I was helped by your attendee around 9 tonight. She is amazing, giver her a raise, a promotion whatever she likes. She handled a complicated situation really really well.

Slowest pumps on the planet - these pumps also rarely seem to work at all.

I went there today to get gas at 1pm. I had started my transaction, put my rewards card in and my credit card, the price showing was $2.34.9. The pump kicked my rewards out and when I started pumping the gasoline price changed to $2.49.9 ! A .15¢ jump during my transaction! There was NO signage indicating a price increase until AFTER I had begun my transaction. I did not get my rewards discount either. I went in to speak to someone and there was no one at the register or visible in the store. I called out Hello several times before someone came out of the back. I told her what happened. She told me to Call the number on the card to get my reward credits back. She also said no one was pumping gas when I changed the price. So basically, they price gouged and said screw you. I am filing a formal complaint with the NC Attorney General. Gas was .12¢ cheaper across the street.

I love the fact that you can continue to save your rewards to receive more than .10cents off!! The staff are all polite and friendly and the store is always clean!!

Cleanest BP in Burlington. Friendly CS, everything is easy to find if you cant find it, the CSR knows exactly where it is and show you or tell you specifically where. If its not there, CSR will see if theres any in back, get it for you or tell you their out & when their next delivery is.

One of the worst gas stations I have stopped at. Machine would not take my card, so I had to pay inside, and then I had to make multiple trips in and out because the pump had issues getting started. Many items were missing price labels inside, so I had no idea what drinks and other items cost.

Look at their gas pump barriers... Made in turkey. A piece of steel time filled with concrete and America wonders whats wrong... Lets pay for them to ship us basic materials when we have them
