People were super nice, the complimentary egg rolls I was skeptical to try but after being guilted into trying were surprisingly amazing. However the pink and white French tip set I had done ended up turning out awful. Too short, not even, just overall poorly executed. It may have been he was rushed since I had an appointment after that I stressed I had to make and it was the end of the day, but even so. I had small sausage fingers and I bite my nails so my fake nails have to be on point or else, and Im about to wear gloves for the next couple weeks....i hate to even ask...but would it be rude to go in and have them redone?

This is my FAVORITE nail place! The staff is SUPER nice and accommodating! Despite the awful treatment they received today by a mother and daughter they remained calm and accommodating, leaving other customers to try to please the unpleaseable. They ruined everyone else’s experience because of their completely unacceptable behavior and the staff handled it all professionally. I had two people to do a pedicure. The first person was absolutely wonderful. The second person who only painted my toenails did an outstanding horrible job. Debating on going back

Went here today. First time ever getting a pedicure. Literally the lady beat my legs...she kept walking away...horrible service. The whole process felt very rushed, not relaxing at all. Then when my nails were drying she came over and beat me again....like does she really think people enjoy that? Not worth the time or money.

Ive been going here for 10 years. Im 24 years old. If you are weak or dont like rough massages ask them not to massage you after your nails get done. They base their technique off of deep tissue massage. Did I mention its Free. Free egg roll too. Im pretty sure they partner with the restaurant next door and get them from the restaurant. If your concerned about eating an egg roll while getting your nails done just eat it after as they are hot when they come out, Or get a relaxing pedicure and eat them while they do your feet ;) also pretty deep tissue massage. each manicurist is different. Maybe 1 is not for you. Try another one. They are all amazing here in their own ways ♡♡♡

I have been going to Bebe Nails for over 2 years. They are always friendly, provide a quality service and are clean. My sister in law recommended this place to me and I have brought my family in.

I went to this location for the first time with a friend and made an appointment. I saw a $20 gel manicure coupon in the mail. The place offered free drinks and free egg rolls, which was great. The place was packed and we felt rushed. Our appointment was about 30 minutes later. Our nails were done super fast. There are parts of the nail that are uneven and strips that are missing. The place was a little dirty. Half the polish abd clear coat was on my skin and burned when in the uv light. The staff was friendly, I wouldn’t go back.

I went in for an 11 am appointment. They sat me with my nails soaking for over a half hour when they said ten minutes. Finally after my nails were ruined from soaking them, I left at 11:45 with my nails a complete disaster and not done. I highly DO NOT recommend.

I had gone here just about two days ago with my sister. The service started off nicely but when other customers began to show up they rushed through the whole process. Hurting my fingers with the dremel and making the overly priced nails crooked as all he11. I shouldnt have to pay 40 bucks for my nails to be put on sloppily and to be injured in the process, along with over paying for cheap @$$ gem stones to cost an additional 9 bucks. Do NOT GO HERE. Beyond waste of money and time. Absolutely appalled with the service I was given.Not to mention I shouldnt have to come home and clip and file my own nails to make them wearable let alone uncrooked. Very good prices and they always remember who I am. They also always offer free refreshments. The only thing is the person I have seen recently was very rough and the nails ended up kind of uneven. They never turn people away so waits arent uncommon during a busy time of day. If you are thinking about going, request one of the women, they are more precise, clean, and gentle with your nails.

I didn’t appreciate that fact that I was treated different, then the white customers. There was two white woman and I at salon all of us getting pedicuresWhile they’ve been asked if they wanted beverages or any, I has skipped twice and not offered anything. The reason I’m leaving this review is not that I wanted beverage is the fact that to them I wasn’t a value customer like the white customers. I was paying money just like them, my service was not free. Why was I not valued as customers just like them? It’s because I’m black?! Horrible customer services.

