Though this establishment has been around for decades, I was a bit disappointed as a member when I discovered that they no longer accepted payments via debit cards for any transactions. Theyre only accepting payments via cash or regular credit cards. I barley had enough cash available to pay for my registration renewal. I let the agent know that I was truly disappointed as a member for almost 20yrs as this should have been explained to its members. Im hoping that other members are aware of this as this new measure could be a major inconvenience for others.

Was very disappointed that after 30 minutes of waiting for a travel agent to help me. She would come over and tell me Im going to lunch so I wont be able to help you. She said she only took people by appointments. Why didnt the person checking me in know that!! VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! Ive been a member for 13 years and this is the type of service you get unbelievable!!!

They have great service. And they are out to help customers not like dmv ! Dmv is so bad now!

I love being a member of AAA. There branches make it so easy to renew your car registration and many other services. At this branch they even have a driving school. The service the was fast and very good. I was in and out of this branch in 10 min. Thank you AAA. I havent been a member of AAA for too long but know I will be form now on.

It was easy to reach them by phone with insurance business I couldnt do on the app or web... unlike a lot of places which no longer allow you to speak to an actual person. I bought and sold 3 cars in a matter of weeks and the AAA agents were efficient and pleasant in making sure that I had the coverage I need in spite of the frequent changes.

The staff that take insurance payments have ack of customer service skills.

Instead of driving down to the office I called and asked for a tour book on England, Scotland and Ireland. Customer service was very polite and helpful. The book arrived quickly and Im a satisfied customer.

Line moves fast employees are very knowledgeable and swift to get you in and get you out. I always have a pleasant experience when conducting business at this location. The only thing I dont like is my wallet always feeling lighter when I leave from here. lol of course Im joking about the money and I can sleep easy knowing that 99% of the other options for handling DMV business out there would not be a joke and they do charge a bunch in fees. Plenty of parking. Took less than 30 min to get my cars registration completed and the tags put on my cat. I will always go to this AAA office for all my motoring needs.

I love AAA. its one of those places that is well managed and everything makes sense. However, I deducted one star because I was not able to use contactless (mobile) payment. And this isnt just in this branch. Despite having the necessary equipment for mobile payment system, I had to hand over my credit card and then sign with my finger on the card reader. Whats the point of having the equipment and not being able to use it in 2021 in the pandemic? Although, some transactions can be made contactless if you are enrolled in autopay, but why? I dont mind the transaction fees that they charge if you use a credit card, but certainly theres a room for further improvement. Thank you for reading.

I could not get any assistance as I could not get a live person on the telephone after many tries. I got a recording every time advising to go to their office which offered no help at all when you are out of state and hundreds of miles from an AAA location.

AAA is good to have not just for emergency tows, but for many DMV related tasks.

I reiterate, I went to renew my vehicle registration. The whole process took about 5 minutes from when I entered the premises until I left with my 2022 license plate sticker. Much faster than before the pandemic hit.

Whether to process DMV paperwork,car insurance or a simple tow, I have always received professional and courteous service.Not only that, but I have used AAA tow service abroad since they offer reciprocal service with many other countries.

This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with AAA. The people are completely incompetent to help you with anything and have no idea what they are doing. If you have moved to California, DO NOT come here to get your California registration. Time and time again I have encountered problems with them. Just go to the DMV or a private practice because they won’t waste your time like AAA.

Came there to get a quote and after waiting in the line for so long, finally got inside and I told the girl in the front desk that I wanted to get a quote (the most simplest thing), and it was obviously clear that she was new there and didnt know what she was doing and she was actually pretty confused. So she literally asked me multiple times what did I want and I kept repeating the same thing but she still didnt get what I was saying. Remind you I asked a very simple and clear question and and she couldnt do it. So I got tired and told her to ask someone else for help but the other employees were busy chit chatting and drinking coffee. Never come back here.

GOD.I came here to purchase admission to an outdoor attraction that remains open during COVID.I said so when I first arrived.I was directed to a line with everyone who was there for DMV services - weird - but ok.It was pretty sweaty waiting in the uncovered sun for 45 minutes (while new members were ushered to the head of the line) but hey - COVID, right? Glad they were being safe.I was cheerful when I was finally ushered inside, and repeated what I had come to accomplish.At this point I was shuffled between multiple staff members, none of whom were trained in member benefits and tickets...Ive now been at AAA for 90 minutes.Again, everyone here is super nice. But OH MY GOD the ineptitude. Being nice is immediately trumped by efficient work. Im sorry, but this is why people are having their jobs replaced by automated systems.At no point did I conceal that I was there to buy member tickets.At ANY point, the staff could have told me that they were untrained or unable to process these transactions, rather than having me wait there for an hour and a half, most of which was spent outdoors without cover.Ive been a member for years, but my experience here has really soured my relationship with AAA. I would give 0/10 if I could. What on earth do I pay for...

This is a very big AAA office. I have a very large parking lot. Have come here for the travel agency, and renewing my membership, and taking care of D MV stuff. I love that you can check in and they route you to the right department. I have never been in here more than 15 minutes max. Because they are so busy sometimes the parking lot is a little tight. But its worth it because the services are wonderful for the price that you pay. I highly recommend everyone get AAA.

During this whole pandemic theyve been able to help me while the DMV hasnt, I couldnt be happier to be able to still have a clerk help me with the nightmare of DMV paperwork. Attempting to do so online through the DMV didnt me nothing but stress me out. AAA was able to get everything done for me with ease

Was it a near death experience or was it simply a piece of Heaven hereon Earth ? A little piece of paradise we refer to as The Automobile Club of America’s (Burbank Chapter) Had Me thinking that maybe I was in Heaven for surly its counterpart ( The Department of Motor Vehicles)makes you feel like you’re in Hell.As I walked through the front door I was greeted by a lovely young female attendant who made me feel like I was the Scarecrow getting stuffed and groomed for an audience with the Wizard. Next I was escorted over to another beautiful young lady who was to be my personal salesman while walking me through this exquisite journey and help me through the various papers and process I was soon to be offered. Her name was Veronica Amzueto, and she couldn’t have been a more lovely or a more beautiful young lady, at the same time she was amazingly attentive and perceptive as to my increasingly Bidenesque declining cognitive skills. if it weren’t for the fact that I am already a happily married man she definitely would’ve be receiving a rose from me at tonight’s ceremony.My papers were quickly processed and faster than Governor Newsome can shut down a church service I was out the door with new vehicle tags and registration in hand. It’s places like the AAA that give California the little that remains of its once honorable name. 😎🥂🕺🇺🇸

You have to belong to AAA because if you need help with your car in Ca they are always available help you! How many friends can you call with a flat tire at 6 am? Probably none but no worries with auto club. Also you can get passport photos, maps, travel services, notary for only $8.00 renew car registration and discount tickets to theme parks. AAA is invaluable

Mario Castaneda the insurance agent dude was really helpful, friendly, and kind. I will definitely recommend him. In fact I am going to send my friends for their insurance needs. But, the majority of the DMV department workers were rude, lazy, arrogant, and mean. Ill never return to that place or make recommendation for service with the DMV section of AAA. And Im honest with my feedback.

This is a great location with lots of parking spaces. The people are extremely polite and patient(especially the host/receptionist). Restrooms are available. The only down side is...those customers who are not happy with something or another, you will find them here too.

I went here to change a form when I was receiving a car from my father he was transferring the registration papers and they did a great job with the whole process Im very impressed with the courteous and respectful manner and they were very quick and efficientI also recommend getting their yearly card for toes and any other problems you might encounter on the road will definitely help you fix
