont recommend this place. Very rude. They were pushy and rude If a client wants something done, do it, they are paying and they are the ones who are wearing it! The price does NOT match the product!!Not once did ANY customer speak to me. The Owner thinks it is morally OK to lie as well. I was never rude, Not one customer said one word to me! My nails are bubbly and uneven today. Nobody was that relaxed in your dirty little shop honestly! HORRIBLY UNPROFESSIONAL. It seems their work is lazy. From looking at the other reviews I see this is a common reoccurence.

Horrible experience. Renee was rude and lied when I asked for glitter she stated that she could not do glitter because it would cause the color changing polish to not work. I know that is a lie as I get glitter with color changing polish EVERY TIME! I confronted her lie and she got mad stating that I had to make an appointment with her if I wanted that?! I was a walk in client, she did not need to take me if she didnt have the time. I found other peoples nails on her station with blue polish on it, I brushed it towards her so she could get rid of it. Not a good look. She probably used the same files and utinsels not clean. She was rude and pushy. She then pushed me off to another nail tech and she barely spoke English she didnt speak to me, but spoke to the other nail tech a lot then he would laugh and look at me and my feet. I felt very uncomfortable, but I didnt want to make a big deal about it. They are far too overpriced! My nails are too short and uneven as well as bubbly. I would highly recommend Maxx Nails in Shakopee. Excellent customer service, very clean. Great prices!

This place is very dirty and these people delete their reviews. trust me, do not go here! especially now during covid, they aren’t taking proper health precautions with the tools they use. covid aside, ive bled while i was getting my nails done and i didn’t see her disinfect the tools she was using. she just put it away and i saw her bring it right back out and use it on the next customer. they use the same tools on everyone and don’t take the time to disinfect anything. The towels they let you use to dry your hands REEK. the towels they give you for your pedicure have stains on it. when i get my acrylics done im always in pain after! it’s normal to feel a bit sore but i feel pain. ive came here maybe 5 times trying to give this place the benefit of the doubt bc it’s close to home and convenient. but it’s just not worth losing a finger.seriously don’t waste your time here. the chances of getting an infection is so high. im not sure how they pass inspections. i will be reporting this place. hopefully they do better.ALSO! the prices they have put up on the walls for pedicures, and what they tell you for manicures, don’t add up to the total they tell you when you’re done. make sure to double check and don’t let them steal from you. they will take advantage of you so speak up.

I can’t say enough about this nail solan. I absolutely love the staff and the owner. All are very polite and talented, definitely my favorite.

I got a mani pedi done here and I am very disappointed by the turnout. The process took about 2 hours which is crazy for just a polish. Then the polish (which is supposed to be a flat dark purple) bubbled when it dried. The lady who did my nails said it was normal and because I was in a time crunch I had to leave. Now I have terrible looking nails and when I called to see if they could re-do the polish, they told me that they don’t do that. I was willing to work with them. Not impressed and I will not be going back nor will I recommend it to anyone.

I love this place! Good prices, the ladies are skilled and so nice and they have the best gel colors! I dont go often but when I do, its always here.

I went there to get full set acrylics and you can tell it was cheap and poorly made. It only lasted a week for me. I went there a second time just to get my acrylics off and the lady there was so rude. I told her I didn’t want her to cut my nails at the end and she told me that it’s her job and she will do it! And she didn’t take it off the appropriate way, she literally just ripped my acrylics off. She knew I was in pain and just kept ripping it off. Would not recommend.

Dont come here! I asked for some roses on my nails the nail tech renee put a dumb sticker on them. I wanted my nails done for an event then the ombre was horrible even while i was getting them done i asked why are they so pink paid $60 for nails and design all she did was put stickers umm okay?? I would have felt better if should would have told me she cant do some red roses and just did a plain red nail color. Worst experience ever.

Had a wonderful gel manicure .I was able to pick a new color when my initial choice turned out to be too light. Great attention to detail, will be back for sure!

