I walked in and the agent politely greeted me, offered me a delicious cup of coffee, and explained to me the rates in order to assist me to the best of his ability. He was one of the nicest and most professional agents Ive ever had the pleasure of working with. He helped me get the rates and the coverage I wanted at the price that was good for me.
