Customer service was great, however when I got home the design started chipping within less that 24 hours of getting them.

My favorite place been going for awhile I tell my friends how good they have been for me.

My Husband & I are pretty much Regulars here. The only thing that I would say is, from experience, once you find a Tech you like that does a good Pedicure, when you go back, theyre gone. 🥺 Both the Owner & Manager are super nice...& they are consistent!

I was told this place has the BEST nails in town. I went a couple times and they were mediocre. Nothing to get to excited about. The third time I called to ask if they could do a certain type of nail because the salon I was at wasn’t able to do them. The receptionist that answered the phone was very VERY rude. She told me if I wasn’t happy at the salon I was at I should just stay there and not bother coming to their salon. She hung up on me so I called back and she made some rude comments and hung up again. When I called back I asked if I needed to come in to be able to have a conversation since she kept disconnecting my call and she told me to “waste my gas if I wanted to”. Worst service EVER. I would never get my nails done there again, even if they were free. Pearl nails was able to do what I was wanting and they were super nice and helpful!! I see below a couple people who had a bad experience said Kate/Katie was the ladies name. That is who answered the phone when I called was also so rude to me. Stay clear of Katie!!

Owner “re-placed” gun as a threat to a young teenager. (Lol read previous review for his RESPONSE. Poor poor customer service skills) All bc she wanted something fixed on her nails. Why charge extra for a mistake you made? Owner is intimidating, rude, & unprofessional. That girl will forever remember this traumatic experience. This place has ugly vibes. & y’all are gonna go viral over something so negative. Way to go 🤣

I can’t remember her name it was either Tessa or Tissa. She did an amazing job on my nails. She was very patient and took her time on my nails. We ended up staying an hour after they closed and I wasn’t rushed at all.

I have gone to this place 6 times when I’m getting a mani and pedi fill I’m taken right away this is why I’m giving them at best 1 star.I have gone 3 additional times to get a nail or 2 fixed with a polish change and i have had to wait up to 3 hours as I watch them take people walking in after I arrived, today i was the 2nd person to walk in the door right when they opened, i waited and watched for 20 minutes as they took about 20 people as they walked in after I arrived.Then they call my name tell me to have a seat at a table and no one comes over however more people walking in for more expensive procedures getting taken back and started on right away.Today was final straw and i left after 30 minutes of waiting watching people come in and get service right away.I understand this is a business and purpose is to make money but their treatment of those who are getting minor things fixed is not ok.

AN ABSOLUTE WASTE OF TIME. I was sat almost immediately and never serviced. Others were sat after me and were at least greeted and their water turned on. Apparently they don’t care to service someone coming in for the basic pedicure on their lunch break. This was first time here and I will never be back.

My mother went and got her nails filled and the women was SO rude. Over charged, threw things at her, and was yelling. There is absolutely NO EXCUSE for this kind of behavior. We would not recommend this place. You dont treat people like that! If I could, I would give no stars at all.

My friend went back in to have her nails fixed and they literally pulled a GUN on her and her friend. (IM NOT KIDDING.)Absolutely insane people. Never ever go there

Pedicure was rough and the end result was horrifying. When I requested they repaint the messed up toes I was ignored and rushed to the table to have my nails done where the staff drew blood twice and the nails were lumpy and just poor quality. Paid what I owed NO TIP.. left and went to Nails PLUS to have them fixed. I will NEVER go back there.

I went with family to get pedicures and am currently on a walker right now due to a medical condition. My reflexes are very hyperactive right now due to this and I kept explaining to the guy giving me my pedicure that I wasnt jumping or twitching on purpose. He kept raising his voice at me and told me that next time I should hold my feet at the ankle so they wouldnt twitch. I will never go back to this place of business due to his rudeness, and being humiliated and embarrassed.

My sister has never been treated as rudley as she was today at Luxx nails. I was in yesterday for the exact same service, the exact same nail length and I was charged $28.00. when she went to pay they said she owed $48.00. all she did was ask why I was charged $28.00 and she was being charged $20.00 more. the cashier said there is no way I paid $28.00 and I said oh yes I did! The cashier then proceeded to yell at my sister and threw her debit card at her. needless to say we will NEVER be back again! youd better get your price for your service in writing before they do anything! Now, one day later 3 nails have cracks and 2 nails completely broke off! Very upset!

Will not return. Time after time unprofessional and rude front desk. Young blonde female that runs front desk painted my child’s nails, did not greet nor thank, not even one word. Extremely rude and always very short and dismissive.

Mediocre at best. They said 15 minute wait, but it was over an hour. Then they start the water, walk away, I said too hot, so they turned on the cold full blast and walk away again...I spend money to get a relaxing experience. The pedicure itself wasnt the best or the worst, just meh. We wont be back.

I scheduled a appointment and was told that I was late before and if I was late my appt would be canceled. I was late 7 minutes to last appt because of accident. She proceeded to say she didn’t care why I was late the fact is I was late. I have used a lady there for years even when she was at another salon. I got a message to my phone where she cancelled my appt. and band me from the salon!!She was very rude and unprofessional. Her name is Kate/Katie? This would explain why I have seen this place decline in customers. Do not use this place!!

