I highly recommend this Hairmaster. My son and I brought I. Pictures to show hair styles the hair cut we want and they were able to give us the same haircut perfectly. I also love that my hair styles didnt cut more hair off then I wanted. This Hairmaster is our hair Salon from now on. Its best to make an appointment in advance. Ask for Amalia ( for women) because she did a great job cutting and styling my long hair and Rachel(for men) because she did my sons hair. I would love to hear your experience at Hairmaster.

I went in to get a color with highlights and a cut. I showed Rachel a picture of the length and the base color I wanted due to it being a previous style I had. I told her brown with Carmel highlights and shoulder length.. I asked her if she wanted me to pull the picture out again and she said no. Even though she used foils, my hair has zero highlights and my entire head looks almost orange! I paid over $100 and I’m embarrassed by my hair!! I’ve been crying over this. I will never go to her or her salon ever again! Absolutely disgusted!

My mom went to get her haircut and asked for a bob haircut and style . She did not get a bob it looks like someone cut the back of her hair with a hedge trimmer.

Took my sister, daughter and myself here to get updos for our other sisters wedding in January. My daughter and sisters hair turned out cute. Mine was a messy bun with the ends curled. I could have done a better job at home. I paid $75 for my hair. I was really disappointed. At least I got 49 bobby pins out of the deal.

This place is very unprofessional, booked a haircut 45-30 minutes online that would take 30 minutes. & once I got there they asked me when did I schedule my appointment & I told them about more than half an hour ago & all I got from them was “Aw, sweetie too bad we’re closing at 4pm today & I’m about to leave right now” when I asked if there was anything they could do since they didn’t even let me know before coming here, which they had half an hour to let me know; they said there was nothing they could do. They didn’t even offer me a discount if I wanted to schedule an appointment with them. NOTHING at all!! I’m not one to talk bad on people or places but the way I was talked to really got me upset & their lack of offering other services for another day to makeup for their mistake on even checking their computer!

Amalia is very talented at cutting mens and womens hair

I went with my dad and she not only did not listen to what my dad said, but she completely ruined my hair, i was very specific in what i wanted, and she cut a straight line in the back of my head when i asked for a fade of shorter at the bottom longer going up my head from my neck to the longest part. I left there not knowing what my hair looked like because she tried to show me when i didnt have my glasses on, and didnt let me see it when I put them back on. I will not be coming back here again.

Walk in and not a local. Shay was terrific! She cut my 17 yr old sons hair 1st ...after she was done I asked her to do mine too. She is skilled and honest! 2 things that make q great hairdresser! Thanks for the awesome cuts!

I came in with a disaster color job from a different salon hoping to be fixed. Ashley the color artist not only fixed the other salons mess up but also exceeded my expectations completely! My hair looks fantastic, better than I ever imagined! Ashley is very knowledgeable, easy to talk to, friendly, and has her clients best interests in mind. I live out of town but would come back to her at the Burlington Salon in a heart beat, she produces incredible work. I am so impressed with HairMasters and their customer service, a truly great experience

I went in on 2-2-15 for a simple cut. The service I received was extraordinary! I had Jessica Rubino and she not only cut my hair to look fabulous but she was very informative. She was very good about telling me how the hair works when it is cut. How she would have to cut my hair in order to get the look I wanted. I also enjoyed the company and conversation that we had! 😊😆 If you want a fabulous cut call and book an appointment with Jessica! 😆😊 Update: I continue to book all my hair appointments with Jessica! So Im a person that does not know what I want when it comes to getting a haircut, and Ive run into many hairstylists that didnt like my uncertainty (which I completely understand) but I came in today and Shay helped me out. Not only did she pick a style she thought would suit me, but she also mixed a few colors together to get to what she thought was the right one for me...... also for someone that was the type to wake up and go I think I will start styling my hair because she took the time to show me what a simple two minutes of my time could change so much.the outcome was phenomenal! I love it and here is the outcome but not the final finish..... definitely will be coming back!!!

