ONLY A WEEK AGO! I got my toes repolished and that turned out fine with the reflexology massage it was ok. She seemed annoyed that I was there. But the lady who did my manicure?!? HORRIBLE. I had 4 cuticles cut. Bleeding really bad and she only apologized once because she kept attacking one certain finger and it was hurting so bad and then throwing the eye drop solution on top just created more irritation. My fingers hurt for a week now. Finally starting to heal. Very unsanitary to cut open that many cuticles and have me bleeding that much. 😖The front desk girl was so nice I wish I could’ve had her 😂 she probably would’ve done better too

Went today charged $116 for myself and my daughter for S & S nails. When I told them I was not happy. They said nothing was wrong. The lady cut me several times. Then my daughter got swirls done and they look so bad. She is only 13 years old so she didn’t say anything until we walked out. She was crying. Their response was she should have said sooner but she is young and doesn’t like to hurt anyone’s feelings. So I went back in and said I understand I can’t have all my money back but something because they are bad. They said no. I got really mad which makes me cry. I left he followed me out and gave me $20 back. But was very rude about it. I will never go back. And I will tell anyone who will listen to not go to them!! They are so bad that I am now going to the store to buy black nail polish to paint over her swirls.

This business is amazing. Each time I come here I walk out with quality nails for a really good price. I love different designs and they have delivered on each one without complaint or making me feel as if I’m a bother to them. A finish on a couple of my nails was coming off and they fixed it free of charged no questions asked and even explained to me the process and upfront that I will not be charged. Just a wonderful atmosphere and amazing place. I even get my face waxed from here as well and love my results.

My nail person was amazing! I recommend Jasmine she is so sweet and kind and gentle when she massages you. And she’s super sweet and loving and she won’t pull or jerk you around

Kim was very unprofessional and rude. When I showed her my nail inspiration and asked what colors would look best she told me “ she didn’t care about the design and that I needed to pick a color on my own”. She then started doing my nails and was making snarky comments and telling me to quiet down as I was having a conversation with my mother. She also told me to “ stop touching her” although she kept telling me to relax and the only way I could do so is If the rest of my fingers lay on her skin. In conclusion, I will not be returning nor will my mother whos nails also were splotchy and terrible.

Received pedicure however the lady did not scrub my feet and they feel the same as before I came in. I get pedicures pretty regularly and when my pedicure is done correctly my feet are softer and legs and feet feel more relaxed. The 10 minute massage was simply her rubbing oils on my legs, not an actual massage. Seems you are paying for the atmosphere and not the quality of the service. I paid $45 plus a surcharge and will still have to re-soak my feet and polish and fix a few toes. Not happy with the experience.

Zero stars if I could. The lighting was bad so the color I picked didn’t come out like I thought it would based on the swatches. I asked for a dip manicure and wasn’t given a manicure at all. The dip application was the sloppiest most rushed application I’ve ever received. A few of my cuticles are bloodied. All of them still need to be trimmed. And I have dip polish all over my fingers. Will not be returning.

The guy was very nice but it’s been 5 days and two of my nails have already chipped…its only $25 but gel nails should last at least 2 weeks. Unfortunately i won’t be returning.

Worst customer service I’ve experience to date. My nails look nice and the inside looks amazing but the customer service is rubbish. The lady at the front never made eye contact with us and when I asked her if she had a specific color she waved me off and said I had to look because she didn’t know. I told the lady who did my nails that I was sensitive so she knew what to expect from me and my skin but I ended up getting cut anyway. She also didn’t make eye contact. When I seas done she said bye and moved on to th next station in a flash. There is a certain level of comfort and ambiance that you expect from a nail place and this is not it.

I am a regular customer. This salon works to make the customer happy. There are plenty of nail techs to shorten or eliminate wait time. Nice selection of service options to choose from and they keep the salon clean. And their prices are comparable to other salons in the area.

Went in today on my day off, asked if I could have a certain technician and was treated very poorly. I’ve been coming to this salon for over 2 years and after today will be looking for another salon. I could have waited and not in a rush but the way the manager treated me, I didn’t feel welcome.

My girlfriend and I went to get pedicures together for the first time at this salon. We received the super pedicure from Ann and Lynn. They were both wonderful and did a fantastic job. I mentioned a pain in my foot to Lynn resolved it in one session. We will definitely be returning customers.

