Good at washing and quick wax. Not so good at detailing? Took my Tundra and 17 foot travel trailer. Ask the coordinator to talk to their guys about redoing a few areas and was ask to talk to the workers myself? So I did! Workers were cool. I just told them the size of their gratuity would reflect their work. Not my job?

Wash took three hours - then they just didn’t tell me it was done for about 30 minutes. Got an engine bay wash and they destroyed my alternator. Currently waiting on a tow truck. I recommend finding somewhere else if you need the engine washed, otherwise they did fine washing the rest of the car.

You pay 35-40 bucks you would think your car would get vacuumed GOOD.NO IT DID NOT HAPPEN. I would have come out better washing my car myself. They did not even do a good wipe down inside. Too bad I didnt check the car before I tipped the guy. I do not recommend. I do suggest mobile detailing.

Wednesday at 1:00 took 1 hour and 5 minutes - I asked for no air freshener:: they put it in my new car .. just not a quality experience. I am allergic and have to drive around with this odor. I complained do you think they would refund or something … nothing!!!

Took my car in only to get it back while it was completely wet.They had to put covers on the seats it was so bad, and they said I had to leave my windows down for a day. I did what I was told and the next day my car was still wet. The day after it started smelling like mold so I had to take it back.This time they had at least completely dried it, letting me know they ARE capable of actually drying the car properly.Although dry it still smelled like mold and theres was some stains on the interior, and I was trying to explain to the workers but they did not care the slightest bit.I told them I wanted to talk to the manager again and the guy just walked away with attitude. I eventually had to chase down the manager myself, and he got the employees to simply spray anti-mold spray and then they finally fixed the stains.I would have given 1 star if the manager wasnt so nice but definitely would not advice going.

Had a full detail done on my car after years of barely washing it at all. I cannot believe how good they made my car look. Its like they EXFOLIATED my car yall! Its SHOCKINGLY smooth now. I am beyond pleased!I have no idea what sorcery they worked, but Ill be bringing it back in another few weeks for another (less expensive) round!

Went in for a detail, good friendly service and delivered the car on time. Unfortunately, they left swirl marks and untreated areas all over the car. I was in a time crunch and couldnt wait for them to keep finishing the car, so I left. Prices are reasonable enough, but I suppose you get what pay for in this case. I left less than pleased.

Even thought I got there 10 mins before closing, they took their time and did an amazing job. Maybe because I had my own car scent theirs didnt smell as much or they just passed on it. Either way, car was clean and they took their time.

It is what it is. I would not leave anything out in your car. Good luck

I really like going to this place. I’ve experienced different qualities of cleanliness with the same package purchase. I’m thinking to pay more to get a more detailed detail when I go back.

Came here a few days ago and the car wash was good but they didn’t have a room with air conditioning we could wait in so the most we could do is wait in the little shade in the 90 degree heat.

They did a great job on SUV and they were fast.

I really love the place. They do fantastic work. The last time I was there I paid for a more expensive wash and I could tell any difference from the regular $20 wash. The inside was still dusty. I’ve been getting my cars washed here for 7 years, and have always had a great experience. Always get what I pay for, the staff are friendly and efficient, and I’ve never had to point out a missed spot or anything. I come over the hill just to get my car washed here because I don’t trust many of the other places that charge up to 3x more just because they’re in a trendy, high end location.

This was a good cheap wash. Will come back when I need something quick. Some details were missed, however I asked specifically for the express wash, so I am not complaining. Had the smaller things been addressed, would have given 5 stars

Came here at 1pm friday. Express car wash $9.99, exterior only. Waited for over an hour. Got the car with a lot of yellow spots left. Very poor job. Asked manager, he said its too much time to wash it clean. Any express car wash so much better. You would save hour of your time and it is cheaper.

I used the car wash and no one notified me the car was on Neutral and when I pulled down the parking break the car rolled and hit the front car. The manager Arch yelled : it’s your fault. He was very rude and used the F word to me when I notified to him of the issue very nicely. Very rude and unprofessional. I never in my life dealt with such a rude manager in my entire life. Does not deserve to manage a place with that kind of management style. Not even have the courtesy to ask how to park my car nor let me know they parked my car on neutral with parking break and to be careful. There were many managers there and all chatting and having fun. The cashier is doing the whole customer service herself.

Took the Subaru here after taking it off roading and they left it clean and nice 👌 I will be returning for detailing.

As of lately the quality of cleanliness of the wash and the wax have been very low. I dont know whether its due to the weather but the past few visits Ive been here Ive noticed my car hasnt really been cleaned very well. Until theyve fixed the situation Im going to look elsewhere for a wash. Highly recommend finding another car wash location.

I did not like the job I paid for the complete detail, they left my vehicle with many details unfinished. It was a lot of money for the service. the vehicle was just covered with oil to look shine, but it was not clean at all. I expected a better job from them. I do not recommend it.

