Love this place! The two ladies who did my nails, Ann and Vanessa, were both very friendly and knew what they were doing. Definitely recommend!!

I’m always so satisfied with the service at Legacy. Everyone is so nice and I know I’ll get the pedicure I want. Eyebrow waxes are quick and always look great too!

I went to Legacy nail salon to get pedicure done for my daughter and I this afternoon as walk-in.Ive been going to this salon for a good long time, maybe 10+years, but today was probably our 1st time in almost a yea or so.The gentleman at the front desk greeted and seated us promptly, and everybody at the salon was all welcoming and courteous.Two ladies who took care of us ( Tiffany and Kate ) did wonderful. Massage felt really good and relaxing, and soothing on my tired feet, with peppermint gel and paraffin.Nice clean nail salon with friendly staff and wonderful service.I believe it gets very busy on weekends, so I expect some waiting time if I were to come here on weekends.There are tons of other nail salons around, but Im happy with Legacy.

I had my nails done by Lee and I can not be happier. She was gentle, did a great job, and she was friendly without talking my ear off. The price was reasonable as well. I will definitely be back.

I took my future daughter-in-law to get pedicures after her bridal shower. I made an appointment ahead of time because I knew They would be busy on a Saturday. When we arrived, we still had to wait almost 30 minutes. Once seated, it seemed like they were in a hurry and rushed. Our pedicure only lasted about 45 minutes. I wanted a painted design on my big toe and asked my technician if she could do a flower? She said, “how about a feather?” I said, “I guess.” My toe ended up looking more like a bug smashed on a windshield! A big black blob with tentacles. They left my daughter in law sitting in the chair barefooted when she came in in tennis shoes. She finally asked for some pedicure shoes and the lady messed up her polish putting them on. She didn’t even remove the messed up part and painted over it. After we left, it took us about 45 minutes to get home. When my daughter in law walked across the yard in her pedicure shoes, grass and dirt got stuck to the nails because they would not dry! One hour later and they were still not dry so obviously something was wrong with the polish they used. I paid $112 for two deluxe pedicures that a first grader could’ve done! I won’t be back!!

I really enjoyed getting my nails done at Legacy. Everyone was very friendly and sweet. The price was awesome and my nails look AMAZING. Go visit them you wont regret it!

I can’t believe people post those pictures! They are all horrible. I’ve came at least 3 times and tried to give them a chance before leaving this review. But, nawl! They are nice people but CAN NOT do nails! They work fast and sloppy.

Little confused as to why you told our party of 4 that we could start one, then the rest in 10 minutes for pedicures. Then assured us “we can definitely get you in”. I can certainly understand staffing shortages and we remained patient with the process. After about 30 minutes later and three other parties walking in with no appointment (I could hear you asking) and then getting in immediately, we were told that you didn’t have time for the rest of us. Very disappointing to wait all that time and let 1 out of 4 of our party get pedicures. We will not be back to this business, as we felt very discriminated against having our daughters with us and it seemed like you only wanted to serve adults. Do not recommend.

This nail salon advertises on their website for certain prices but then rips you off in the spa. Not worth the money for the quality or experience. I made an appointment for 2 pm and was not serviced til almost 3pm. The wait was insane even with an appointment and the customer service here is the worst out of any spa i’ve been to. Coming here is only good for wasting money. I would advise any other salon in burleson.

Absolutely sucks. My nail polish turned yellow, my nails lifted and came off after a week and my gel polish didnt last long either.

I went in for a Pedi and a Dip. They dont have matching colors for toes and nails. Then when I went to get my nails dipped they didnt have any of the pastel colors I picked out even when I changed my colors they still didnt have them. So now I am left with a color on my toes I didnt even want and couldnt even get my nails done. Poor quality. They should have more stock or dont give a book of colors if you dont have them.. Organic Nails in Grand Prairie is way Better.