My nails look amazing and people often comment on how beautiful and natural they look. Tina and Holly are so great and my daughter and I always request them for our pedicures. Did not use clean tools, but the work was fantastic.Wish they were better about clean tools as then I would be back.Dear Hendricks,To receive a five star rating for me I would suggest the following:-Use your autoclave and clean your tools in between every client. When I came for an appointment, a nail nippers was used on me that still had skin tissue from the previous client in between the jaws. The previous person this was used on could’ve been cut, I could’ve been cut and this is a fast way to spread disease, germs or other blood-borne pathogens.-Clean your nail file bits in between every client. Every nail bit that was used on me (2-3 of them) had nail dust from previous clients on them. These are easy to brush off and sanitize and for arbor bands, replace them after every client.-The nail brushes available for use washing your hands are not clearly labeled. I myself made the mistake and watched multiple people grab for dirty brushes instead of clean ones. The dirty brush/discard tray should be set aside from the handwashing station in an area where these mistakes can’t happen.-Finally I would suggest a thorough cleaning of your shop. I noticed dust on the windowsills and in the nail polish display at the front as well as the corners of the shop. When I see dust in visible client areas, it makes me wonder what else is potentially being not taken care of.Once these changes are made I would be happy to frequent your business again. As I said before, the skill and work is great, but the cleanliness was an issue for me.

I got a pedicure done for my birthday and my feet looked horrible afterwards. Now I gotta go pay a PROFESSIONAL to fix this. The only reason they got 2 stars from me instead of 1 is because the price.

This was my first time and I had an amazing experience. My nails were damaged before hand by another salon and after visiting here they remove the extension with great care and treated my nails very delicately. I will definitely be coming back when my nails are strong again.

I also appreciate how gentle she is because Ive gotten cut and burned at other places in the past, so Im a bit jittery. Ive been going to her for about a year and a half now and I always leave happy. When I got my nails done there I always get gel. Three days later my nail polish came off and was chipping already, they guarantee at least 2 weeks of gel nail staying on. The nail polish was super thin as if they water down the nail polish. Although it is a clean place some of the staff only seem to cater to a specific race with more manners and politeness. They are also over priced at this location. They charge $10-15 more than what the average nail salon charge for just a gel polish.

After going to another nail shop and having the worst experience ever, I went to this nail shop and they were just phenomenal. they are the best they made me, my sister, my son and my niece feel extremely comfortable they gave free pedicures and did free nails for my niece and let my son soak his feet free. They listen to what I have to say. They ask me what I want the even ask me to show a picture just to be on the safe side and they completely blew mine and my sisters mind we get what we want and because it was our first time going there they gave us the service for 50% of the regular price.!!! I recommend the shop to any and everyone I know that this will now be my regular shop even if I move out of the state I will still travel all the way to Minnesota just for the shop!

Today my Granddaughter & her friend went to Style Nails, where they go all the time. They had the worst experience today. Cuticles were not done, the operator could not understand what they wanted and wasted so much time. She added a tip on one but the one that needed it she didnt. One girl had more done then the other but the girl that got less done was charged more & when they asked she didnt have an answer. Beside being very rude she was not friendly at all. They dont speak english and it is very hard to understand them and the girls were trying their best and the lady was still being rude to them. I could tell when they left the place that they were not satisfied with what they got but there is nothing you can do about it at this point. The girls have been going there since 8th grade and are now sophomores in highschool and do not wanna go back at all. Keep in mind they were there for almost 3 hours for 2 basic acrylic manicures. When the girls asked for acrylic the lady was confused on what they were asking so that was 30 minutes just to figure out what they wanted done on their hands. My granddaughters friend asked for acrylic gels and received gels, when she told the lady they were suppose to be acrylic the lady got mad and told her manager and then her and the manager were talking about them in their own language, which is RUDE. So now they have lost 2 life long customers.

Finally found a place that takes their time and makes sure to ask exactly what I want on my nails! I found my new salon! Thank you Mary and Renee! Will be back!

I was looking for a new place while my usual nail tech was out on maternity leave. I was nervous because I had been going to her for over 3 years and each time I branch out I hate it. However after going here once and seeing Renee, I was sold! She’s very thourough and knows what she is doing. The salon itself is very clean and cute. One visit. Quantity over quality salon in My opinion. Gel nail removal plus clear acrylic overlay on genuine nail beds cost $45. No polish, just clear coat. Miscommunication because I stated natural nails but tech assumed gel nail color. Again, not My misunderstanding but on the gal working. Still looking for quality nail salon in MN where your $70 is worth the investment.
