Just had my regular cleaning with Berta, who is the BEST. The office is spotless and follows Covid rules. I highly recommend this practice.

I have been a patient of Dr. Seraji for over 15 years. He has taken care of all of my dental needs with much expertise and skill. He has the lightest touch of any dentist I ever worked with. He is is super personal and kind. I also love his dental assistants and office staff. Everybody is very professional and courteous. Its a great dental clinic.

The dental office is always clean and the receptionists are friendly and helpful. They have hygienists there who very thorough without causing you pain. The dentists are excellent as well, and they dont try to gouge you with unnecessary work on your teeth. Ive been going there since the early nineties and would highly recommend this place.

I see Dr. Dina Shimoyama at this practice. She is wonderful! She is patient, kind, and very gentle. I would recommend her to anyone, though I had to change my insurance from HMO to PPO in order to go see her.

We feel so thoroughly cared for at Magnolia Dentisty in Burbank. Safety before the pandemic was routine. We knew they had us covered in case of emergencies during the initial shut-down time, and we knew they due ready after in-service routine appointments started up again. I fell safe for my family because the office keeps us informed for emergency procedures and ongoing dental care. We are so fortunate to have had several different professionals for our different family members. This office has a Great Team in the dentist chair, and from entry door to check out.

Best place to go for dental work and check ups

Great experience with my hygienist! But...I was scheduled to see Dr. Vera and was not notified that she would not be available. As I have stated before, communication and front office performance is KEY to my relationship and ultimate experience with a medical provider. I would appreciate advance communication about ANY changes in my planned care. Thank you!

The best! I had a very thorough but very gentle cleaning. They understand if you are nervous or have not been to the dentist in some time. I dont have dental ins. but I was surprised at how reasonably priced it was! I am planning to go every 4 months to keep up my oral health.

Everyone here is delightful. Special shout out to Dr. Dina and Dr. Seraji.The front office staff sets the standard for how all front offices should be run. More than mere appointment setters, these ladies will rock your world with their knowledge of the insurance biz.You may also be interested to learn that pain here is at the worst minimal and rare at that. There is never any undue physical pain, no financial surprise pain, theres just no pain no how, no way. They dont believe in it, and you have to like that in a dentists office.If this wasnt enough, you may be interested to know that the trains run on time in Dr. Serajis office. The staff is ready for you when you show up.They dont waste your time.If your present dental experience doesnt match mine, you have my sympathies and my recommendation to make an appointment with Dr. Serajis office for your future dental work.

The only reason Im giving this place 2 Stars is because I love the staff. Ive been going here for nearly my entire life before the business was bought and completely understand how transitions are never perfect and have given this place some time to adjust.However, since then its gradually been downhill. Had a mix-up in scheduling and then blamed for it. Ive had issues with billing. No longer feels like a family dentistry. On my way to my appointment today they called me right as I was calling them because I was stuck in traffic and was no more than three minutes behind schedule. Was given a line about Ill be 15 minutes late and before I could let them go on with their spiel I cut them off and said Ill be going somewhere else. This place no longer has that warm fuzzy feeling and is more of a money machine now so taking my business elsewhere. Sad to do it because I love my hygenist and the staff but will not patronize this business any longer, my wife already determined to leave after last experience.