I dont know how to feel about this nail salon. i went in with my mother on 2/23 and spent $220 on 2 pedicures and 2 full sets with dip nails. we left really happy but as the week went on my mother noticed that her nails werent filed properly near the cuticles and the pink color was changing colors. she went in yesterday on 3/3 and asked how much it would be to fix the nails and get the color changed, she wasnt looking for a freebie. the man told her 20 dollars. they sat her down with the same girl Ashley who messed up her nails before. my mother said ashley glared at her the entire time and was jerking her hands around hurting her. she said ashley filed her cuticles raw and she was even bleeding. when it was finally done she went to pay the man at the desk didnt seem to care that she was hurt. my mother came home and showed me her RAW cuticles and bleedings. her nails were STILL MESSED UP. ashley left chunks out of some nails and huge bumps on others. Linda did my nails and Tina fixed one when i broke it and they both did amazing! as much as i enjoyed going there i dont know if we will be back. i know the pictures are foggy but hopefully you can see where her nails skin has been filed raw

I got my nails two weeks ago three nails just popped off yester like they were press on nails and my real nails are red I paid a lot of money for two manis and one pedi and even a big tip they talked about me which they didnt think I understood them so with this being said they are all rude ladies I was not impressed with the service nor the staff

I went there yesterday and Hailey did my nails and OMG, the best set Ive ever had! Jack did my toes and they are perfect! They didnt start on me until about 20 minutes after my scheduled appointment BUT I dont mind that because Id rather them make sure everything is clean and safe then rush and somebody possibly get sick. 🙂👍🏻

This is my favorite nail salon. The staff are friendly and, for the most part, really good at what they do. If you are not happy with your service, just let them know and they will fix it. Im able to completely relax when I go. They have a variety of spa packages to treat your feet. I really enjoy going.

Legacy has always done good by me and my family. If there was ever a problem, the ladies and Andy work very hard and quickly to fix the issue.

Love love love! My girl is awesome! Very organized and clean work. She pays excellent attention and is meticulous but fast. Great place, great people! I feel welcome every time and ready to take on my day when I leave.

Linda took such great care of my nails. I came in for a simple French acrylic set & she was super detailed and made sure to do them perfect!

I went in for a pedicure and was completely disappointed by how lazy the nail tech was.She scrubbed my feet for only 5 seconds on each foot, didn’t file my toe nails so they are not smooth and didn’t clean my cuticles up well as I can still see parts of them hanging. I literally have visible dead skin on the back of my heel 10 minutes after walking out of the salon. Obviously she did not do her job well. My pedicure also began about 5 minutes before my mothers, but yet she was finished 15 minutes after me. I’m never returning here.

I just wanted to pop in and thank you guys personally! I came in Friday before last and got my nails done with my sister. I was not happy with the way they came out! No hard feelings because the guy who did them much have been new. Thank you for redoing my nails with no hassle and complete new set! Haley was awesome and she did an awesome job! Allen was great and understanding with the situation. You guys are an awesome facility! Thank you again!

Had an amazing experience at this salon today with a chocolate pedicure! My nail technician was Cam and she did the best pedicure I’ve had in months! She didn’t rush, has great attention to detail, and very professional. Will 100% go back and ask for Cam again.

The first time I visited Legacy nails my toe nail polish chipped pretty badly the day I got it done. I came in for a re-do and Linda and exceptionally amazing to help! She was not the tech who had done my nails the day before, and she insisted I did not have to pay for the redo service! We also couldn’t locate my color but she picked one equally as pretty. I will definitely be coming back. Thanks Linda!

Not enough gel colors for me

The customer service was great! The gentleman was very detailed on what services was offered along with a pamphlet. My bff and I had a much needed ladies day out. I love that they have many services besides nail services.

I love this place! Andy at the desk is sure to be helpful and make me laugh! I use Tiffany as my nail tech unless she is out, if so Haley is my go to. My Mom uses Tina. We like these three ladies because they understand and speak English well. Plus they know how sensitive I am with my health/nerve issues they understand when I ask to use a different nail file or my own lotion. I cant say enough good things about them!

Did ask if I needed my toe bail cut so they too long and the were rushing so two nail came off in 1 week.i dont work that hard.