First off, had to wait 30 minutes after they told me it would take 15 minutes. I asked for her to take off 4 inches including layers. She cut off over 8 inches and never asked me if the amount I wanted was correct on my hair. Next, she didnt even realize my hair was curly till she had already cut it. Now my hair looks completely stupid. Lastly, she used her blow dryer on my hair and I literally saw Sparks. My hair is completely fried. Do not recommend the Asian lady at all. Horrible experience

My trim was not even. Hair cuts no longer include a hair wash, charged extra for that. Finally when checking out everything seemed fine asked me to sign I was out the door, only for her to catch me before entering Fred Meyer and asked me to come back to re-scan my card. Which I now just found they double charged my card. Need to upgrade the check out system or need to train them how to use it. Have never filed a bad review but I wont ever go back besides to get my money back for over charging me.

All the ladys in here are rude! No one was helping me and my fiance when we walked in. We were standing there for like 10min before a lady RUDELY asked can I help you?! We then proceeded to tell her we had an appointment at 4 and she, without looking at the appointment book, said everyone for the 4oclock appointments are already here we werent late let me add. She then walked over to look at the book and seen I was indeed on there... And got me seated... Will not return. Id give 0 stars if I could

We went in there to get my moms hair TRIMMED. The manager Shay cut my moms hair and while consulting about how to cut her hair I was trying to tell Shay that my mom wanted maybe 4 inches cut off since her hair is super long. I went to show her and she proceeded to tell me to ‘sit down daughter’ repeatedly and dismissed my suggestions. I’m convinced she was high or still drunk from last night. When she went to get her hair washed Shay was talking about how she was supposed to go home with a man but couldn’t because her friend got in a fight so she had to take care of that. The most unprofessional experience I have ever witnessed at this shop. Will never be coming back and will spread the word as well.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would !!! I never go in and get my hair professionally done so my husband and kids got me a $100 gift card to be pampered on my birthday. My husband prearranged an appointment with one of the hair dressers to do my hair to get me out of the house as my family was throwing a surprise 40th party for me. My husband booked my appointment 2 weeks in advance. My family gave me the gift card an hour before my appointment which was at 3:30 on my birthday. I was jumping up and down so excited to actually get my hair done. I even washed and blow dryed it before I left the house. My daughter went with me to make sure I stayed out of the house while my family was decorating etc. Now I know why my hubby booked it before my surprise party. So I could feel good about myself and have a new hair do. I get to Hair Masters 5 min early. One of the ladies working there said can I help you ? I said yes I have an appointment for 3:30. She was looking in her books and said rudely No you dont my daughter then said my dad booked the appointment 2 weeks ago. She said well you are not written down. Then they saw I was written down on the calendar and not the appointment book and tried to blame it on us. My daughter said my mom had no idea until an hour ago this was a gift card for $100. Then the lady said well who did you make an appointment with. We told her the name and she said she wasnt working today. My husband asked the lady 2 weeks ago if she could cut or color my hair for $100 and she said of course I could. Then the ladies started talking badly about the lady not working that was supposed to do my hair. So unprofessional then one of the ladies asked me what I wanted done. I just showed a similar picture nothing fancy. That lady had the odasity to say to me Well honey their is no way you can get that cut/color for a $100. Remind you this was on my birthday. My feelings were extremely hurt and I was so embarrassed because other customers were listening. I said to my daughter You know what I can just do this another time. After they were trying to find any hair dresser to do it real quick. I said nevermind and my daughter and I walked out of there. I was almost in tears the way they treated me. I stayed strong in front of my daughter but felt extremely humiliated. My daughter was so upset she called my husband and he said to go and get our money back. My daughter who is 16 wanted to go in by herself. She said I was already embarrassed/hurt enough. My daughter was in there for 10 min. I was just getting ready to walk in there to see what was going on. My daughter told me they couldnt or was having a hard time getting our money back. A customer overheard them and told my daughter. I can give you $100 cash and you can just give me the gift card. Your mom deserves a nice haircut for her birthday. She went next store to get money out of the cash machine to give to my daughter. (That was so very nice of her to do that )I cant believe how unprofessional and rude they were. I will NEVER go back there and I will tell every single person I know not to go there !!! Thanks for making my Birthday one I will NEVER forget !!!!