I usually would stand by this place, they were affordable, nice quality and even had good customer service until my experience today. The person who taken care of me and my friend was pleasant when speaking to us but the result of nails was sloppy. They (won’t specify) were distracted by a customer who has come and worked nearby in a hair salon who had cut my techs hair earlier in the day. So she thought she more important than anyone else there before her. Came back in for her break and caused a scene over waiting. Then when they put her first still acted selfish and entitled. I explained to my tech to let her go ahead of me and finish mine later because I wanted quality. They still rushed my shaping and the painting of my nails. I tipped before I looked at my nails. I’m highly disappointed. Wanting to get everyone out fast won’t keep them happy, sadly will look elsewhere now. Because after another nail tech had to come to do a marble design and realized mine were crooked and poorly maned she didn’t offer to fix it or anything. They had so much potential. Sad.

I personally always go to Amy because she knows how to do my nails before I even tell her primarily based on the fact that I always do stilettos and she loves to talk and she is also very friendly and has a great personality the first time I got my nails done Ryan did my nails and he did an amazing job the only reason your nails should hurt is if youre wiggling around like crazy so if youre able to sit still for 15 to 20 minutes so they could do their job properly you wouldnt feel pain and it is a five-star nail salon in my opinion 💋💜💋💜💋💜

I go here every two weeks! I love this nail parlor and I love the staff. Very friendly nice hard working girls. Each one does a great job! This is a pretty popular salon and gets busy on the week ends so expect a wait time! They do a great job always and always are okay with fixing something thats not right. The prices are very reasonable and affordable. I love this salon and will always get my nails done here!!! I highly recommend!

I had to file them at home, the paint is blotchy and thick in some areas, and he left the glue under my nails instead of grinding it out. He also didnt take my $17.00 coupon. Wont return.

I wish I could say something good about the nails but my acrylics are sloppy.. didn’t do cuticles or cleaning before application, polish on skin, left underneath of acrylics sloppy and didn’t paint the thick tips.. polish/top coat not even and the lady tried to pressure me into upgrading so I couldn’t use my coupon but the man was sweet! Pedicure went great but dip manicure was disappointing. The nail tech, Ryan did a mix of filing and soaking my old dip manicure off. There was still about 25% left when he started to use monomer and dip powder like acrylic powder. I prefer to dip my nails as it makes thin even layers vs the person having to sculpt the nail with a brush and it being very thick. Nails came out thick on certain fingers and the shape was uneven. I ended up shaping them when I got home with a file. Customer service was great but very poor technique. Im also worried about possibly getting an infection as I did not see new tools being unpackaged or sanitized in between clients. I do not recommend this place and I wish I had read these reviews before coming. Lesson learned to never betray my usual nail tech.

Worst place ever don’t ever let Ryan touch your nails! I started to get pain and swelling in my finger and with smallest touch it was painful and burning after a few days. Went to have the tip taken off and my real nail almost came off! It it is so unsanitary and just not clean! I usually go to Nail Bar and Spa, but had to cancel my appointment! Will not be returning to this location ever again!! I gave them a try twice the first tech made my nails very lumpy and got mad with me whenever I asked him to file it the way I wanted. They seem like they do not care about their customers they are always trying to rush you off so they can move onto the next customer. When they speak to you they are complaining about something that happened to them thru out their day. The 2nd tech made my nails so thin they all came off within 4 days tops!!!!!!

I have been going to Bebes for years. Ryan and Amy do a great job.9/12/18 i have been back to Bebes several times. They have become fast and sloppy. They do some of the worst grinding I have ever had. Low spots high spots. They pop off very easily.

Went in for a pedicure, advertised at $19 on their front door, $17 w/ coupon. When pedicure was over, was asked to pay $40. I said yes to sea salt, and apparently I was then getting the deluxe pedicure which was not advertised. Not happy! I didnt get the feeling the place was real clean either. Will not go back! Ever!

