I have been with GM Insurance Services for more years than Id like to count. Ive always been treated respectfully, no matter my issue. Recently, the theft of my 98 GMC was forcing me to cancel my current insurance policy. GM responded immediately, helping me to cancel my current policy. All the while on the phone, the agent responding expressed much compassion, even citing a little prayer for me to recover my truck, or maybe Im receiving something new. Im sorry, I forgot her name. Well, lo behold, I finally, after three weeks, receive a notice to come get my recovered truck (done immediately). You better know, I went straight back to GMIS. I was helped on the phone by agent Hovanes, the NICEST guy, who understood the urgency of restarting coverage. He assured me hed call back (he did), after searching for the BEST rate he can find. This call came way after five when Im expecting to be blown off until tomorrow. Hovanes is a very personable person, even expressing his happiness for the recovery of my vehicle. It is just the lifeline to all I do, especially important through the pandemic, as I am leery of public transportation. As you can see, Im a little chatty, and I took up much of his time. Especially, I am a computer BUFFOON, and we had to do some stuff online (oh, for the love of God, NOOOO!). But, we prevailed. I would be proud to call this man my son. Many thanks to GM Insurance Services, I may be close to sixty, but Im still a customer for life!

Okay this office as a whole is a great office and very professional. Everyone except for SARKIS. SARKIS is a thief and a liar, Ive been a customer here for over 10 years and due to the horrible service I received from SARKIS I will probably end up switching offices. Due to SARKIS and his scam I spent $1,200 more than I had too last year on auto insurance. My recommendation to everyone, if you have to go here avoid SARKIS at all cost and just deal with John or the other staff members. 💯

Requested a business liability insurance quote from Sarkis on 5/23, got a message to call him and when I did he was out to lunch, left my information, no return call. Monday was a holiday, so I called back Tuesday, Sarkis answered the phone and told me he was busy with a customer, he will call me back; I gave him my e-mail to send me the information but I got the impression he did not write it down. 5 days later no e-mail, no calls (he has my number).Unreliable and irresponsable, wasted my time waiting for a quote. They advertise in Craig List and are not to be trusted.