Not a good experience! First, we had a 8 person party and called a week in advance about how many people we were bringing..not once did they mention the party accommodations and discount. So when we were done we had to ask about it at checkout and then made the checkout difficult. Second, I got the deluxe mani and pedi. The pedi was great, but when it came to the manicure the guy I had didnt put the clear coat all over the nail so the next day you can see where he missed so many areas and I know will begin to peel or flake off today. Finally, from walk in to checkout it seemed so disorganized and rushed. I had told them I wanted my daughters nails painted but they either didnt listen or werent interested in doing them. I had to ask again after they finished me and he never got her seated and instead seated the next 5 to 6 people that walked in after I told him. Never once did he say anything about finding someone available or anything. I know they were busy with walkins but thats why we called in advance so they could know a big party was coming in. I feel like for the price of the services we paid we should have been treated better and not been rushed. Also usually they ask if you want a drink but they went straight to the nails and I had to get one on the way out but I was really wanting one on the way in. Communication might need some work with them. I will say that I wont be back to pay that price and get cheap service.

I actually called and made an appointment at this location by mistake and had intended to call a different nail salon in Burleson. It was too close to my appointment time to respectively cancel so I came in anyway and Im so glad I did. The gentleman that greeted me was very nice and professional. Assisted in getting me checked in, directed me on where to go (it amazes me how some salons just expect you to know what youre doing next and always makes me feel super awkward). He even made sure I was comfortable with having a male nail technician perform the pedicure I picked out (which is actually a preference for me. Ive never not felt judged my a female technician, but thats probably just in my head). The ENTIRE experience was very relaxing and enjoyable. I was long overdue for a pedicure so did the Super Pedicure, from start to finish I am overjoyed with the environment, staff, and care given during the pedi. I cant wait to go back!

They were pretty busy when I walked in, but they made every effort to hasten the wait time. The staff was friendly, and apologized for my wait, even though I was a walk-in. Yesterday was my first time in Deluxe Nails. Tech was the nail tech who gave me a full set and what she did was amazing! They have a decent amount of nail art pieces that can be added. The people here were very friendly, polite and professional. Im obsessed with my nails!!

This is the only place that knows what they are doing, cares about how you like your nails, cares about the health of your nails, and affordable!The first time, I came to Deluxe Nail Salon with my friend, I was too lazy to write a review but I loved my nails as they gave me a design I never saw before. This time, I was once again in love with my nails that I had to write this.This is the only place I am comfortable of letting them do whatever they want with my nails and not having to show them a picture. For my recent visit, I only showed her a picture of my graduation dress and shoes. I told her I like glitter and gems and my nail tech did not let me down! It was so pretty and the more I looked at them the more I fell in love! She knew exactly what I wanted for my graduation when I wasnt even sure myself!

Clean, pretty, professional. Had mani/pedi with a friend and absolutely love this place. They did a great job. Were on time with our appointment and extremely reasonably priced for the quality of service. Will definitely be back.

Found my new nail spot!! Ive been trying just about every single nail salon in the Burleson and this place took the cake. They were all extremely friendly, the place was very clean, the service was great! I got a full set and a pedicure and ladies were very sweet. Love my nails! The shape was perfect, their color range and options for nails is huge, so many choices to pick from. So glad i stumbled upon this place.

My daughter and I got our nails done yesterday and they are gorgeous! Thi was the sweetest and really took the time to give me a beautiful set of nails! This was out first visit and we will definitely be back! ❤️

Let me start by saying I had no idea the type of salon I was about to walk into. I also rarely write reviews.This was the most wonderful manicure experience Ive ever had at a nail salon. Cindy was my nail tech and she paid incredible attention to detail. She took great care of my cuticles and made the shape of my nails just like I like them! Sometimes with dip powder you can experience chunky nails, but nope! Theyre beautiful.

I went to get acrylics on my nails here and it was the grossest experience i’ve had at a nail salon. The nail tech shaved my nails down until they were paper thin. she also filed the side of my nail so hard i had to ask her to stop and when she took the file away, she had drawn blood and split open the side of my nail then PUT THE NAIL FILE WITH BLOOD ON IT BACK IN HER KIT! If that isn’t unsanitary and dangerous then I don’t know what is. I also asked for a matte finish and when she was done, my nails were patchy and still had a shin in almost the entire nail. She told me it was just because it was wet but days later it was still shiny and not even close to being matte. I had to go to a different salon to fix them and they did an amazing job. I will never come back.

Took my daughters in law and my granddaughters for a girls spa day.I wrote down who wanted a mani, who wanted a pedi, and who wanted both.Instead of using what was written, they kept asking and got mad at us when they couldnt get it right. The manager even raised his voice and said the kids kept changing their minds, which was not true.I used to here all the time, but I will not go back.I will share this with my sister and nieces also . These places pop up everywhere, it wont be hard to find a new place.

New to the area and tried a few other salons but had pretty awful experiences. This is one is, by far, the best. Its really clean and the entire staff is really nice. I see Cindy and she does a really nice job. I have seen Anna and her work is top notch as well. The place has a very friendly vibe.I havent had any lifting/delamination problems and the my nails actually look very natural--not thick and fake looking. Perfectly shaped.The prices are just right too.

