Avoid their car wash, dryer never works. I paid for the best wash and it only did one rinse. Cashier has a bad attitude too.

I went to the Shell station this afternoon at approximately 5 PM on the corner of Victory and Magnolia to get a car wash. I waited in line and when the car ahead of me drove into the car wash I paid for my car wash and received a receipt. The car in front of me then proceeded to move back-and-forth within the car wash taking my turn. When I went to explain what was happening to the attendant inside the store, I was met immediately with attitude. When I realized I did not have my mask on I didn’t enter the building but instead went back to retrieve my mask from the car. When I returned to explain to the attendant what had happened she told me that I should’ve had my “mask in the first place” and “used common sense.” She then said, if I “had use the car wash before I would’ve known how to use it properly.”I have been using that car wash for almost 10 years now and have never seen a sign indicating what to do in the case of the situation I experienced. Nor could the attendant show me any signs that said that I needed to wait and pay until the car ahead of me was all the way through the wash.Suffice it to say, I will never return to that car wash again. Shell,… Please train your employees to speak politely to their customers. Shame on you!

Thay charging for car wash $12 and dryer dosent work customer service horrible

On the way out I saw the other cars have the same problem. I went back to let her know the car wash has problem and they need to fix it. She blamed the other drivers that they don’t follow the instructions...I was not there to argue or even ask about my refund, I was just saying you need to fix the car wash BEFORE taking people’s money, because You KNOW it has problem. Her response was very RUDE, she was keep saying I can’t give you refund, I can’t give you refund ... I said I’m not asking for the refund, why you are keep saying the same thing... just admit that the car wash has problem and you will fix it. She said if you don’t want the refund then go out and don’t come back here!

DO NOT USE THE CAR WASH. I am now reading all the reviews and notice a lot of them have the same comments about the dryer not working. Mine shut off after 4 seconds and I wasnt even moving the car. I told the attendant and she said the dryer is working fine. I asked her if it is working, why is my car still wet. She said that I drove through before it finished drying. I asked her to check the tape and she refused. She said the best she could do is offer me a towel to dry my own car. I told her I paid for a car wash and the drying is included. She just kept saying the dryer is working. I work right next to this gas station and my company always uses them for our gas on company cars. We will not be using them ever again.

DO NOT USE THE CAR WASHThe car was here is a complete scam. The dryer deactivated before I could even pull out. I went to the woman at the convenience store part of the station and not only did she refuse to give me a refund but deny that the car was even wet. And because of her rudeness I had to dry it by hand and now I have wet stops on the entire car. Im never coming here again.👎

Do not use the car wash here. The machine just threw soap at my car and then it stopped completely. Person in charge was very rude, she didn’t care and proposed I pay again. Lost $12 and precious time arguing with the lady. never coming back.

Car wash only takes cash temporarily but by the time you see the 2 inch type, you’re blocked in by other cars.. so you send your husband to pay by card in store and the girl doesn’t seem to know how to do a card transaction or she’s too lazy

Stay away from this Car wash, the drier would not work, it did not do the complete cycle for the $11.99...I spoke to manager as I go there twice a week, she was rude, offensive & even ganged up on me like street thug. Very ungrateful owner of this business.

I never write reviews but this gas station is good. It has a car wash and three different types of gas! Ive needed gas while driving past this station a bunch of times and I always stop! The Attendant was really nice and they have paper cones to put oil in your car... Some places dont anymore. Id stop here again.

The night attendant Ive dealt with multiple times seems unable to work the credit card machine. Went for a pack of smokes and had two cards declined despite having sufficient credit limits. The gentleman is too slow to get around to the terminal after activating the sale which is why the cards consistently are declined. Went back tonight and he demanded I have cash before even attempting the cards - not going back here for smokes or gas or a wash because of it - at its across the street from me!

WORST CS EVER! Anna, the so called manager, is a classless being. Loves to lie and challenge a customer to call the cops over a $10 car wash. Incident happened on tape, yet she denies it happened, tells me to talk to the cops if I wanted to see the tape. Challenge accepted. This is not over the $10. This is about owning up to a mishap, a simple machine malfunction that could have easily been solved with a sorry.

This station has a car wash option for you before purchasing your gas. Popular beverages and snacks are available inside. Air and water available upon request for any refilling.

I usually come here to gas up and get a quick wash but the last time I used their car wash I noticed that my car got scuffed up pretty badly on the left rear!!! Their car wash is awful, I advise you to spend the extra money to get a hand wash because this just ruinedthe paint on my car!!! Please dont use their wash your car will end up mildly clean AND scuffed. Please, shell station, do the maintenance and check the condition of your brushes routinely!!!

