I have yet to receive anything but friendly service and a fantastic haircut/color at Ambiance. Maria has been my stylist for years and each time I leave with my short hair looking great! It still looks great weeks later when it’s time to be done again.

Nicole always does a fabulous job on my hair! She knows just what to do to make me happy. I leave feeling pretty which is not such an easy feat but she accomplishes it every time. I’ve been growing out my gray hair for about a year now with her assistance and she listens and understands when I need a cut or some color added. I also enjoy our chats so much. It’s like visiting with family!

As always, Maria did an excellent job cutting and coloring my hair. She always listens carefully to what I’d like and to my feedback about my previous haircut and then uses that information to create a hairstyle that is just what I want. She is truly a master hairstylist-creative, knowledgeable and experienced. Plus, she’s warm and personable and it’s always fun to chat with her while she styles my hair. Definitely an A+ hairstylist!

Tifanie is absolutely amazing! I’ve seen her twice now, and I’ve found my new home! She is the only one that I’ve given full reign to do whatever she wants to my hair! For many years I’ve have had thinned hair with a bald spot in back of my head, and whatever she did, created more volume throughout, and now you can’t even see it! She also teaches you how to take care of your hair, and most places it’s get you in and get you out. She stands by her work but told me if for any reason I wasn’t happy she would gladly fix it. I had never heard that before. Happy to say both times I’ve been more than satisfied! I highly recommend Tifanie to anyone! She’s worth going to see💕

Just got my hair don’t by Nicole and I love it! It was a little scary thinking about going into a salon but once I got in I felt very comfortable, the chairs were spaced out and there were plastic walls. She had great ideas but definitely listened to what I wanted. This is exactly what I needed, I left there looking and feeling great ❤️ ❤️ ❤️ Definitely going back to see her again.

Tiffany is amazing!! Anyone with straight hair who need curls to stick - here is your lady. I cant believe she managed to get my hair to hold a curl. Shes not only a hair wizard but shes fast and has such a bubbly personality. Just all around incredible!

I had a nail appointment with Amber Saulsbury today, and I am so happy with my how my nails look. Amber always does a fabulous job, and I wouldnt go to anyone else for a manicure or pedicure. Shes the best!! I highly recommend her since she can do anything from traditional manicures, to nail art, to different effects. I dont have great nails, but she certainly makes them look that way!

I have never walked out of a salon as happy as I did today. My first time at Ambiance Salon and Tifaine did an amazing job with my color and cut! She really listened to me try to explain what I wanted and she laid out realistic expectations that my hair might not turn out exactly as I described since it was previously dyed and lightened (but it did turn out!!!!) I didn’t feel like I had to make small talk considering it took 4 hours! She recommended a shampoo and conditioner specifically for the style of my hair for upkeep. She also encouraged me to come back if I needed anything touched up which is also amazing. I highly recommend Tifaine!

She has so much knowledge that I am able to integrate her suggestions and expertise and get the cut, color and modern style to all turn out fabulous. I love the associates there. I needed some color correction done, and I am overall pretty happy with my experience. My ultimate goal was to get back to my natural color so I let my roots grow out about a month longer than normal. The color wasnt matched exactly to my visible roots (its still quite a bit lighter and warmer than my natural color) but it is much closer than before the color correction.I asked to stop down before making my appointment because I wanted the stylist to see how my hair currently was colored. They were very friendly and let me stop down that same day. I was quoted four hours for the process, and she was upfront about how much it would cost. It actually took less time than she quoted which was wonderful.

Great place to get your hair done even for a guy. Better than your run of the mill cookie cutter spot where they butcher your hair. The gals here actually know how to cut guys hair. Appointment is recommended.

Surprised at the amount of positive reviews, its a shame I cant say the same. I was really excited to go here.I believe Tifaine was my stylist. She did not attempt to make any conversation during the appt and I felt she was being very judgmental towards me. Overall she had very sour energy. did not feel comfortable with the experience and the haircut was mediocre, couldve gotten it done for much less at GreatClips..... will not be coming back to this salon.

This morning I had an appointment at a different salon in Burnsville to get my hair styled for a Halloween costume. The stylist was unable to finish coloring my hair because the can of spray-on color ran out. She must have had another customer right after me, because she suggested I go buy more and finish the job myself. I went to buy more spray-on hair color and was trying to figure out how I would apply it without a cape to keep it from getting on my clothes when I saw Ambiance Salon. I stopped in and asked if they had a free stylist who might be willing to help me out. Stephanie was available and kindly and happily agreed to come to my aid. She did a terrific job and then refused to accept any payment. Excellent customer service!!! Thank you for saving my Halloween hair style!!!

I and my children have been having our hair cut by Pam, one of the owners, for over 11 years. Cant say enough good things about Pam and her skills as a stylist.Tifaine does an awesome job on my nails (both hand and feet). My pedicure typically lasts more than 4 weeks when she does it. I always look forward to my time with her.I have also enjoyed a facial at Ambiance.Overall, Ambiance staff and facilities are professional, inviting, and excellent. Highly recommend.

I always enjoy going to my hair appointments at Ambiance Spa & Salon. The salon is beautiful, the receptionists are great, and my hairdresser, Paulette, who has been cutting and styling my hair for many years, is awesome. I also appreciate the extra effort made by all when I finally realize my kids needed a haircut yesterday and they get them in quickly. Ambiance Spa & Salon is top notch.

For 20 years my stylist has been Treas Engelhart, one of the current owners and previous owners of Salon 500 before they merged. She has always taken good care of my challenging hair needs as well as anyone Ive referred.The receptionists are friendly and make sure you are being taken care of from getting you a beverage to hanging up your coat to scheduling detailed appointments while the phone rings and more clients walk in. Multi-tasking isnt an easy job so I appreciate that they always do it with a smile.

I have nothing but positive things to say about Treas Engelhart and her amazing work. She is an artist with incredible skill. I have followed her from Salon 500 to her new alliance with Ambiance. Her individual attention and the positive atmosphere created by the receptionists and staff make it a place where you feel pampered and cared about!

When you walk into most salons you expect the white walls with pictures of celebrities and other people with their hair done in some fashion. When you enter Ambiance soft, neutral colors appear. It has a very elegent feel without the pretentious people. In fact everyone is very nice. They wont push you to buy their products.

Experienced in all types of nail service she is also an experienced hair designer which is quite unique. She is terrific, my nails really needed extra care when she finished they were perfect. I currently utilize gel applications. Tifanie is very concerned about doing a great job. She is knowledgeable about holistic subjects and I have enjoyed her services. The Salon is very fashionable. After many terrible hair cuts from stylists that dont understand long layers (keep as much length as possible while still cleaning up the ends) I have finally found a wonderful stylist for my hair and nails in Tiffanie!