I love this salon! I have been coming for years, and I still love it! I see some reviews upset about their color selection. Though there could always be lore colors, the service is what keeps me coming back multiple timea per month. I most recently had Vinny and Traci. They are phenomenal! Not only do I love the outcome, the experience that they provide lets me relax and decompress from the day to day events of life!!

I have been getting manicures on my nails regularly for about 2 years. I used to get gel polish but then switched to powder about 6 months ago when I lived in Dallas. I recently moved back to Fort Worth and a friend recommended this place to me. After my experience today, I will never go back again. Every single other time Ive had any kind of polish put on my nails (or powder) a manicure was part of the process. If youre paying upwards for $40 (or $50) for the polish or powder they throw in the 5 minute cuticle clean up as part of it. So today when I sat down and the girl told me I needed a manicure, you can imagine my surprise when I was informed the manicure doesnt come with it. In my mind I thought oh maybe its cheaper for the powder change and then they add the mani for like $7 extra. No. That is not the case. Its $45 for the powder change and dip, and then an additional $14 for the manicure part. I used to go to a busy salon in North Dallas for my manicures, and not only did they offer more services, colors, and designs, but they also only charged $50 WITH A MANICURE. And a damn good one at that. I am absolutely astounded that this place thinks that is a reasonable price for this service, and by the looks of these reviews Im not the only one who thinks so.

I would rate this place less than a star. A star is being to generous. My teenage daughter went with a friend to get their nails done. The tech told my daughter to pay first. No one else paid first. My daughter is an African American. I am so upset. We live, work and support our town. This disgusted me. I will not support a place like this. Racist!

I’ve gone here when I was younger, and now I’ve been going for 2 years. I absolutely love it! Nails are awesome every time! I posted some pictures of them so hopefully they will show up, they are mostly bright or sparkly. It is kind of expensive, but definitely worth the price to me! Definitely recommend this place!

Got a dip for the first time. They were awesome.

I waited 1 hr even though I had an appt. Customers were not 6 ft apart and were not wearing masks. No one was asked to wait outside. I am a senior citizen who wished this hadnt happened. The technician was rude and got upset with me when my foot was not resting at the right angle. (My foot was broken 20 yrs ago). The facial tech, Cristi, was nice and apologetic. The front person was apologetic and brought me water, but I dont know if this is enough for me to return

Best nail salon Ive ever been to In My Life definitely going to be a long time customer. Linda is by far the bomb I had jewels on my fingers that lasted a month! And I have two toddlers LOL

My nails are already chipping and I just got them done 3 days ago!!!! Im very upset that I spent my money here ($80 + courtesy $10 tip) and my nails arent lasting for Valentines day. I got acrylic white polish pedi and Mani. I hope they do better to improve the quality, for now I am going elsewhere.

I walked in and was greeted instantly. I picked out my color and seconds after was greeted by Tammy and walked me over to the chair. Tracy paid attention to detail with my nails and Tammy was gentle with my toes. The only thing that stops me from giving a 5 star review is the fact that I thought there would be more to my pedi. But over all the ladies did a good job.

Best salon I have ever been to. I travel out of my way to come here for pedicures even though I dont live in the area anymore. Their prices are a little more expensive than the other salons I live near but the quality of service and cleanliness are absolutely worth it. Plus, they use higher quality polishes. I always see Hailey when I go, as she is so detail oriented and takes the time to go slow and make sure everything is right the first time. She is the best technician there.

The lady didint cut my toe nails she just filed them and didint even shape them .

I went in to treat my cousin for her birthday, and she had a very simple design, VERY simple. Mine was a little more intricate, but they just told the both of us they were unable to do it and just flat out said no. My nail artist had the worst attitude about it and just made me feel awkward. First they couldn’t draw flames (which was the design I wanted) and every other design I showed her following, she said no to all of them. I will never go back to this wildly overpriced and underperforming nail salon again. I wanted to just leave the entire time, but luckily my cousin has the gentle heart out of us two and she settled for something she did not want because it was simply so uncomfortable. I paid $50 for the most basic red nail and my cousin’s nails weren’t evenly filed and when she asked that it be corrected she was told she had too sensitive of nails and she should just try dip next time. I was also cut on every finger. Horrible service, I’d rather rate it 0 stars.

