Not done yet, I called them to confirm it was the 12V battery problem. The lady told me I could not talk to the mechanic. They insisted that I needed to tow my car back to them. Nice! We dropped our vehicle off for maintenance, only to get it back with a scratch that was covered up with touch up paint. The service manager Aldo was unresponsive, and never followed through with his claim that he would watch the surveillance footage and later when he said they would fix the damage. After moving, we brought our car to another Nissan service center who looked up our invoice from Burlingame. They said Burlingame Nissan charged us for maintenance that was never performed. I escalated this to Nissan corporate who overall were zero help as I was told it was between me and the dealership (who never responds). Ended up selling the car and will never step foot back into a Nissan dealership or own another Nissan.
