This shop was recommended by my car mechanic after I got into a small accident. Basically I knew from the beginning my car was in good hands. The level of quality and standard of care is way above what I expected: ensuring not only the car was taken care of but even my well being after the accident. The process was smooth with a prompt turnaround. They also consistently kept me informed about the repair status till the day I picked it up. And what I see seems like a brand new car! Have brought both my babies in for body work and Mike is hands down the man. He will take care of you like you were his brother, sister, mom, pops, whatever. The epitome of customer service. Both times, I picked up and dropped off my rental straight from the shop, Mike kept in touch and kept me up to date on repairs, timelines, approvals, EVERYTHING. The repairs were flawless as well. I could not tell the difference from when it was brand new. Will be bringing my cars here everytime from now on until something changes!

Great auto body shop. The front bumper of our Subaru Crosstrek came back like new with a perfect paint job and finishing touches. Really good communication from Alice along the way too, very helpful and professional team all around.

The manage Alice is very kind and helpful, when I asked about my damaged paint and glass from wrongfully cleaning, she took a look at the picture and gave advice as to perhaps they can polish it out and see if it works, she then said I can just bring my car any day, and give her a call so she can leave a space for my car.I drove my car in today, leave it with her for a few hours, I got a call, and it’s ready. The Best body and paint work Ive seen thus far. I highly recommend Spectrum, I recently had my BMW hit from the side and the paint and body work looks as if nothing happened, blended well and you can never tell it was hit! There reasonable, trustworthy and most important fast! They wont have your car on the back burner, will expedite quickly while being precise! They do everything from classics to common cars to expotics this is a great body shop! A+++ :)