Owner is VERY disrespectful and his behavior is quite scary. They do not stand behind their work...they refuse to make things right without you paying more money.

Tony did a wonderful job on my nails. And David did an excellent job on my toes!! Very polite and talkative. I definitely will be back for more pedicures!!

Tiffany was so very sweet and did an excellent job on my nails! she even did a sample to make sure i liked the colors together before she started!!

Would give zero stars id i could! I went in for acrylic fill. Asked for the same tech that my sister had the day before, same exact service. He wasnt available. I waited about 10/15 min. Lady did a good job but was so slow. Took an hour and a half. When paying they charged me almost double what my sister was charged. I Asked why? The lady got upset, called my sister a liar, deducted 10 but preceeded to yell at me and throw my card and punch card at me. Told her she didnt have to yell i was just asking. She proceed to tell me i was charged for services i did not have. I responded i will not be back. Called the manager and she said oh im sorry. That was it! DO NOT GO HERE. They are rude and treat their customers with no respect!Also, 1 days later 3 nails broke and all most all of them have cracks. This place is horrible! So upset!

This place started off good but lately it’s just been terrible. Every time I go I get someone who is RUDE and rushing to do my nails... They don’t even try to hide it that they are annoyed with you when you ask for anything extra. I’m paying for it so don’t get why they get annoyed. It’s a hit or miss with this place.

I like their work. Ive been several times and will continue. They are friendly and do a good job.

I waited a couple of months before returning to a nail salon for a pedicure due to the lack luster experience I had at a different salon.I attempted to stay close to home this time, MAJOR MISTAKE! The nail tech I had was clearly new, he destroyed my nails. Each toenail was cut terribly uneven, slanted, too short, just an absolutely disappointing mess. The Nail Polish application was laughable... my six year-old niece could have done a much better job. Luxx Nails, 1551 SW Wilshire Blvd. Ste. 109, Burleson, TX 76028 will not see me again. Thanks for nothing. Another salon that looks shiny but lacks sparkle. I am so disappointed.

Got there the lady thatb was doing my pedicure left and went to help someone else leaving my feet in standing water finally someone came 15 minutes later and finished the young lady doing my manicure left in the middle of one hand and went and was helping some one else! Finally got done but if they were that busy they should have told me they didnt have time wont be back

This is a newly opened nail salon and I had to try it out. Very clean and polite people. Got a Luxx mani pedi and it was very relaxing and they did a good job even though I didnt get nail polish on. Will definitely be back.

I went in on a Friday and had acrylics and a gel manicure. By Sunday the gel on 6 nails had completely peeled off. I went in to get it fixed and they questioned me actually getting them done originally at this salon. They made me feel like I was lying about getting my nails done there and eventually I had to pull up my bank statement to prove I had gotten them done there. After fixing them, 5 hours later, the gel on 3 nails had completely peeled off again. I have not had a good experience any time I have been in there. I do not recommend this place.

OMG This woman named Katie yelled at a customer and I was like in aw at how she treated a customer! I wont be back. You can not treat paying customers like that. Nope. Does not deserve any stars.

When I complained to the manager at the front desk that my friend that had went with me got cut three separate times while getting her nails done and that the lady who did my nails was very very rough all she said was sorry. No discount was given, no service at another time discounted, NOTHING. Then when I called today to make a complaint she said that getting cut was part of getting your nails done. That it just happens and there’s nothing that they can really do about it. I couldn’t believe what I was hearing. She said she already had told the manager about how the lady was rough with my nails and then she went on to say so what do you want me to do for you? I told her nothing that I would not be coming back. The only good technician at that place is Alice!

I came in to get my nails done and 3 ladies came in after me and where seated. One had an appointment but the other ladies did not. Ihad been waiting for atleast 30 min, when I asked I was told they had an appointment but they did not, I was there when they signed in and they did not state they had one. I had been coming here for a while and I am very disappointed in the service and how I was treated.

Do not come to this place!! Worst experience ever!! I told the lady I wanted regular nails and she gave me gel instead and charged me $25 extra! I told her several times when she kept asking me if I wanted get that I just wanted regular!!! My nails were two diff colors so I asked her to fix green and she was giving me attitude and was super rude and made me uncomfortable. They made a huge scene and were bad mouthing me. The assistant manager (lady) was super rude and was talking down to me and then said my total and held her hand out to get my card.

Been coming for a few months now once my wife convinced me that a pedicure would be good for my feet since Im always on my feet and that they arent just for women. They make you feel comfortable even have sports on TV for you. And my feet have never felt better.

Best nail salon in Burleson and Fort Worth area and I have been to many! Rose is the best, she takes her time and my dip nails can last for almost a month sometimes. They are very affordable comparably and even have discounts on weekdays.

RUDE EMPLOYEES! Very unprofessional, and they really need to go back and learn how to paint nails. Don’t waste your money here. You don’t get what you pay for. .

Awesome experience. The woman who did my nails actually cared. They speak to their customer in English. Very reasonable for the service and you get a beverage.

