Omg! Love love LOVE this place!So Ive been to many MANY salons and nail bars 😒 I have yet to find a place I truly like and want to continue going to. They just can NEVER get my nails right and make them last for me. BUT!!! This place is BEAUTIFUL and CLEAN 😍!Tony is absolutely incredible at what he does, listens to EVERYTHING you say and wants to get everything he does; to your nails, right the first time he does it. My nails are everything I wanted and more!!!! Hes so great, and I will be going back their from now on. This place will actually make me want to keep up with my nails and its all thanks to Tony ❤ 😁Can not wait to go back!

We really like this place. You can make an appointment. They are so friendly and customer service is excellent. They spend an hour on your pedi. EVERYTIME! I love that. You feel like you are getting what you pay for!

For the first time I am actually satisfied with my shape and style of nails. They aren’t lumpy or rough and I felt like he took his time to get them right. I’m excited to show my nails off!

This place is really good. My feet are nice and soft, polish is holding up nicely.

My cousin and I came here to do our nails for her wedding anniversary and for my wedding shower. First of all, the man who sat me down was quite rude to me when I asked for a few minutes to think about the color, then they proceeded to make me wait 20-30 minutes to be serviced. The lady who did my cousins nails was very nice but she cut her three times while doing her nails! The man who did my nails was a bit rude every time I asked about something on the nails, both sets of nails were crooked and they were not the same length at all. My cousins index finger nails were much longer than the other ones and both our right thumb nails look literally horrible. I will unfortunately not be returning here.

Went in for a simple manicure. Had a man that was super rough, distracted and rude. Nicked the top of my finger outside the cuticle. Also had I not yanked my hand away from him he would have cut the tip of my finger with toenail size nail clippers. I asked him to be gentle and that made him angry! Needless to say we had words. I got up to leave and a lady offered to finish the job. She was friendly and did a good job. Beware of the angry male wielding sharp things at this salon! I wont go back.

I believe my techs name was Julia, she was absolutely amazing! Im kind of new to getting my nails done, so Im not used to having to keep my hands so relaxed for so long, but we was really patient with me! Any time my fingers twitched while she was filling my acrylics, she would immediately stop and check in with me, make sure nothing hurt, and she was very gentle when I said that one finger was sensitive. If Im ever back in the area, Im absolutely coming back!I think 40 was a very good price for a fill, 1 new nail and 3 different gel polishes. This has been my best experience to date!

They are rude and my polish popped off quickly. If you dont like the service provided and say anything they will treat you like trash.

Been there twice with my daughter. First time was great, last time was a waste of money. My daughters nails have brush marks in them. I wanted pink to go with my toes but ended up with red and you can see through it. Dont think Im going back. Dont have the time or money to just throw in the wind. Now I have to find somewhere else to get my nails redone

First off the nail salon looked unorganized right off the bat. My nails came out horrible shaped, I wanted almond shape but I told her to make them as skinny as possible but she didn’t. Also I kept looking at my nails because I saw that she wasn’t doing them how I wanted and told me to stop looking at my nails and to look at the tv. Not a please or thank you anywhere. My sister also got her nails done and hers came out crooked, and there was no hiding it.

I loved my mani/ pedi I got Saturday, 9/12/20! The only issue I noticed is that today, 9/13/20, the gel polish on the third and fourth toes on my left foot was completely gone. Yesterday and this morning, my pedicure was still perfect but as of 45 minutes ago, those two toes looked like they were missed and I know they weren’t. Not sure if it was just the polish used or that I had a gel pedicure?

Ive been here many times and most of the time they are great, they have had a few hiccups, but overall its a great place to get Spa services, and for pedicures ask for Ben, he is great!

To start off with the lady who attended me was rushing me from the start. She was also lowkey intimidating and she was rushing soo much that she forgot to put clear coat on my other hand. I didn’t say anything because I don’t like confrontation but overall would not recommend and my nails were okay but could have definitely been better. Will not be returning.

Moved to Texas a year ago and we hadn’t went to a shop yet I walked in asked how much it would be for a full set and was able to make an appointment for the same day. I loved the inside so gorgeous and all the employees were very nice. Next week will be a month since my mom and I went to get our nails done both still have all our nails and we both type all day everyday at work. My mom also got her feet done which she was very satisfied with. Definitely worth the money. We’ll be making an appointment again and get both our feet and nails done.

