Located at the Junction of Burbank Blvd and North Hollywood Way.....Entrance is in North Hollywood way, it is confusing if you coming from Burbank blvd.....Very friendly staffs..... I went for express wash and they did it very well....Yes people are maintaing social distance, wears musk and gloves.....that is nice to see....Place is very clean & they have a small shops inside...

My first time at HEB and my experience was fantastic. Got a good exterior wash and only paid $11. I wish was a bit HWB closer to where I live. Great experience!

They always do a great job. I tip the guys that vacuum. I tip the guys detailing my truck. And I thank them. Its worth it. Ive tried other places. Ive tried doing what they do. No way. This is my favorite place.

They really pay close attention to the parts of your car that need a lot of focus. All you need to do is sit on the side and wait for them to signal you over to your clean and sparkly car!

Come here every week to get my car wash.Full wash inside and outside usually done in 20 mins.They have ample outisde sitting area and a store full of snacks of any items you may need for your car.Staff is really friendly. I always tip the guys who finish drying and cleaning my car.

After seeing multiple reviews saying the same thing I know I MUST leave this review warning others. THEY DO NOT THOROUGHLY CLEAN YOUR CAR. I paid them $50 for what I usually get at other car washes for $20. I only leave this review to WARN OTHERS TO NOT COME HERE.

My experience here has always been great so far. My car always comes out clean and undamaged for a really good price and in a timely manner.

Cheap and easy. 7-8 bucks cash or credit card. Vacuum only takes coins though. Way more time than I needed to clean my prius.

Today is my first time visiting this car wash. I wont be back. I actually had to take a rag from the man that was wiping down the outside of my car to clean it myself. I also pointed out lots of spots that he missed. He cleaned the inside and outside of my car with the same rag which is gross. My tires look nice though. lol. Also, I keep change in my car and purposely look at it and the denomination of the coins when I leave my car. Every single quarter I had was gone. Every single one.. I laughed because this is the FIRST time in all of the years I have been going to car washes that change was actually taken from my car. I didnt bother to complain because its just change, but very unfortunate AND unprofessional.

This was my first visit and there were not many cars when I entered (around 9:30 AM on a Sunday). My Car was damaged when it came out of the wash area. My Side Mirror Cover has fallen off (may be machine pulled it off !!) in the Washing area. This is my 2 months old brand new SUV. Luckily the damage was not permanent and I could plug back the cover easily. Also the wipe down was horrible. Manager himself got shocked upon seeing the Work done on my car. He borrowed cloth and started to wipe the dust spots. I will definitely stay away from this place. Unfortunately I have to continue exploring Car wash areas in Burbank

I went about a month ago before the rains started happening. I got the 180 wash thinking it would come out looking brand new. The interior still had stains and they didnt vacuum it thoroughly. The exterior had some sap spots and water spots I couldnt remove myself. At first it looked nice but with time I started noticing the sap marks appearing bigger and bigger. And the front bumper is speckled like if I went 80 mph through a rocky road. Its like something is eating my paint. Worst of all its a black car so you can see every little imperfection. Im not even going to bother with these guys because the worker was rude. Read reviews before going!

Came here two weeks ago for a clay and wash and my car was still dusty. It was obvious clay was not done. Complained to the manager and was given a coupon for a free re-do. Came today and manager did not not want to honor the free re-do. After a few minutes of back and forth, he agreed to honor it. I hovered over my car the whole time. I noticed that only a quarter-sized piece of clay was used and not rubbed properly. Do not recommend this place at all. You dont get what you pay for.

Paid $15.99 for a full service wash (found a $2 discount online, but +$1 because i drive an suv). they take your car to the car wash then hand wipe down and clean both inside and outside. the employees here are not pushy and do a fairly thorough job. you can see them finishing up as you wait in the outdoor shaded waiting area. definitely my go to place here in burbank!

