Great dentist and hygienist! Appointment is easy and efficient. We made an appointment and got in to see the dentist the next day.There was hardly any wait time to see the hygienist and the dentist. Once we checked in, we were seen by the dentist and the hygienist. My wife had to do some consultation on a root canal work. Dr. Segulyev was very professional and friendly. He explained everything on the procedure in details to my wife and patiently answered all her questions.My work was just a routine cleaning. After checking my teeth to take inventory of the status, the hygienist cleaned my teeth thoroughly. I felt brand new on my teeth, clean and smooth. She also showed me how and what to use for keeping my teeth clean and plaque free.The office is thoroughly equipped with all COVID-19 prevention measures. Besides wearing masks, face shields, and gloves, I saw the hygienist also used section equipment to suck up all the possible fluid droplets from dental work. That’s something new. For those of putting off dental work in fear of Covid-19, you can go to this dentist office and feel safe.

I felt blessed when I managed to get an appointment in couple of days from the day I called. I had a lot of pain when I got to Dr. Segulyevs office and I knew that more pain is coming when he told me about root canal and infection+inflammation under my old filling. To my surprise, I felt no pain already when I was leaving the office after my first visit. Such a relief!Dr. Segulyev was super attentive and gentle (as much as dentist can be:) Dr. and his team really create that family environment, where you feel yourself a part of a family too. Care, efficiency, great results. I truly think that he is the best dentist; and not only in Burbank, but in the county!

Dr. Segulyev is amazing. I have had some bad experiences with dentists so I always switch. But I’m sticking with him. He listened to my concerns, answered all my questions clearly and made me feel very comfortable. He just finished a rather painless crown procedure, never thought those existed. His staff are also very friendly. I’ll be referring my husband here and anyone else whose looking.

Going to the dentist doesn’t seem so bad after all. With a friendly and welcoming staff, beautiful office, all patient rooms with an amazing view overlooking Burbank hills, and most of all a professional and friendly Dr. Segulyev!It has been a while since I’ve been to the dentist as I have had a bad experience from my past 2 dentists. This morning I had a dental emergency with a tooth infection. I was up all night in pain and was dreading to see a new dentist tbh, so I felt very fortunate to find this place. I sent a message request for an appointment and Robin was on top of it and called me first thing in the morning to get my info and Dr. Segulyev was able to see me that same day! What a relief to find a knowledgeable and kind dentist that cares for his patients. He provided options based on my needs and what I wanted to achieve, never had I experienced this before. He really took the jitters away from your usual dentist experience. I highly recommend this place and looking forward to bringing my husband next!

This place is such a gem. There are so many great things about Dr. Segulyev and his wonderful staff. Dr. Segulyev truly cares about you and your well being. As a patient I feel like the doctor is a family member that truly cares about my health and needs. You can tell that everyone enjoys their job and loves people at this office. This is hard to find in a doctors office. Dr. Segulyev spends the necessary time to make sure you understand all your options and help you pick the best course of action. He does such a great job with my dental work.

Dr. Segulyev is the best! Before moving to LA, I had the same family dentist for my entire life in NJ. So finding a new one seemed like a daunting task. I asked friends for recommendations and found him through a good friend, who he did beautiful work on (she had her entire mouth done and her teeth are now stunning). He is so kind, gentle (which I always appreciate from a dentist!), thorough and knowledgeable. The hygienists and front desk staff are amazing as well! My fiancé is also now going to him as well. Im currently getting all of my old fillings replaced and the process has been seamless. Also, I should note, I drive from West Hollywood to Burbank because I love this practice so much. Thank you Dr. Segulyev and staff for taking such good care of me and my fiancé!

Love this office. Kind and friendly staff. The dentist is such a sweet guy, and truly a pleasure to visit. I chose this office over any other because they are sincere and honest in the care they offer. I never feel like I’m going to be pushed to receive any treatment that isn’t absolutely necessary for my mouths health. The office is always extremely clean and they have taken many measures to ensure the visit is safe & risk free by not exposing patients to one another by carefully booking each apart.

She answered all my questions and listened attentively to all my concerns. She expedited my appointment so that I was seen by Dr. Segulyev right away. My dental hygienist was very gentle and meticulous. She explained everything she was doing and made me feel safe and relaxed the entire time. Dr. Segulyev is an phenomenal dentist. He is very thorough and made me feel comfortable like I was family. During my dental exam, he addressed my concerns, listened with great care and explain in detail how he was going to help me. He also reviewed other dental care such as my bite guard and he made other recommendations that I am proactively pursuing. I trust him tremendously and recommend him to my family and friends. I had heard great comments about Dr. Segulyev., so I decided to try him as my dentist. He lived up to his reputation. Hes kind, thorough, and professional. He has friendly co-workers, including those I met so far, Caroline, Katrina, and Aurora.

I’ve been going here for years. Employees have always been kind and efficient- from the receptionist who goes out of her way to make sure I get the most out of my insurance, to the hygienists who don’t chide me for needing to floss more (I know I know). The doctor explains things plainly, and he seems to genuinely care about my experience. I’ve had a lot of work done, and though dental work is never really fun, Chan & Segulyev offices make it as pleasant as it can be.*When I started getting insurance with my work, I switched to an HMO doc on my plan. I really didn’t like anywhere else! I went out of my way to switch to PPO for dental, so I could come back to Chan & Segulyev.

Amazing!!!!!! From the moment that I scheduled my appointment front office was very professional. I work in the same building so the manager front office offered drop off the forms I needed to Colette.. she did!!! Wow!!! I thought that was very nice and polite the paperwork was pretty straight forward simple.. I was nervous about the dentist it’s not my favorite doctor to visit even though I have never had any kind of issues I’ve only had cleanings my entire life but it makes me nervous I met the dental hygienist her name is Katrina she was very warm and sweet she explained everything sge was doing and what she saw while cleaning my teeth.. I do a terrible job at flossing yikes!!! she took her time with the cleaning.. gentle!!! Shortly after the cleaning was done she took me to another room and Dr Segulyev (dentist) came in he is very sweet and not full of himself, he listened to my concerns about my teeth we came up with a plan and I was very satisfied!!! BTW they social distance and very clean!!! Protocol.. he is modern and up to date with everything !!! Cosmetic anything you need!!!! I begin next week to fix my teeth issues !!! they have great prices.. it’s a very family oriented type of business which love.. I was with my precious dentist since I was 5 yes old and with the same dental hygienist but this location and office is convenient ... The entire team makes you very relaxed and is very helpful and reassuring. Dr. Segulyev is very knowledgeable and keeps current of all the new dental news and advances. He is very patient and spends time to explain everything about the treatment planning. He takes his time to do the work. Most importantly, he is very gentle and very painless. The fees are very reasonable. I would have given him more than 5 stars if possible. Dr. James was very kind and has a very pleasant demeanor, and after the examination he wasn’t pushy about the recommended treatments. The dental hygienist was also very thorough in her cleaning. I’ld say it’s one of the most thorough cleanings I’ve had in a while.

Went in for a consult. Very friendly, attentive, informative. Sat with me and helped me understand about the upkeep of my teeth and the options for mine. They did X-rays and honored a special coupon mailer I had no problem, which covered the X-rays.I have a cleaning and impression for whitening trays already scheduled.