I frequent this Shell location for gas, and decided to try a car wash today. As I pulled into the carwash, the buzzer alerted me to back up as I was too far in, and shortly after I had backed up, it shut off. When I pulled out to ask the attendant for help, I was told that I could have a refund, or alternatively I could try to pull through one more time, but if it failed to work the second time, I would receive no refund. Another customer approached to see if the carwash was functioning, she told them with a grin that it worked if the user followed directions. It was a flooring experience for me on multiple levels, and I can assure Shell that I will never give patronage to this location for gas or any other service in the future. When I explained the attitude and treatment I received from the carwash attendant to the cashier inside as I got my refund, she said nothing. This was a very disappointing experience. What a shame that this Shell location has employed a representative with such poor customer service skills and basic respect and courtesy.

The worst car wash! Double paid for service (11$ x 2). Car wash machine stopped soap my vehicle on 3rd second and didnt work after that. When I asked gas station operator what happened and how to fix situation, he said just call the maintaining company ;) . On Sunday. I decided to try second time and paid again. Car wash machine started work, but at the end of the process - the drying machine worked for 5-6 seconds and stopped. Again!In short, keep your health, avoid this place! Dont waste your nerves, money and time! Try find another place!

This gas station is in quite an interesting place to be honest. There is a street intersection nearby where cars pass by, also there is a freeway access point nearby that takes you to the 5 northbound and southbound onramps. The station itself is kinda old and dirty, with difficulty pumping in a few spots. Come here if you need gas and are nearby since all gas stations are around the same price nowadays. Oh, and yeah its gas, dirty stuff.

Horrible service from a Latin woman. I called her to say that I had drove off without pumping my already paid for gas because I had an emergency call and had to leave. I wanted to know if I could get credit since I paid inside with a credit card, and she hung up on me then refused to answer the phone. She will kill this business with that attitude. Owners be aware of her she will kill your business!!

Had a problem with car wash. Ana the so called manager didnt care. Arrogant witch. Gabrielle the cashier lied and said the manager was not on the premises. Plan to file a complaint with Shell. Not the money, its the attitude.

I’ve heard a lot of complaints about management and other issues, the latest attendant is “unqualified” and the car wash is a catastrophe. Not going to go here again for gas or a wash.

I did not like it at all. Attendent completely rude. Car wash did not work and told me I broke the car wash. Said if I didnt know how to use it that I should ask for help. that would have been great if I could find someone. She walked away from me when I asked if she would let me go through again. Will NEVER go to Shell for anything ever again. Should have not been cheap and gone to a real car wash, where I ended up going anyway. So much for conserving water and following the city rules Im washing my car at home like Im used to.

Car wash line will literally take you 30 min to an hour. Go somewhere else for that.

Fraudelent activity and malpractice.Inserted my credit card, transaction was completed, and service was not acquired. Brought it to the manager and she made it known that I was not getting an equivalent in service or credit. Upon asking for her name or any type of assistance from an upper management she walked away into a room.There is always a manner to handle every type of problem and that is all that is required as a manager, especially upon paying and not receiveing the service rendered.This could be a GREAT fraudelent case.

I used to come here all the time for gas and the drive thru car wash. One time, my car was damaged going through the car wash. Their car wash had a dryer piece that was broken and had exposed metal, which scraped my car and broke part of it off. I brought it to the attention of the employee and said that I wouldn’t try to charge them for the repair but that they should shut down the car wash until it’s fixed. The employee shrugged her shoulders and pointed to the sign: no SUVs. She kept the car wash running. At my request she gave me the number to the manager who evaded my calls. These people could care less about their service. I would never go here again, ever.

Terrible customer service from the rude station attendant. The person in the car in front of me did not exit out of the car wash when she was supposed to and stopped her back tires in the wheel lock. She then proceeded to get the back 1/4 of her car washed again, which was quite funny to watch, but she had stolen the wash for which I had paid. When I drove up to receive the car wash I paid for, the wash would not start. Upon notifying the attendant, Hanna, she berated me, saying somehow it was my fault that the woman in front of me had locked her back wheels and stolen my wash to receive her extra 1/4 car wash. She then berated me because others were waiting—obviously the result of the car wash not starting—and tried to get me to pay for a second wash instead of giving me a refund.Ive used this car wash for years but, after seeing how you are treated when something out of your control malfunctions with the mechanism, I will never be returning and I recommend anyone else in the area steers clear; less they risk paying for a car wash, being screwed over by the car in front, and then suffering the wrath of Hanna.

Just got ripped off while purchasing a car wash. Attendants didnt care and wouldnt give me a refund. In short, they were jerks, Im down 11 bucks and my car is still dirty.
