I am outside the business now. Polish left all over. Skin scraped with emery boards. All the staff told me to just keep washing my hands to get the extra mistakes off... after scraping only some of their mistakes with the polish, with the boards. Both the glitter and black nail polish errors are still extremely obvious and my skin was literally scraped off anyway. They did not offer to even clean them up. No refund. Nothing. Worse manicure Ive ever had.

Powder dip changing color, from your body temp to cold temps is a fun way to go! This silver is the base color, but imagine picking up a child drink or grabbing items out of the freezer and they turn purple. Theres many other colors too. Tuyang did a wonderful job and the best part, theyre not thick and chunky looking, they look and feel like how your nails should feel!!! Go see the ladies and get your do on!!! P.S. these are my nails after about 3 months of growth!

Hollie has done my nails a few times now and they are always perfect whether it’s just a simple color or an intricate design. If your looking for a talented and friendly nail artist she’s your girl.

The staff is extremely nice! Their overall customer service is great. I got a deluxe gel pedicure and my legs were as soft as a baby’s bottom. The reason I give them 3 stars is due to the job that they did on my actual nails. Several of my nails were filed unevenly and the nail polish applied has bumps and is spread to the side walls and cuticle of my nail which will cause the gel polish to lift easily.

I can’t say enough about this place, there absolutely amazing... my nails have never broke considering they are kept long and I wait approximately 2-3 weeks for a fill. I went here on the hunt for the best nail salon in my area, and I truly found it! I love how relaxing the salon is, and how kind and sweet everyone is. Lisa is AMAZING at what she does. She always makes sure I am happy, and I really enjoy her personality. They have so many different colors to choose from, and do excellent work. I highly recommend it here!

I have been going to Supreme Nails for a couple of months now and I love the staff and the results of my nails! Supreme Nails provides outstanding customer service and makes me feel welcomed during each visit! In addition, with getting the dip powder manicure, my nails have been growing healthier and the style lasts for a long time!

This nail salon is a hidden gem. They are experts with dip manicures, I especially love the fact that they don’t make your nails damaged. Lisa does a fantastic job along with other great employees there. It’s the only place I go south of the river.

My favorite part about this place is they dont rush you. Other salons will rush to get you out when the next customer comes in. I have been to Supreme Nails many times now and every time, busy or not, they have given me the full experience with lots of attention. They are friendly, clean and very thorough. I love it!

While everyone who worked in the shop was very kind, the quality of the work was very poor. The edges are sloppy, left polish on my skin, top coat uneven, and they chipped two days later. I had to ask them to be fixed even before I left the salon, and they still applied the gel manicure poorly.I chose this shop because it was convenient to a friends house, but I am certain we won’t be back. When we left I was told I short paid (I kept being asked to pay for both manicures), but we had each paid separately. That was truly the “nail” in this coffin.

I just went in today and I can say this is my favorite nail salon in Burnsville hands down the best service I’ve ever received from a nail salon very polite and professional. Easy to relay to the nail tech what I wanted done I got a manicure and pedicure for a reasonable price and the quality of my nails is amazing they were very gentle with my cuticles and I can honestly say I did not feel rushed or unhappy with any of the service they have provided. Every time I make my way to Burnsville Minnesota this will be my go to salon. Thank you so much!

I went with my friend to get our nails and feet done to relax and expecting some good service but the ladies were acting very unprofessional. they were rushing thru my friends pedicure and caked on acrylic to her nails. Ended up being $100 for the full set and all Im saying is if u gonna pay that kind of money at least go somewhere with good service. would not recommend sorry.

I got my nails done last night, today my nail broke off. I paid 60$ for a coffin shape acrylic nails and they should not have broken. The lady who did my feet was highly rude and rushed through the whole thing. I will never go back nor recommend

I went by this shop couple weeks ago because I seen how good their views were and I went in going for a look in the first picture. When it was all said in done I didn’t get the coffin nail look I was going for. Although I did change the color up, this isn’t nothing like the picture.

So happy I went to go to this business on my day off! I was stuck in between getting a massage or getting my nails done, and Supreme Nails gave me BOTH. Along with a well done manicure, I got the cucumber pedicure which came with a foot mask, lotion, and calf/foot massage...I left feeling so relaxed and will definitely be back! Had my nails and toes done a week and a half ago, not only did they charged me $120 not including tip but two of my nails popped off 4 days after getting them done. Go else where.

Great experience here! Staff was friendly and did a great job on my Supreme Pedicure and Gel Manicure. They learn and use your first name which is a nice touch. I love this place! I refuse to go anywhere else. Even when they are packed I seem to be able to get in within a few minutes maybe 10-15. I’ve never had a problem with polish chipping or nails coming off too soon. The gentleman who works there is so friendly and does great work!

I have had 2 gel manicures here and I absolutely loved both of them. In the past, I have had them last a week and a half, maybe 2 weeks at other nail salons. But they last almost 3 weeks here. They are not super busy (which they should be), so they dont rush you out of there. They really take their time and make sure it looks perfect. I am really happy with them and will continue to go to them. To take off and replace gel (without manicure) is $15, so its a great deal. I highly recommend.

I had a terrible experience the lady who did my nails was so rough and cut so low on my cuticles that they started to bleed in multiple places and I’m still in pain. I honestly can’t believe the service I got. They will not be seeing a penny from me EVER again.

I left this place stressed and very confused. I called to make an appointment ahead of time and confirmed 3 times that 2 people would be coming in and wanted to get pedicures at the same time. One worker went back and fourth between me and my friend multiple times and did not wear gloves or wash his hands. We asked him if he had been washing him hands after watching him not, and he told oh yes. So not only did he not wash his hands, he lied about it. We continued our services but they were done poorly. At the end he told us he was out of wax and he would take 5$ off our bill but i feel like this is something that should be told to your customer at the beginning when they choose their service. OVERALL terrible experience and will not returning. Confused about their customer service morals

I really want to a write a 5 star review just based on the gentleman who has done my gel acrylic fill the last few times... he is 5 stars! And Im blanking on his name, but hes not the husband of the woman who works there. Anyways, my first time here I got a full gel set put on and it was the MESSIEST set Ive ever had put on... She was dropping acrylic on my hands, and she kept letting the electric nail file get too hot on my nail until I pulled my hand back, and had to fix 3 nails from nail polish because she had bumped them. Somehow I still left loving how my nails looked and continued to come back only to be thoroughly impressed by the gentleman who does mine now... I ask for him now.

First time here today. Not busy, very friendly staff. Evidently, they are under new management (according to the employees I spoke with). I had a basic pedicure and gel manicure. Both were very well done, they did a great job!

Friendly staff, clean and seemed as well ventilated as it can be with the chemicals required for nails. They used plastic inserts in the foot tubs which was nice though maybe not so earth friendly.

My manicure was very rushed and I am extremely unhappy with the results. She clipped my nails far too short when I asked to keep most of the length. I had a gel manicure and it did not look well done and chipped AND peeled the following day. I called and requested a refund and was denied. I was offered a re do but stated this was for a trip and I could not return until after the trip which defeated the purpose of the manicure. I did not have the time to sit through another manicure. I also did not want to have another gel manicure almost immediately after this one as it damages your hands. I am extremely unhappy with the product and with the response I received when I called and would not recommend this nail salon to anyone.