My nails are okay, BUT they definitely have poor customer service. I had two different people for my pedicure and manicure. Both were very rude and had asked weird personal questions. The person doing my manicure put on a design without me asking. Also DO NOT EAT THE FREE EGGROLLS! They re-use them and if someone doesn’t eat them or picks at it enough that it looks untouched they give it to the next customer. I will not be going back.

This was a horrible experience nice staff but the worst nail shop I’ve ever been to, they were quick to finish my nails and didn’t even try to do them nice. My 10 year old sister is even complaining because they did a horrible job on her toe nails they got paint all over her skin, this is a warning I DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING THERE!!!

Super disappointed in todays service. Went in for a gel manicure, was talked into the dip manicure for $15 more. I was cut twice in the cuticle on two different fingers. The dip finished, looked like a 5 year old did it. A second technician tried to make it better Theyre horrible, and they still charged me. Wont be back.

Not sure who did my nails but all I know is I was not pleased with my experience. I had asked for a regular manicure, no gel, no acrylic, and the nail tech comes over and cuts all my natural nails off and then proceeds to give me acrylics, after letting her know multiple times that those were not what I wanted. And to add to it, these nails look terrible. She rushed through and because of that my nails look sloppy and are not uniform whatsoever. She also did not go with the color I had picked.This establishment i noticed is not very well kept, service could be a lot better and offering food while working with all the chemicals is probably not the best idea.Long story short I will not be returning to this place.

Gross, worst mani ever. They had me soak my gel off for 10 minutes in this bucket of cotton with acetone that was used by other people. Used tools that were not sanitized in between people. Wiped the tools off and stick them right back in the drawer. My nails were all rigid and not filed smooth and the polish job was terrible. I literally just wanted to get out of there.

I got my nails done here awhile back and staff was very rude. I only wanted a gel polish manicure because I dont like the feeling of acrylic nails. I had to tell my nail technician multiple times I did not want acrylic nails because she didnt want to take no for an answer. They also very blatantly were talking about me knowing I could not understand them. Honestly scarred me from getting my nails done anywhere after that experience.

Ive been going to this salon for pedicures for the last couple of years. At first, the service was great but it has been steadily declining. My last experience today was so horrible, I will never go back again. I always go in with a pedicure coupon and I think they hate to honor those. The girl that did my pedicure (pregnant, due in September...I cant remember her name) did such a botched job that I asked for her to redo a couple of nails and to file the corners a little more because they were too sharp. Instead of redoing it, she said I wont charge you for the French polish. (Usually a $5 charge). I said You wont file them a little more for me and touch up the paint you smudged? She said I wont charge you the extra $5. She got ZERO tip!

Worst manicure Ive ever had! She rushed through it, barely clipping my nails. One swipe of the buffer on each nail, did not file them down. Rushed through my cuticles, not getting them all, and did not clean under my nails. I didnt want any nail polish, and even with the wax dip, and BS massage, was in and out in a little under 10 min. Fastest and worst manicure Ive ever had and Ive had many at many different places. Not a very clean place and the older lady worker did not want to waste her time with my basic manicure obviously. Ive never had such rushed service youd be think they were closing... Will never go there again!

The nails look great, but the price is pretty spendy. I like how they gave me egg rolls and pop, but they said it was free but I think it contributed to the price. The price was $80 for my friend a I’s acrylic nails which is $40 each. I personally think that is over priced. The costumer service was okay but overall was not my first pic for a nail salon.

This service my daughter and I received was bed. I didnt feel like they cared about our business, the woman rushed and ripped through our toes so fast. I was there 6 days ago and my polish is almost completely wore off due to the lack of a quality job.I had to ask for a base coat on my toes, which should come with any service with polish...

Rushed service!!! He couldnt say no to the people coming in even though they had at least two people waiting a half hour. Terrible job on my nails! Had a full set. It had bumps, nicks and four fell off within a week! Wont be going back there! Oh, by the way, you should not serve egg rolls. Do you want to keep your insurance?

