Been coming here for years (20+) to get my cars serviced... none of them being Mercedes. Great local service and very straight forward service people. They always handle my services really well, dont try to upselling me, and let me know of anything that I may need.

From the second we spoke to this business, we were treated with honesty and respect. They fixed our 2013 Mercedes for less than half of what our local dealership quoted us, which saved us thousands! This auto repair establishment has been around since 1975 and that tells you a lot. I had my 1994 E320 towed here from another repair shop because they told me I need a piston ring job. My friend from a Mecedes dealer recommended Autohaus Schmid.Paul, the owner pinpointed the problem and it was not because the piston rings, I appreciate their honesty and have them perform all other maintenance that my car had missed since 1994 which only had 22k miles.Paul kept me updated during the repair process and the price is far more reasonable than the dealer. What really surprised me was Paul had the car detailed to brand new condition when I picked up the car. The car drove like the day I picked it up from the dealer back in 1994.I highly recommend this fine establishment to all Mecedes, BMW and Audi owners.

I had Paul and Alex service my Audi A3 a couple of months ago. Last week, my car started to shudder and shake but no check-engine light came on. Mystified, I took it in for them to take a look. They spent a lot of time running diagnostics, downloaded to codes to see if there were errors, and took turns taking it out to see if they could replicate. In the end, it remained a mystery. I offered to pay for their time and effort, but Paul refused saying that he did not believe in charging when he couldnt find anything and fix anything. I really appreciated that honesty. In the past, I was constantly afraid to be taken advantage of. I dont know much about the mechanics of a car and therefore always felt helpless or the need to bring a guy with me to a shop. However, my recent experience at Autohaus Schmid has changed my thoughts on mechanic shops. The staff did a great job of making me feel comfortable. The mechanic who helped me did an amazing job at explaining what was wrong with my car and what I needed.