Asked for plain acrylic set they asked if I wanted solar or gel or dip I said no acrylic she said I have this soft pink I said in acrylic ok she did them.didnot say anything. I know I told her acrylic only we I went tonpay out they charged me. 43 for solar I told them thats not what I want they said well now.you know for next time.you pay or I call cops I paid but will never be back and will protest this business to everyone I know and in the papers for a while unless it is made right

Ive been here many times and the experience gets better every time! I never have a complaint and I get compliments on my nails every time!!

Let’s just start with how long it took: 3 HOURS and 15 MINUTES for a pedicure and manicure with dip. I have to go back tomorrow because the top coat on the nail that got messed up came off an hour later. I give it a two star because my pedicure was decent and the design on my accent nail was good. But the work on my nail was from someone who was training. For being so slow and taking as long as it took, it should have been perfect. My husband said he’ll never go back:-(

So Henry did my nails on Friday and missed a few spots that I didn’t notice until I had already left. I was gonna leave it fine cool whatever I’ll deal. I fell and broke my nail on Monday. With their policy I have a 3 day period where I can come in and get fixed for free. Monday was my 3rd day; now when I came in the guy who was doing my fixes was rushing and he got a phone call and answered while still doing my nails; when I told him the nail fixed was thicker than my other nails he pushed me off to Henry. Henry then slimmed my fixed nail and seemed frustrated and irritated that I wanted my nails to look good for what I paid for on Friday. Very unprofessional on his part. On both nail techs. The first one for pushing me off to another tech to continue a phone call, and Henry for being irritated.

Everyone was really nice and professional. Always come here!

I use to come here all the time to get my nails done. I got my nails done on Tuesday went out of country the next morningThursday morning my nail breaks off, then saturday rolls around and 2 more nails break off. I get back on Monday night and go to the shop on Tuesday. they tell me they can fix it but i would have to pay. ummm no I am not paying when my nails didnt last 5 daysthey didnt want to fix my nails. I have had issues with them before.I refuse to use their services and would NOT recommend them. There are way better shops around with better pricing. If I could i would give them 0 stars.

A few days ago I went into the shop and it was nothing like the experiences I’ve been enjoyed in the last few years . I know they have switched owners so changes are to be expected. Anyways I went into to get my nails done and got an acrylic set, The first person to start doing my nails obviously was having a bad day. He started my nails and i chose coffin shape, he started shaping my nails and he asked if I liked it. I replied no honestly, because one side of the nail was flat and he had over filed the other side, he got an attitude and started filing at it again but still over filing the one side. And he asked if it was okay again, and again I was like no and explained and he got an attitude packed up His stuff and walked away. A nice lady and Henry came over and was like what happened and I’m like not sure and he had an attitude. As a paying customer I should be able to tell you I don’t like it and he was literally asking if it was ok! Now henry tried to fix my nails and I’m still not completely pleased, under the nails weren’t cleaned up well so acrylic and stuff is underneath. And if I run my nails through my hair to put it up or anything my hairs get stuck in my nails so it isn’t bonded well. You could tell he was rushing and then he quickly painted my nails and said wait 10-15 mins and never came back. Usually they come check to see if your nails are dry. Also not to mention the unprofessional desk lady is arguing with one of the workers in front of everyone saying she wasn’t going to apologize for something. Then when checking out she clearly had an attitude, I asked her if they had the points system still because when we first came in we weren’t asked to sign in or anything. And she goes yea and I said oh okay and gave her my number then she got an attitude and was like well did you sign in when you came in. Like no, you clearly took care of us, you know we didn’t sign in. But she huffed and puffed so I just told don’t her don’t worry about it. I thought I came to a nail salon to relax yet it felt like I inconvenienced them by coming in that day. But trust me I won’t be back.

Bellas provides excellent services all the way around. The staff is friendly and all services provided will leave you relaxed and fully satisfied.

ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS! After a loooonnnngggg hiatus,and scratching my hubby with my feet, he DEMANDED I go get them done. Equipped with mask, hand sanitizer, and wipes, I was ready to go. Instead of my usual spot, I wanted something new. Bella Spa &Nails were great from beginning to end. Took care of my feet and gained a new customer. Thank you! 💅🏾

The facility seemed nice, but it was the worst nail painting job I’ve ever had! I will not go back, and if you’re looking for a new nail place and you walk in and happen to get KEN, Walk back out don’t even waste your money. I’ve been kicking myself all day for being a nice person and tipping him two dollars when he didn’t deserve a cent.

The place its ok, but it’s not worth paying all that money for the job they did. Won’t be going there ever again. Nail polish chipped off the same day I had it done. Do not recommend this place.