Every time I go here something happens to my vehicle, a scratch a dent, my drivers side door now pops when I open it. Got a hand wax & full Armor-All $60 they left patches of wax all over my vehicle. And had to ask several times to have all my trim Armor-Alled. Also had to ask them to please take off the road spray by the wheel wells both times Ive gone here. And after the sloppy wax job went in two weeks later and showed a manager the pictures. He finally decided to give me free Armor-All on my tires??!! And it spayed all over my vehicle because they just slooped it on. Only good thing about it is that they took my antenna off so it wouldnt get broken in the wash process. I strongly dont recommend this place.

Probably one of the best car washes Ive been to in a while I was watching all the workers here and they really do work hard their conscientious they are personable and they do great work Im really impressed I used to go to Lakeside Car Wash I think the management there does things a little differently than this place I think this place does a really great job and I will only come here from now on they actually care about the customer and they show it and their employees show it as well make sure you tip them $5 thats basically the minimum tip when you get a basic car wash dont be cheap

Great place for a car wash, they also have low gas prices. You can also shop next door while the car its getting washed. The waiting area its also clean and comfortable.

I drive up from Burbank pretty frequently with my kids to visit family. I try to make sure I as often as possible drop off my car Overland cw. The car washes in Burbank just cant pull off the same quality.

The employees that check your car in and the cashier are rude and not friendly at all. Been here 3 times now thinking maybe they were just having off days but definitely not. Received the same service each time. The guys that clean up the cars work really hard though so props to them! Bummer their greeting guy and cashier lack good customer service.

The car wash did a good enough job. In fact, the man who cleaned my car put in a lot of work. However, as I dropped my car off with them in the beginning of the process, where they write up your ticket, as usual, I left my car engine on, as well as my lights. When they ran in through the car wash and parked it facing the road to hand wipe it, they left the headlights on. He worked on the car for about thirty to forty minutes as I read about twenty-five pages of my book that I had with me. When I was given the go ahead to get in and drive off, the battery was dead. I told the manager, who had just locked the doors (it was near closing time), and he had a man come out with a battery starter. No problem. Except that he said to me, You must have a weak battery to die in such a short time. I didnt appreciate his somehow finding fault in my vehicle when it was them that left the lights on. I said to him, Its your and your workers duty to make sure that the engine and lights are shut off when starting to wipe down the car. The car sat for about thirty-five to forty minutes with the engine off and the headlights on. A lot of people drive when their lights on. So you need to check that everything is off when given delivery of the car. He said, Well, I guess youre right. None of this would have been a problem for me except for when someone tries to avoid accountability. Such a stupid thing for a worker to say to a customer who knows better. The capper on it was that I had just given the man who cleaned my car a $30.00 tip, only to find the car battery dead about thirty seconds later.

Decent place with good service. Nothing fancy. Typical 45 minute car wash experience. Outdoor waiting area, which is nice as most people only have their cars washed during good weather.

This was the best car wash Ive ever paid for! I got a $20 package and cannot even imagine what the $40 package would include. My car was washed on the outside, dried, rims polished, tires shined. AND then the interior was wiped down, vacuumed, air freshened and to top it all off they washed my windows by hand inside and out!! The place was busy but now I know why and it was well worth the 20 min wait.Plus as I watched the guys shine my car and put the finishing touches my tip increased from $4 to $10. I was even surprised that the change they found under my seats was collected and put on my center console.

Overall its not a bad place. Cashier and greeter dont have much customer service skills, as a matter of fact they dont even greet customers, smile, make eye contact and are in a rush which is kind of odd, seems like they hates their job. The detailers did a really great job it was a fast service and they even got all the sand out of my car!

Sucks, crappy job. Have a towel handy in your car. Because your always going to have to go over your car. They have air hoses but never use on mirrors, gas door or around license plates.

Ive passed by this place plenty of times when Im in Burbank area and finally wanted to give it a try. The person who gives you a ticket for your vehicle was not pleasant at all(green eyes gentleman). When I went in to pay, the cashier was not pleasant either, like damn is it early for yall? Waited for some time to get my car which was normal. But when I was called to receive my car there was still a little mess inside (I spilled Root Beer on the drive side panel, instramental cluster and dash board). Had to have the gentleman who was cleaning my car go back to clean it again. Plus when he finished still missed some spots. He was really nice just not attentive.There are other places you can go for what you paid for there. Its sad because there were 2 other people telling the gentlemen cleaning their car that they missed a spot or didnt do what they paid for. A shame.