I got a gel manicure on Tuesday and Friday my nails started chipping. It’s now Sunday and I have to take my manicure off because it is unwearable. I’m very disappointed in the quality.

Ive been going there for a few months. At first, it was alright, friendly staff but it just kept getting gradually worse.I went in to get a pedicure (which says its $35) and a fill (which says its $16). Even though I wanted to get my aryillacs taken off but he argued with me and said he would just keep them short. So I decided I would try it. Did an absolutely AWFUL job, they were incredibly short and wouldve looked better if I just would have had a manicure with my real nails like I wanted. He was totally rude when I asked questions about the length and the color. When it was finished (and this has happened before many times) I had dried acyrillac powder on my skin. Which Ive asked about before but they pretty much ignore you.I go to pay and its somehow $82- which I asked about and apparently when they cut them down and reshape them its considered a full set. Not only that but when I added ONLY a $5 tip, on my bank statement they somehow changed it from $87 to $97. VERY upset and even more so when I called and they just gave me the run around.Pretty disgusting that they steal and cheat a customer that had came back multiple times. I will NEVER go back again. Anyone who does go there should double check their receipts to their bank statements. Ive found 3 other times looking back at my statements that theyve increased the tip amount of what I had put on there.Very unsatisfied and angry. Also, its pretty unsanitary to serve FOOD at a place that does nails.

Went to get pedicure with a friend from out of town as a girls day. What a waste of money and bad experience. The lady who did my friend was rude after we declined the upgrade to luxury pedicure and she rushed her entire pedicure in less than 10 mins. The lady who did mine was nice, but my toes look awful. Worse than when I came in...she cut my toe nails all uneven, cut one WAY too short and cut my skin pretty bad on another. They just look bad and I had to fix them all when I got home. My friend also was given no pedi shoe things or anything and had to walk across the salon barefoot. Eew. I dont think these ladies know anything about doing nails. Never going back.

Awful experience. Will never return. The owner is a greedy, lying, jerk. I called for an appointment and was told theyd put me down for 6-7 pm. When I arrived there was no technician available. I asked how long of a wait and was told 1:30 minutes. I presented my coupon and the owner gave it back to me. After waiting a while, I was offered a seat in the pedicure area to soak my feet. I sat there for 30 minutes before someone came to start my pedicure. The owner tried to upsell me for a luxurious pedicure for $30.00. I told him I needed to finish at the same time as my daughter who wanted a manicure. He said no problem. However, my daughters manicure lasted 10 minutes. All he did was polish her nails and add top coat. When he was done he rudely told her to go. While I was soaking my feet, another woman had an argument with the owner about her charges that went on for quite some time. She was being charged more because her young daughter was distracting. I noticed on the board of posted prices that pedicures cost $25, so when I went to pay, I asked him why he was charging me $30. He said it was a more luxurious pedicure. I said it wasnt and I wouldnt pay more than $35 which was the posted price of a mani/pedi. I commented on how his coupon didnt mean anything. The coupon price was $17.00 for a pedicaure Thats just to get you in the door. He has no intention of honoring it. LIAR!

Know it was fromunclean tools. 5 hours in ER, blood infection, Lance my finger, loosenail, work time, 14 days of Antiboitics,2 shots Rochephin.They had 23 violations when reviewd!!!! The board told me that isoff the charts. Cops were called because they were hiding wax and tools.Did u know they are not licensed to wax? Or use the blades theyare using?

Awful, I would give them zero stars if google would let me! I went there to get a manicure for my wedding day, just a simple french tip with a light pink top coat. The polish he used was all gunky and my nails were left all globby with bare spots. I told him he had to fix them and when he tried it just kept getting worse so I just had him remove the polish all together and I went home and painted my own nails which by the way looked pretty good. The worst part is he still insisted that I pay for this awful experience. So I ended up paying for a manicure I never really had! I always say mistakes happen and its how they are dealt with that matters most but they did not deal with their error well and that is why they are getting this bad review.