Update 17 Sep 2020. I had a dip powder procedure on my nails a week ago. The quality of the service I got was terrible. I have bumps on my nails where they werent correctly smoothed out, and the polish on my index finger is already coming off. The technician did not make sure that the nails were not adhering to my skin. I didnt realize what a bad job hed done until I got home. I had to refile my nails to smooth them out and I had to break the bond between the skin on my fingers and the dip powder solution. I come once a month to get my nails done at this place and I have never had such poor workmanship. My friend went with me and her nails are gorgeous and she loves them. Of course she had a different nail tech. I dont know the name of this guy who did my nails but I know him when I see him. Im going to tell them that he is not allowed to touch my hands or my feet ever again. My friend said that I should go ask for my money back, but thats not the kind of person I am. I will however tell everyone all over the Internet what poor work some of their nail techs do.

My boyfriend took me to this place last minute, i was immediately seated with a guy named tony, he was very sweet and knew exactly what i wanted! my first time doing short nails and he made them look natural and very sleek looking! i’m so happy with how they turned out! 10/10 recommended!!

Always the best experience at Bella. I went in today after a bad experience elsewhere and they were able to redo my whole set without a lot of damage. The process was pain free (unlike nail removals I’ve had other places), the finished set looks so good and my cuticles are healthier. The management is top notch, very friendly. The salon is very clean and sanitary and they make you feel comfortable, as soon as you check in. They also have a great rewards program too. Give them a try, you won’t be disappointed.

I had to go back in today to get them trimmed down and the good service and friendly staff was consistent with before. O didnt catch the girls name who worked on me this time but she was super sweet and did amazing work! I will definitely be coming back!

We’ve been going to Bella Nails for over a year now almost every two weeks. We’ve always had stellar service and our nails always look amazing. They are busy sometimes but they are honest about wait times and will let you know what to expect. We have our favorite techs like Jackie and Henry but we’ve seen everyone at least once and have no complaints. We’ll continue to be long time customers.

I got a full set and the best pedicure I ever had!!! But my 5 of my nails came off with in a week of having them done.

I really like the work on my nails but I am concerned about the dirty used drill bits and obviously dirty files used on several people with the files and drill bits being full of nail dust. They don’t seem to sanitize or use new tools for each person. I hope I don’t get a fungus. My nail girl does do the best perfect nails though, so there’s that. I wish they would clean better.

Smaller salon, but beautiful inside. Nice, nice people. Got a basic pedicure, it was the works compared to the bigger salons. Great value and service. Big bar service too. Ckean and nail polish all organized making choosing a color so easy.

Let me start this review with if I could rate this nail place a zero Stars I most certainly certainly would! I am I right at the fact that I spent almost $100 and my nails look absolutely terrible bumps all over the place my nail color is fading on several nails. they do not match! The lengths are all different! I am highly upset and I need the owner to contact me as soon as possible! I am also going to report you all to the Texas health department. I saw a lot of things that you all were doing that were completely unsanitary. your manager Mike is also completely unprofessional and I will never return to this place again because of him, & because of the unsanitary of your salon.

Had not had my nails done in years. Went here for 6 months.... Loved this place until I got a fungus on multiple fingers. When brought to their attention I was told it was not a fungus. Went to another salon when it was time for a fill, in disbelief, and was told it was indeed fungal. I would need to remove my nails and keep them off until it goes away. I have never in all my years had a fungal infection until I went there. Now I could be without my nails for months until they get better. Very disappointed

Pedicure man was good, but they won’t stop hounding you to upgrade to the most expensive one. Then they want to charge you $15 to use the gel polish on the top of the pedicure which is supposed to be included.The lady nail tech was rude because I wanted acrylic nails Not the dip. She rushed to get it done, now my nails are lifting and breaking off. She was very unprofessional and started making comments to the tech beside her because I refused her upgrades. Will not go back to them because of the bad nails.

This place was a little on the dirty side. I wanted pink & white but got more like red and white. The customer two chairs down had questioned her tech about the color she got because it did not even come close to what she picked. Tech answer was oh well that is the color you picked. After customer left that tech started laughing. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I am going back to my regular place where it is clean and much more professional.

Techs are courteous and friendly. Receive prompt service even as a walk-in. Have been going there for over two years. Prices are reasonable.

If youre searching for a first class pedicure, search no farther. The shop is clean, inviting & relaxing, even when youve made a huge mess. They made a great impression on me, but I think I made a poor one on them by dropping a new bottle of nail polish. It shattered in a thousand pieces along with my pride. The manager & staff went above & beyond to assure me it was no problem even though I knew better. My nail tech cleaned me & my sandals up while other staff cleaned up my mess with no complaints. When I offered to pay extra, I was turned down with a reassuring smile & told to enjoy the rest of my weekend.