I am very picky when it comes to my nails as anyone would be.this place is horrible. I went in and had my nails and toes done as they first rushed me and then a week after they chipped and the dip was thin.that is not supposed to happen. I came back to have them re done and they told me to wait a while or to come back during the week. Poor customer service rude manager and they do not care. They just want as many paying customers as they can get in. I’m glad I walked out as I went across the street to the lux nails behind mod pizza and they are amazing and know how to do nails with great customer service.

My pedicure was great, but that’s where it stops. My dip manicure was not the best. I had separate technicians working on my fingers and toes. They didn’t seem comfortable working together like that. I was uncomfortable in my chair reaching over to the tech. My fingers were cut a couple of times as the tech was removing old dip powder. Also, as I soaked off my dip nails, they just had me put my hands in a small bowl with polish remover and cotton balls. The cotton balls got stuck all over my fingers and it was just a mess. The tech asked for my next hand and I had 3 shredded cotton balls attached to my nails. I had cotton in my dip, and the cotton got stuck all around the nail took...Just a really uncomfortable experience all around.

I traveled to Burleson for my birthday and decided to stop in for a appointment. I was greeted at the door with a smile. My best friend accompanied me she didnt get serviced but she was still treated amazingly. This business deserves 10 stars!

Great little hole in the wall nail place. They were a little abrupt on the phone when I called in to see if they could take walk-ins, but its probably because they were busy. They were very nice when we walked in and did a great job on my pedicure.🌹

I live within walking distance of this salon. So naturally, I started going here. My nails we’re never done quite right. Either the shape, polish, or one or two would be crooked. I didn’t complain. I mostly went because it was convenient. By my third visit, I noticed that I never got the same price for the exact same service. I inquired about the pricing. The manager was rude to me and never really answered my question. I stopped going. It was way overpriced anyways.

I loved it! friendly and treat you like Queen. I highly recommend my two son and daughter got their pedicures and they love it.

I took my sister here to get her nails done for the first time and both the lady doing mine and her nails were extremely rude(Cindy and Helen). The lady doing my nails was very rough and when I asked her to make my nails shorter she jerked my hand. Not even a week later one of my nails came off, when I called the man at the front said they would fix it, I came in and he got me in right away which was nice Sofia was the one who fixed my nail and she was very nice and very gentle but now a day later another nail has popped off! I’m just about to go in and get them completely taken off. The salon is nice and didn’t notice anything dirty and when I was there looking around everyone else seemed to be having a nice time but mine and my sisters experience wasn’t the best.

I had the best experience at this nail salon! No other salon has been as caring and friendly as Deluxe Nail. The prices aren’t outrageous and the staff is just lovely!

They have VERY clean tools and all employees wear professional looking smocks (which is very refreshing and makes me feel like Im in a higher end facility)

Today it was awful. The seat I was in the tub did not work. Several minutes were spent trying to fix it while I just sat there. No one was attending my daughter in the next seat. Last time we were here a man did my daughters feet and he did an awful job. Today we both have men and it isnt going so well. This used to be a decent nail place. I think it is time to find a new one. As I type this a man is filing my daughters cuticles 😒

Rose is the best. They have the best prices in Burleson. They have a huge assortment of colors and gels. This places also one of the fastest places to get your nails done. No complaints here.

Best nail shop I have been to in Texas! They are all amazing and I have NEVER left there unhappy. The service is the best and they remember you by name everytime! They use nothing but quality tools and products and the shop is spotless clean! I have been going over a year now and I wouldnt trust any other nail techs in Burleson or the surrounding cities! They know what looks best on each person in terms of nail shape. I know if they do fancy designs but if youre looking for something classic, beautiful and consistent, this is the place. My last gel manicure lasted more than 3 weeks and was immaculate except for the new growth.In the past when I use regular nail polish my nails were peeling all the time then I switched over to gel. Most people who use gel say it damages their nails but not here at Deluxe salon! My nails are stronger than ever and the longest theyve been! People always ask me if theyre real because they look like acrylic nails! Yes honey theyre real I get them done at Deluxe!

Always double check their work because apparently you can do a better job at home. When your eyebrows look like they did when you walked in is a problem. The gel manicure will only last 1 week. A lot of money wasted.

Have been to this salon for a fill_in pedis. They were ready for me when I arrived. The staff was very AMAZING! She listened to and could deliver the quality I were looking for. I truly look forward to every appointment. 5 stars for my guys!

It’s very different in a good way. The space is calm, refreshing and feminine, but not kitschy/girly, and the actual manicure looks impeccable. I’m very picky and couldn’t find a single complaint. I got a gel manicure and Anna was veeery precise when she primed my nails and painted them. She also gave me great advice about which polish color and nail shape would look best. I didn’t ask for any meditation audio or anything like that but the customers who did seemed to enjoy it.They do ask for name/service selection a few times and seem to be figuring out some logistics, but nothing detrimental to the overall experience.
