Learn from our mistake and find another agent. Weve had them for over 20 years and at first things were fine, they were attentive and took care of us. However the quality has really gone down, our issues dont get resolved and the turn around on phone calls and solving issues is utterly ridiculous. With Allstate youre supposed to be in good hands, well you are, until youre not.

Silvia and her team dont know how to communicate with people. They cling to each other that they dont know why or how a mistake happened. At the end of the day they dont fix anything. They use basic excuses, letting you understand that mistakes happen because you dont understand the language you speak, but they keep charging you. Save yourself the headache and find another agent.
