This place is pretty good. Always a great hair cut and friendly service. The parking lot is small and usually full of big vehicles, and we got here early. So if you come on time. There might be parking spots ready.Over all.. It is worth the visit.

Sierra was outstanding to say the least. I’ve seen others here say it was best cut they’ve ever had and I cannot agree more. I said to her three times it was the best haircut I’ve ever had, period. Her technique with a hairdryer at the end I’ve never seen before but it truly made a big difference and I can not recommend her enough, fantastic work.

Not too expensive like the other places in Burlington. But good quality cuts. The guy I had took his time and did exactly as I asked. Would recommend.

This place was great the first few times, I have been going here since they opened. The last visit I had was pretty much the worst haircut I have received in my life. I would have paid to not have had it. Started 15 min after my appointment time. After that spent no time maybe 10 minutes. My hair didn’t even looked cut. The person was unprofessional. Kept saying that they had cut my hair before which they hadn’t. Pretty much the most anxiety inducing experience I could have had.The place didn’t respond to me letting them know how terrible it went. I would have at least thought they cared enough to try to resolve the issues. I paid and tipped. No response from the shop. Had to pay for another haircut two weeks later(I usually get one ever two months). The person who cut my hair then couldn’t believe I got a cut recently. She had to cut 2 inches off still.I truly got a hack job! Maybe just an off day. I hope that this never happens to anyone else.Customers beware!Regretful experience.

Ive been to the shop twice now, with two different barbers, and Im not sure Ive had a better hair cut experience. I find myself anxious in salons, but the rather expensive haircuts are often perfect. Conversely, Im incredibly comfortable in small town shops, but the inexpensive haircuts are rarely that great.From the antique barber chairs and meaningful conversation to their attention to detail and reasonable rates, Im deeply impressed with The Barbershop. Looking forward to seeing how Mick and the crew grow the bar and the shop!