I visited Bella’s while on vacation to see family .. my family recommended a specific nail tech but unfortunately they were not in so I decided to do a walk in. I was waiting with my boyfriend and when i was seated with Sam, my BF left. As soon as my BF left the first thing Sam said to me was “oh he’s leaving? you know you could get kidnapped..” 1ST RED FLAG. I immediately texted my BF to come back and sit with me, while i was waiting for him to come back Sam began asking personal questions and about why i was in TX (ex. did i just move here, was i visiting family etc.) 2ND RED FLAG. Sam was constantly watching the door and looking around. I told Sam to just do my nails and stop asking me questions as I was becoming very uncomfortable. I’ve never been so scared in my life. I hope this review will keep some girls safe and deter them from risking their lives by going to this establishment

I had a broken my nail past the nail bit they were able to fix my nail with out hurting me... I was scared at first cuz I thought it was gonna hurt... so far Im impressed 5⭐ from me

I am so disappointed with this spa I went on 9/30 and was charged one price and went back on 10/10 and was charged $40 more for the same exact service. I was not informed of this change until my card had already been charged. Needless to say I will NEVER return!!!!

I got a gift card for Christmas to Bella Spa and nails. I took my daughter with me to have a girls day. I carefully looked over the menu and selected what I could afford. I told them exactly what I wanted for me and my daughter and reiterated the prices with them to make sure thats what I got. They confirmed by repeating what I wanted. During our pedicures, they asked my daughter what scent she wanted. I said I didnt know her package came with that. They said yes it does. I thought.. Cool right..so she picked lavender. After our pedicures they separated us for our fingernails. I thought that was a bit weird to do my nails at the pedicure tub since all the other fingernail spots were open, but I shrugged it off. After our nails, I got to the cash register and the price was over $80 higher than I was quoted! I asked why it was so high and they said.. She asked for the lavender...(which she didnt I was there) I said even so, that is still much more than we had talked about and they said well she (my daughter) got such and such nails.. An upgrade. I asked my daughter about it and she said the lady never told her the price but kept telling her she wanted the other kind of nails because it was better for her. I was so ticked considering they knew she is a minor and I was paying for it and was never consulted. This place is an absolute scam. I will never go back.

Bella Spa & Nails located in Arlington near Matlock is an wonderful place to relax, get pampered, and get your nails artfully manicured. The pedicures are also delightful as well! I plan on going back here to get my pedicure with my friend.

This place was recommended to me by a friend. I had heard some pretty bad stuff but thought Id give the new management a shot. They were amazing! The staff were polite and professional. I didnt even feel Mike 2 working on my cuticle during my mani. Very happy to find a new nail salon!

I paid 41.00 to get a pedicure and the technician did a poor job painting my toes. The polish is all over my toes and not the nail.

But Lena did my pedicure & scraped the skin off the side of my foot & continued to rub the scrub & lotion over my bleeding foot & didn’t even remove the callus from my heel. WASTE OF MONEY FOR THE PEDICURE!!!! & when management was told, I got an attitude in return. They should really take customers money & feelings into consideration.

My manicurist was a little too aggressive on my cuticles this time so there was some blood. This is unusual. Most of the time theyre very good.

The first time I went here it was great. But this time I sat in a chair for 30 min while people that came in way after me got served than, had a bald male and my nails look horrible. I normally get round nails because it is easier to type. The gentleman asked how short and I told him I get them pretty short normally and he just chopped it off. I than asked if he would be able to make them round and he said yes. But now my nails look like bubbles and it is literally giving me anxiety.

First time visit! Kelly was great and got me in and out as I had an appointment I had to make sure and be at on time. Will definitely go back to see her.

The nail techs I’ve had each time have been good. I quit going because the last time I went I got my eye brows waxed. The lady was on her phone speaking loudly in my ear as if I were in the way. It was so very rude. I informed the manager and all she said was that employees aren’t supposed to do that. I didn’t get the impression that the manager was even bothered much. Having someone speak loudly into your ear in a foreign language on the phone to another person is not acceptable. I’m giving 2 stars because the nail tech did a good job and I want to be fair.

Burned my eyebrows! They took off a whole layer of skin! The lady there had no idea what she was doing and when I came to the manager about it he told me it was because my skin was sensitive?! There is no skin under my eyebrow?! I will not be coming back here every again because of this new management. Or probably ever get my eyebrows done again!
