The appearance of this business is simple and storefront. It underrepresents the quality of the guest service offered. The prices are also very competitive. With Theresas help, I was able to make a same day appointment . Elizabeth was available and gave me an honest evaluation of my skin and a specific facial that I truly needed. Elizabeths guest service was amazing and my experience was wonderful. My suggestion is to call early as their schedule should book out quickly once word gets out about this hidden gem in Burlington, NC.

I have been a member for awhile now. The massages have been great. The appoint setting and professionalism and training of the staff in the front office is absolutely ridiculous. I have had an appoint for 2 days in a row canceled and or scheduled at the wrong location. They have called once after the fact and next day and the other 5 hours before. I will be canceling my membership effectively immediately and will never return. The have messed up my entire schedule for this weekend. There excuse the first time was that the computer system transferred to another location and they did not acknowledge that or had no idea that we pressed 3 for Burlington, therefor a appointment was set for Kernersville and did not receive an expiation till the next day. This second cancellation was just another excuse that they had no one there for the time that was set. So why would your system allow that? Do not care at this point! I’m over the excuses and will take my business else where. Please be informed that if you make an appointment with them double triple check it before you go. I am a member and it’s not my job to keep changing my schedule for their mistakes.

TWICE IN A ROW (several months apart) I scheduled a Saturday morning massage. BOTH TIMES the masseuse didnt show up. Then, the receptionist said that the masseuse had something else to do (ah yea, my massage) Then the Burlington manager couldnt find the right information on me because they had me under multiple profiles. It seems from the other reviews that the quality of the organization is going down. I will never visit again nor will I recommend them. Go to Kneaded Energy in Greensboro.

This was my first spa experience, and it was amazing! I got a massage and a facial. And I left there feeling like a new person. The atmosphere was great Ive never been so relaxed, calm and energized. The staff are wonderful! They are so nice and welcoming. This place is just great and I cant wait to go back!

I had a wonderful experience at Balance Day Spa in Burlington! The atmosphere is relaxing, clean, and pleasant. I had a terrible neck/shoulder spasm, and Carrie was amazing as she worked with me to resolve my tightness and pain. She was very attentive to my needs and requests, and she did an excellent job answering all my questions. I was very pleased with my massage. Additionally, since I was getting the massage for an acute issue, I was thankful they could get me fit in quickly. All the staff were very friendly and easy to work with. Would highly recommend the Balance Day Spa and Carrie!

I love this place. I have also recommended several people to the services. As soon as you walk in you relax with the staff and wonderful robes. This is also my favorite place to get gift cards from. Easy for my family. I LOVE IT, dont waste your money anywhere else. I MEAN IT!!!, and I am picky.

Staff quits without notice constantly. This place is nice looking but there are much better spas. I switched to A Spa Boutique in Graham. Worth the short drive. My massages are better, cheaper, and are available when I want them. The place is so relaxing. I dont miss Balance at all.

Massage was ok. I have been to three different people. You can get same results at other massage places for half the price. Burlington never has convenient openings. They are always trying to send you to another location. I am unable to make an appointment a week or two away because my schedule always changes. The atmosphere is pleasant and the staff is nice. I just think for the money they are charging there should be more available time slots. Stuck with $500 worth of gift cards UGH!!!!

This was the second attempt in trying to make an appointment. The lady told me that they are short staffed and all booked up. I asked her then how was I going to spend my gift certificate if I couldnt get a massage. The answer was to have a facial instead. I then asked her if I could get my money back as I would rather go else where, but that was out of the question. They clearly have staffing issues as I asked for a someone my name and she no longer works there. So the only available date was February 25th. Thats a whole month away. In future, I will not refer anyone to this spa again. It was like they didnt want my business. Sad.

I got the microderm facial today by alyssa! She was great! She did a soothing mask after the microdermabrasion that really hydrated my skin. Would recommend this facial to anyone like myself who needs hydrating during the cooler months.

No ammenities and the full body massage was not. Overpriced for what you get. Sign in the locker room says they have supplies and if you dont see what you need, just ask. They had a blow dryer hidden under the sink w one dirty brush....um no thanks.