Ok, first of all, Im obviously a male. Kinda a backwoods one when it comes to certain things at that. When my wife asked if I wanted to get a pedicure, all include think about was how ridiculous I would look with my feet in a bubble bath so to speak. I said to myself, What would the guys think? Surely they would laugh and poke fun at me if ever they saw me in one of these places. An hour after walking in those doors at Legacy, I could care less what the guys think. Let them make fun. They can laugh at me all they want. My first pedicure was awesome!!!!! Now its my opinion that pedicures are just as much for men as they are for women! The ladies at Legacy made me feel welcome and relaxed, and I will definitely be back!! Only reason I give it 4 out of 5 stars is because they try to push the more expensive pedicure packages on you, but other than that, great place!

Ive been here before and had a decent experience which is why I tried to go back. This is the second time that Ive gotten there about 30 minutes before close and they turned away my business. I understand if you close at 7 p.m. you dont like for people to come in at 6:59 p.m for a manicure pedicure that takes 30 minutes or an hour, but I know other salons that do stay open if someone walks in. The man at the front said he already released everyone to go home when I walked in the door at 6:41 PM. If thats the case then they need to close at 6:41, or post clearly on their website, door, and Google page what time you need to come in for the latest possible manicure or pedicure or any service for that matter. In the service industry you know that sometimes you have to wait for customers or clients, but clearly these people arent hurting for business and dont care if they lose sales and tips. I will stick with Zen Nail Salon in Arlington because Burleson customer service is lousy.

Went to get my nails dipped today (3/12/19) at this location. The biggest problem is the lady who did my nails cut two of my fingers while filing. I told her a few times it was hurting and she kept filing (my nail and my skin) until blood was drawn. I had to ask her nicely to please stop on that finger, then she did it again on another finger and had to use super glue to close the wound. I also asked to keep the same length and just shape them but she grabbed the clippers and started cutting. I felt like I wasn’t listened to at all. The dip is not even, kind of bumpy, and two of my nails are shorter than the rest. I feel like she was rushing to be done the whole time. Not happy to pay $40 for my service today.

I was looking for a new salon after the one I normally used messed me up. The guy answered the phone and apologized for me having an issue with ANOTHER salon?!! He went on to assure me his staff was very knowledgeable and experienced and they would take care of me! I met Christy and she is really amazing.

Long post.I wanted my nails and toes done for my wedding. Walked in and was seated quickly which is the only reason I gave one star.Tina was working on my nails and cut my skin with the tool she was using. Tina also put 3 nail tips on crooked. When I asked her to fix them she got an attitude and starting speaking to the lady working on my toes.Tonya was working on my toes she grabbed the wrong bottle and poured acetone on my legs. They both laughed and then she said sorry.Never have I had such a bad experience. I asked for the manager and this guy said whats wrong I told him and all he said was oh I will speak to them and still charged me full price. Seriously!!!!

My wife uses this place quite a bit. We took our daughter in for her first nail thing and Haley was great with both of them and they both really liked their nails. Clean facility and friendly staff.

Great service and very clean. Prices may be higher than nearby salons, but its worth it in my opinion. Tiffany always makes my toes look fabulous and no one can shape my nails like Kim. They always take their time even when its really busy.

Giving 3 stars for inconsistency. I have gone almost every time I need my nails done but the last few times I have gone, I have been disappointed. I get powder dipped nails- There are maybe 2 techs that totally blow my mind and do amazing but the last 3 randoms I have had dont do the powder very well. One set was way to thin and I had a nail break a day for a week and was forced to go get a new set. The other set were better BUT I have a lot of rough spots on multiple nails and they grew out really quick. I cannot for the life remember the 2 techs names that I loved but the nails were prefect. They are why I return in hopes I can get them again since I cant remember their names.The only other complaint is I got a pedi one day and the pedi itself was great but when he painted my toes they were not good. He took 15 minutes to paint them and still they were not fully painted in some spots and the polish already began peeling a few days later. Most places I get a pedi, the polish stays without chips for at least 3 weeks.All and All, The good out way the bad and that is why I return. I just wish I would remember the techs name I loved.

