I am blown away that this agent and office has good reviews. I inherited them when another agent retired (at least I think thats what happened). Anyway, I did not choose them.The service has been horrendous. Nothing but problems. Every time I spoke with one of the people in the office about an issue and being dissatisfied, her response was always Youre welcome to shop around for another insurance carrier. So thats what I recommend: look elsewhere.