I had a horrible experience when I visited today I was cut by one of the ladies and I brought it to the owners and he just said sorry. I am a diabetic and it is not good for me to get cuts and things of that nature. This will not be the last that they hear of this. I will never visit again the sad thing is that as a business they would never care if a customer does not come back.

I made an appointment at 2:45 it’s been 30 mins of sitting no technician. What’s the point of having an appointment. They charge a three dollar clean fee due to covid. Really just be glad your getting my business. Not impressed. No one is friendly and welcoming. Not coming back. My husband canceled his appointment today. He would have been livid with waiting and the cleaning fee being added.

Rushed. Poor quality. I just like acrylic and they could not persuade me to get 60$-75$ service. I polity resist all upcharges and they didnt like my boundaries. No drink offered. I will let all my family, neighbors, friends and colleagues know NOT to go to Luxx. Greed. Crooks. Rude.

Most beautiful salon in burleson!!! Not only that but David is hands down the best pedicurist I have ever had in my life. The gentleman that runs the shop is also amazingly kind and polite as well. This will be my new nail home!!!

I had a great manicurist named helen but if you dont want to upgrade from classic pedicure then you can forget it. The lady doing my feet spent more time trying to get me to upgrade than she sis on my pedicure. Your better off doing your own.

I had no choice but to rate them 1 star otherwise I would have given them 0 stars. I got ripped off the price. My gel nails should have cost me $34 (normally $40)with the 15% discount. the young lady at the front charged me $42.50( normally $50) which included the 15% discount and tells me gel and solar are the same thing. They are 2 different types. So I got charged for the solar nails that I did not get. Not to mention I asked if they could do designs. they told me that they can and had someone there.You guessed it..they didnt. If i would have known I would have gone somewhere else. If this place is the best in burleson thats not saying much. Oh the discount is what they offer Monday thru Thursday. I wont be back here. I know why the lady lied about the prices.

I made an appointment for a pedi with a women. My first time here. I do not know any of the techs names. They tried to put me in a nail chair. I had to tell them I’m her for a pedi read my appointment and my paper. Then a man follows me. I let them know again I asked for a women. He said I’ll have to wait since there is not one available. Said he can only do appointments by tech name. I’ve never been here so how would I? Why wasn’t that told to me over the phone? They finally got started 45 mins later.! Not happy!

The worst service I ever had!! I came into get my eyebrows wax and the lady messed them up, took more off one side than the other. Went to go pay for it and to let them know that she messed my eyebrows up, and they try to tell me that I didnt have any hair when I came in!! Are you serious then why would I get my eyebrows waxed if I didnt have any hear their? makes no sense at all!! 🤬🤬🤬🤬

I was very unsatisfied I am not only did the Tech not know what he was doing he was also telling me that I shouldn’t do what I wanted and I should do something else that he wanted also there is very much a lot of glue residue on the bottom of my nails gathering dirt and grease which is disgusting the nails were poorly done when within a week and I don’t work in a manual labor job I work in front desk at a spa where all I do is answer phones and type within a week one of the nails just slipped off Not only that but by the end of the service tech told me that I should try somewhere and you basically telling me that I should not continue to go to my regular nail salon also by the end of the service my nails were bleeding he told me to relax and kept on hitting my hand but he was hurting me the whole time

Violet always does a fabulous job on my nails and staff has always been extremely friendly.

The place is super nice and the guy at the front was helpful but the lady who did my nails was TERRIBLE!! She kept spilling nail glue all over my fingers and i had to soak them in acetone multiple times. She cut me twice and burned me with one of the tools. Not to mention I asked for coffin shaped and she did them very square shaped and they are WAY too thick. My mom said it looks like i glued on fake nails. I’m hoping they will let me come in and get the nails off for free at least, I’m embarrassed of my nails. ):

The nail tech rushed thru. It was a waste of my money to be honest. My nails all messed up. I kept telling him but didnt seem to understand so I pointed. Still didnt fix it.

Ive been three time in hopes the third to get another tech, I didnt. The girl who did my nails the first two times ended up doing my mani and pedi i chose my color then was asked if i wanted another color on my feet cause it was cheaper i told ger no that i wanted my colors to match she did the color i didnt want any ways said oh they match and they didnt match told the one young lady that was suppose to do my mani that i requested her when i didnt. I was told if asked to say i did. She nicked my cuticle and now since the day after i got my nails done have been fighting a bad infection on my finger that was nicked going on week three.

I went twice and that was to make sure this place was gonna work first time i went i order the 🌋 package and recieve wrong scent.. Then the entire time the nail tech talked and talked.. She even got up and went and got her phone to show me her pass clients miss her and to always ask 4 her. So i paid and left i said to myself that i would try one more but a different person. So i return and got the 2nd worst service by vell (i think) he was watching tv the entire time i thought i was his girlfriend and not customer the way the neglected to massage my foot long story short waste of two times and money owner has a great concept it just not being meet. Ps thry gel/ shellac is awful... It not a good brand my nails chip with it on i just dont get it.