ZERO STARS!!! Well this should some it up... Just now got the fungus gone!!! If been going to the same person for a year & each time was more lax than the last. I was giving her the benefit of the doubt. Hoping it would be like the first time she did my nails, which lasted over a month before I had to get them filled. No matter if I wanted a fill or a new set it was always 2hrs. I was so mad when she tried to blame me for the fungus under 5 of my nails. Its took everything I could do not to come over the counter. I told her I wanted them off. Thats all I said to her & when she was done I walked out. Never stopped & wont ever go back!!! If anyone reads this I definitely would not risk the chances of getting a fungal infection from this place!!!

Had a terrible experience here today. Usually really like this place, but today definitely may make me never come back. Had to pay an extra $20 for them to put my own gel polish on my toes during my pedicure. After only doing the bare minimum, I couldn’t move down to the lower priced pedicure option because she already used a tablespoon of sugar scrub. Then come to find out still didn’t do the correct pedicure. Manager was unhelpful.

My friend took me here because she knew they had a larger assortment of colors than the salon I normally go to. Ive had nail techs hurt me before, but nothing like this. Linda tore me up like she was digging for treasure in bedroc. I was literally bleeding as I paid and all the guy could say is he would talk to her. I will not be going back to this place! 2 stars just because the nails look really good, but I paid a price in agony for it. It hurts to wash my hands or use my pinky.Check their photos for the damage!

Im so upset! I asked for glitter on my nail tips and what I got was blobby, globby mess that looks terrible! I went back up there asking for my money back and that I would go somewhere else and they refused! I then said I wanted them repainted and they are telling me to wait atleast 30 minutes while all other walk in customers are sitting right down and getting helped. I only gave them 1 star because zero wasnt an option.

I wouldn’t go here, the were too lazy to clean the polish around my nails. My nails are already coming of and I just got them 3 days ago. My mom choosed a nude color but once on her nail it looked like a whole different color and she asked to change it and the lady looked at us crazy and asked if she want glitter to cover it up. So, I don’t really recommen this place maybe Venus in hulen is way better!

If you are expecting good customer service, they’re decent, but disagree with them in any way and you’re wrong. The lady (Lynn) that did my nails today rushed and I ended up with 4 nails out of 10 not straight. I finally went to the manager (Andy) after speaking to my friend. He said my nails only needed to be filed again. The same lady filed them again. I still complained that the nail was literally not straight and she had me close my nail and look at them that way stating they aren’t messed up now. Yeah- I ended up leaving and I’m going somewhere else to have them fixed. Thanks, Legacy Nails, next time I’ll definitely stay away from you guys. 🙄

Ive been here a few times and I really liked it until I was over charged for a fill. This place is already pricey Im suprised they would take a few extra dollars from someone. Oh well, time to try a new place.

Place was WAYYY too expensive. For regular nail polish with acrylics are over $50. Too expensive and not only that they are uneven and the lady rushed.

Anne is AWESOME for pedicures at Legacy, this is a great spa with very consistent services and results. Wife had been going here for years.

I usually have a pretty good experience at this location, however, this time the nail tech Christy was working on my toes and she did not want to do anything I asked her to do. Everything I asked for would either “not look good”, “not be even”, “not be the same”..etc., etc., and instead of doing what I asked she had a reason for not being able to do it. As a whole the man who greets at the front is awesome, but watch out for Christy because not only will it be a debate on what you want she may even talk about you in her native language. Pretty sure she was doing that while I was there..smh. Heads up!

Upscale atmosphere. New equipment and plenty of chairs. Free WiFi, complimentary drinks. Friendly staff, but in a hurry today (on a Wednesday at 2). That will be great if Im ever pressed for time, but I wasnt today. $27 for basic pedicure with no exfoliation on legs - only feet. Lots of selections and special pedi choices. Overall nice place, but a little too expensive for just a regular pedi.

Donna did my nails and she did a horrible job, one of the nails she put on was not straight and she acted as if she was upset when I mentioned it. She polished my nails sloppy as well. Her attitude was horrible, she started speaking in her native language. Horrible service today.
