I tried this new place out of curiosity.I was quite pleased, it an easy in and out experience.I loved the attention to details, the cleanliness, the employee assistance, the power of the 2 huge turbo vacuums, the excellent vacuum hose suction, and the U-shaped vacuum stations.There is a stand alone center building with two devices to wash your carpeted floor mats... FREE. Carpeted items ONLY.I was so pleased, I subscribed as a monthly member.

I had to change my review. Do not use their little vending machine thing!i got a window wipe that said 1.50. I was charged 5 dollars! I feel ripped off and wont ever use it again!

It was my second time going here and I have to say it is pretty decent just dont like the result of the tire shine application. The tire shine doesnt seem to be much on there and not enough coverage of the tire.

Love this car wash, BUT! the tire shine is not worth paying for.

Paid for a upgraded car wash and tire shine. Noticed the next day nly 3 tires were done. Drove back and manager offered full package no charge. Get home and only 2 tires were shined. Something wrong with passenger side tire shine. And I was going to get 5 was package. Now I wont be going back ever!

This place is an absolute joke. I just purchased a membership from this company and was excited to utilize the service. I went through the car wash a few days later, and during the dry cycle, the moving belt suddenly stopped, resulting in the car behind me hitting my car. I chalked it to up to be an unfortunate situation and moved on. It rained later that day, so the next day (around the same time) I went back to this car wash and again during the dry cycle, the belt stopped resulting in ANOTHER car hitting me. I went to the customer service area this time, was rudely asked what I wanted, and when I told them I needed their insurance information, I was immediately told by the manager that ‘statistically speaking,’ I was going to be in more accidents at their car wash because of my membership – wonderful way to sell your monthly membership program! I was berated and repeatedly read a script by every employee available on how this business is not responsible for ANY damage because the driver behind failed to put their car in neutral. It is almost as if this company is prepared to not admit fault for these types of situations. Fortunately, the driver that was behind me came into the office too, and while the manager told me it was the driver’s fault, he then went to the other driver and was telling them it was my fault! He then tried to show a video of the incident occurring on one side of the track but refused to show me the videos of how the car behind was loaded onto the belt, and the cameras showing the the belt/tires moving from the other side of the track. From the video I was shown, you can see the belt stop, and the car continuing to move forward, almost as if the car was loaded incorrectly based on the team member guiding the cars inside. I even asked the owner why the belt stopped, and he refused to answer this question. I received no compensation, no apologies – nothing. On top of that, someone must have called the cops because there was a squad car near the entrance watching myself and the other driver. This place cannot even handle an elevated situation without thinking to call the cops. Absolutely poor customer service and along with the other reviews here, lack luster service altogether. I won’t be surprised if they respond to this review with the same scripted response they tried with me already.

Good monthly deals and a clean car! Vacuums work great.

This was my first visit to a WashU location. I know that they are new and I was looking forward to the wash. It has a double tunnel so as to get cars through faster on busy days. This would be helpful as their lot is on the small side. They have plenty of free vacuums. The attendants were nice. I think they still have some kinks to work out of their system, but overall a good experience.

I have a the basic monthly pass for one car and premium for another. They are both worth the money! Customer service is also good, they are usually very attentive!

The staff is friendly. The only downfall is the vaccine. The suction has been low since the end of winter. You either have to drive from one stall to the next to find a good one or stretch the one good one throughout the car.

I went to this car wash to have my truck washed. Then I noticed a scratch on my hood. They said that their wash doesnt touch the hood. Ok, I over looked it. Then today, I went back to clean my truck and I noticed 4 scratches on the drivers passenage door. Im like ok it must of been there when I bought it cause it was used.I went to my mother in laws house and came out and seen my license plate was missing. I went back and they found it in the car wash. It must of got knocked off in the wash. I will never go back again. I will always self wash my truck, van and car myself. Now I had to buy the frame and the kit to fix it. And I bought the month special.

The car wash is overall a good go to spot. Their air drying system could use some attention, your car is always left with water spots on the windshield.

Carwash usually is great. This time I had to ask for a re-wash. There were areas where it looked like my car still had the same dirt on it. After the 2nd wash my car was clean.

