Been a customer of Doug for years, cant beat the service.

While I have not taken my car to Doug, you can bet I will from now on. He was a HUGE help to me and my Acura TL today. After jumping my battery, my car alarm would not stop going off and then wouldnt get out of park. After an extremely frustrating hour of trying a bunch of things and the Acura dealership not being able to help (in fact telling me it needed to be towed), we called Doug and within in 1 minute, he was able to give me the solution. Alarm went off, car was back to normal! He clearly knows more than the Acura dealership!! Thank you again, Doug!!

The dealership said I needed to replace a bunch of stuff and gave me a quote that did not seem right. I called a few shops including Dougs who all quoted me about half the price of the dealership. Dougs quote was not the cheapest but still really good and he sounded the most honest over the phone. He will take the the time to talk through the jargon and show you stuff under the hood.Doug owns two Acuras of his own and his father has one too. Hes had many years of experiencing working with Acura cars having spent time at an Acura dealership before going off on his own. If you want someone who will treat your car like his own, this is the place to go.

Awesome place. My car was messed up at another shop and Doug squeezed it in on short notice, fixed things up quickly, and charged super-reasonably. We were prepared for a more expensive repair but Doug explained why its not necessary. Saved us both money and stress.

Hear lots of stories about shops implying how qualified they are but this shop after a review of their technical savvy gave me the warm-and-fuzzy I needed. Doug the owner worked at the dealership and was factory trained and he seems to know the ins-and-outs of the Japanese models. Just have to say they are a five star dealer alternative. Doug was great. Not only did he fix my breaks quickly and cheaper then the dealership. He was extremely honest and put way more time into figuring out what was wrong with my AC then he should have for what he charged me. Definitely a great place to bring your Acura