I went to this place with my 1998 4runner to get the engine cleaned. The person cleaning the engine took about 2.5 hours when I came back to check on my car, he had taken it across the street without my approval to a car mechanic shop where he had lifted my vehicle.He didnt reattach my engine cover. I drove far to Malibu and realized my engine light was on. I went to my mechanic (Toyota of Glendale) the very next day and they told me that my catalytic converter was removed and replaced with an after-market converter.They said my car will still work but I wont be able to pass the smog test. Mind you, I just got this car 2 months ago from my sister (who was the owner for over 8 years) and I had it smog tested 2 months ago where it past the test. I put in a new battery and fixed the truck up. I know everything about the truck.So he took my car without my permission to a mechanic, had it lifted, and now I have to pay $3000 for a new engine piece. These trucks are notorious for people stealing the catalyitic converters. I spoke to the cashier and told her what happened. She said, he wouldnt steal from you. I wanted to get the name of their insurance company to file a complaint and she wouldnt help. Im filing a case with the Attorney General and Ill also be filing a lawsuit.

This place is really good under the right circumstances.Unfortunately when they are busy the quality really drops.Lately I feel like the quality has gone down and the employees are not quite up to their standards.The last three times I have brought my car in for an oil change and a wash, the car seems barely washed and there are still spots with scuffs, water spots, or bad streaking on the windows.I do love and still recommend this place to people but I hope they improve to their high standards.

From out of state. Wanted to surprise my daughter who lives in CA & get her car all cleaned in & out. The gentleman doing the work & organizing the wash orders was great! The workers seemed to have done a good job. However, when I called back a day and a half later about the interior still being wet & starting to smell, the female manager was rude, talked over me & insisted we didn’t follow the instructions to let the car dry ; we did EXACTLY as they asked. Very, very rude female. We shall see if the make it right for my daughter. Don’t want her car smelling bad for so much money.

Magnolia Car Wash looks great on the outside...but looks are deceiving.Bottom line: when in Burbank, avoid Magnolia. Your $14+ is much better spent elsewhere.Here are the reasons for my 1-star review:* The employees seemed to be in foul moods. They were complaining to each other and yelling things. Ive been to dozens of car washes so its to be expected. Still, a little service goes a long way to make customers feel comfortable.* 2 guys vacuumed my car for a total of 15 seconds. One guy opened 2 side doors and the other opened the trunk. Its a 4-door car - one of these guys probably shouldve noticed that HALF of the car wasnt even touched. Sure enough, when I retrieved my car after the windows were washed, the seats and carpets still showed dirt. It was as if NEITHER vacuum guy actually tried to vacuum anything.Disclaimers: I keep a pretty clean car, inside and out. It wouldve taken each guy 1-2 minutes MAX to properly vacuum the cabin. Also, I watched from 10-15 feet away when they were vacuuming and washing the car in the tunnel. Youd think these employees would do a better job if the customer is standing there watching. Not so at Magnolia.* There was a greasy sap residue on my paint after the detailing was complete. A very visible amount. Its black paint so its not the end of the world - its just something they should have caught.* When I walked back to the cashier to ask if her guys can re-vacuum my car, the door was locked. I drove back to the car wash entrance and they had just closed up. All the vacuum hosed were put away for the night.

This is a local car wash in Burbank that does a nice job of washing and detailing your car. You can pay more for some of the extra services, but the wash itself and a little extra money to the person who is the finisher of cleaning your car can off and get very similar results. The staff is friendly and the prices are reasonable. There is so shell do it yourself car wash across the street, but this is a far superior experience for about the same price

Ive been coming here for years for their great service but the recently its been going down hill. I had my car detailed and polished but they didnt wash the wheels. I thought no biggie because they gave me a discount for the next time. When I got home and took a closer look there was a fresh scratch on my passenger door about an inch long and very deep. I called and they basically told me I was out of luck and there was nothing they could do. Well thats the last time I come here.

In the beginning they were amazing but my last 3x they have not done there job and if you complain nothing is done.

Really nice guys at oil change area. Smart and fast. No one had ever ever explained why the cheaper oil we were using was not correct, or even that economical until I came here. The free wash made it especially worth it. Ill be back!

Terribly understaffed. Only go if you can wait over an hour for your car. They do good work but simply not worth the wait. I only had two cars in front of me in my Lane after I got my ticket. It took 35 minutes to get to the vacuum. It took another 25 minutes to finish vacuuming and get through carwash. It took another 20 minutes to dry and complete the work. To be clear, I only had regular wash. It wasnt like I asked for anything special or extra.

Very bad service my car it was not cleaning correctly they charge me five dollars more to wash the tires and the mats why I don’t understand I already paid $30 very bad service I will never go back there

Been here several times but today was the worst and most likely the last.7 cars that arrived after me actually made it thru the wash before me. 4 of those cars left before my car came out of the wash.When my Jeep was finally done I just wanted to get out of there. Got home. Running boards were never washed and of course bird droppings all over the roof as if they never even bothered. Just sad over an hour waiting AFTER the car in front of me was done at the vacuum as well

Went on a Saturday. There were a couple to cars in front of us in line. We waited about 15 minutes and decided to leave.Apparently there are many people willing to wait an hour to get their car washed. Im just not one of them.

They normally have a ton of people here so it takes longer for my car to get a car wash. However, what they lack in speed they make up in customer service. Theyve been very courteous and will always do whatever it takes to make you happy. They have, however, on occasion forgotten to add the scent to my car. This is in no way faulting the car wash, it was just the person finishing up your car. If this happens, just go back to someone and let them know.

This is a very good car wash. Hand washed, no rotating brushes. It can be very busy and a little slow, but they do a very good job.

Just received a synthetic oil change on my Prius here - $85 + a free car wash thrown in. Best deal around - under an hour - and had a very nice mechanic do the change and check me out. Return customer here!