They broke my CAR!First time ever to a car wash since I got a new car two days ago decided I would treat myself. NEVER AGAIN! I just bought the car so I know exactly what condition the car was in and what is and was not there and the handle to my tailgate was definitely there the afternoon prior to taking it to this car wash.After the car wash, GONE! They broke it off. No doubt in my mind, probably trying to figure out how to open the tailgate. I called and asked them for the part the manager said they didnt find anything and that it probably happened prior to taking it to them.I DONT THINK SO. There is no way that my tiny fingers would have even had the man power to break it off!I begged them to at least give the handle back so that I could fix it, I have yet to hear from them.BEWARE do not go HERE. Worst experience Ive ever had by far. Really disappointed.

WARNING!DENTS & SCRATCHES- A month has gone by, no response regarding the damages they caused to my car, not that I really expected these pieces of garbage to do the right thing, so I needed to follow-up on this review so others dont get victimized.

The wait time is really long, even with them being busy and having a large staff it was over 30 minutes. My car was not really clean, there was still debris in the cup holders and the passenger side windshield was dirty. Didnt notice this until I was running my next errand and the sun hit the window just right, I could see old water marks from using the wiper washer. The back passenger door entries were dirty, noticed that when I put the groceries in. Called and told them my complaints and they offered a free re-wash. Went back the next day. It was better but my passenger side windshield is still dirty in the corner which is annoying. The guy really took his time cleaning the inside and wiping down the outside of dirt and excess water.

Just went to pick up my car and still stains on carpet and Seat. Seats had armour on no cleaning prior . Wax still on parts of Car and see spots where no Wax was used. Yes Car was Dirty but a Complete Detail was to restore Vehicle appearance. Let Car and will pickup tomorrow and give follow up.

Poor - fair???.....lets create a category called ...THEY SUCK.......TERRIBLE SERVICE....paid $ 150 to get maserati washed and detailed.....been WAITING 1.5 HOURS....WHY??????... because the people went to lunch....and when I asked about it after 1 hour....they didnt even know what was going on......and for my wait...they offered an air freshener......THEY JUST STARTED ON MY CAR AFTER 1.5 HOURS....you just lost my business....and EVERYONE I can tell about this experience....

Ive been here a few times and I would say 3 out of 5 stars but this time. The third time, I went in, I said express wash, When Igot to the counter I found out it was full price and was forced to pay the regular price. The forth time, I said EXPRESS WASH I also said PLEASE do not use the WAX System....They used the wax system. (I use a car cover and the wax will lift up and leave marks.) On the express, Last time, they actually vacuumed inside but this time they didnt...no problem, but the exterior job? I could have done at home with a garden hose. The amount of streaks was unacceptable! The windows you could tell were wiped as they also had streaks. I opened my back hatch and soap suds everywhere. I had to go through the entire car and wipe down everything. I will not be going here again.

Horrible car wash. Worst customer service of all time and the girl behind the counter has horrid attitude. I got a standard wash with air freshner which they didnt even spray. They neglected to tell me they were running a special which could have saved me $10 and charged me full price of $20. That is very wrong as I was a new customer and didnt know the ins and outs of how the regulars do it. Wash was ok not picky about some spots but the front windshield was left with streaks on the inside which is the most critical so it fogged up and I couldnt see clearly. I had to clean it myself when I got home. For the price they are charging and what you get I dont know how this place stays in business. I asked to speak with the owner and no help there. I wish there was an option for zero stars.

Gave one start because I could not give zero. I was in a rush so I was unable to get a good look at my car until I arrived home. I saw that they had missed a bunch of spots on the outside (easily cleanable spots that I could rub off with my thumb). That was not even the worst part. Looking at the inside floors it looked as if they did not even vacuum it. Lots of dirt/dog hair. I called and they offered a free car wash next time which i refused due to their horrible service. I would not go again, I would not recommend it to anyone I liked or even disliked.