Im Glad this Car Wash is Close by. Theyre always busy but never a wait because they have a great system to get the cars in and out. There are two washes, they have self serve vacuums & mat cleaners. The vacuums work great unlike other car washes Ive visited in the past. You can get a monthly pass for $13 [unlimited washes] with the option to add on services when you drive up. I believe they have other memberships with added features but I am happy with the $13 fee, it washes my vehicle just great 👍 Check them out of youre in the Burbank/Oak Lawn or even the South Side of Chicago area. Theyre a great Car Wash!

Its an good wash. Little pricey, but a quality wash with 2 lanes to wash cars. And a big area to vacuum and dry/detail your car yourself.

The $12 wash was definitely worth the money. 2 wash tunnels and one specifically for larger vehicles makes this place even better. Powerful vacuum cleaners and staff that helps if you have questions instead of hiding in the office.

For those of you wondering how the car wash knows what wash you purchased, given that there are two car washes running simultaneously. I reached out to WashU and received this response:You asked a great question! Its one of the really cool things about our Burbank store. Our system is such that only one gate goes up at a time, to let you into the queue. Once you have paid, the gate goes up and a camera up on a high pole picks you up. The camera says this is Christinas car, she bought the $15 wash (or whatever wash you purchased) and our software puts a box around your car. As your car goes around to tunnel 1 or tunnel 2, the box is then handed off to the tunnel you head into and the wash that is associated with you is performed on your car. We also have screens at the front of each tunnel where our Loaders are able to confirm that the correct wash for the car is being performed.If for some reason you are ever dissatisfied with your wash, we will always re-wash you-- just ask.Thanks for reaching out and we hope to see you again soon!

Good quality car wash. The place is great. I have the monthly membership. They have two stations, but most of the time they only have one open, so the waiting line is longer. I think they should use both stations, thats why I give them only 3 stars.

Vacuum arent the greatest....pay $12 including tire shine when ingot home and looked at the tires were dry with no shine whatsoever..I understand the shine gets put on the tires by a rotaing brush at the end of the wash and not expecting perfect but not one drop of shine on them....wasnt worth my drive back to complain...

Sat in line for 30 mins. That’s just from the gate. They have two lanes but never have both open at once. What’s the point of having two lanes and never open both. They were great when they first opened but sadly the service quality went down hill. I am going to cancel my membership and go somewhere else.

This is my go to car wash now. If youre looking for a clean environment with a pre-wash station to remove bugs from your front bumper, free vacuums, friendly associates and a thoroughly clean car, check out Wash U. They do have a monthly program, but check out the wash cards as well if you dont run your car through frequently. Buy 5 and get 1 free. Better value in my opinion.

Update: Unfortunately, as they got more customer and busier service level drop drastically. On a busy day preference is given to those who have the monthly pass. I waited 15 mins after paying for my gate to go up, I even asked the employees what was going on, they Just said I had to wait. NOT WORTH MY TIME.

I have try many different automatic car washes before and by far this is the best I ever been, on top of that you got to vacuum your vehicle for FREE wow you can’t beat that.... btw those vacuums are the best, all the staff is friendly and helpful so thumbs up for that! THA ONLY THING I CAN SUGGEST WILL BE AN AREA WERE YOU CAN WASH YOUR OWN FLOOR MATS... THAT WOULD BE AMAZING! I highly recommend this car wash!

Love this place. With the monthly service I have I drive up and get my wash and go. Only thing that stops then from getting 5 stars is the fact that the dryers dont dry as good as some places. I should probably hand dry too for a spotless finish, but with my membership I can come back everyday if I want. The dryers may work better for smaller cars, but I have a SUV.

I go here when Im in a hurry to wash my car, its close to home, maybe like a 3min drive. The facility is always very clean, the employees are always friendly and helpful. The tunnel does a very good job at washing the car for an automatic wash. And the dryer dries it up good aswell. Its nice they have free vacuums too.

I rarely, if ever review but this is just bit lack of professionalism I recommended everyone I know about this but... not anymore.Place closes at 8:00, yet here I am at 7:30 closed ! Not the first time either ...!! Some customers need to get the car cleaned for the next early morning ... which you guys don’t open before 7 AMThat just did it for me ...the other issues like half vacuums half the time aren’t ON ... and ... the dryer ? I’ll need to hand dry it my self every time. I ignored but.. closing early ? Yeah. It’s like robbing peopleCanceling ASAP
