Dolores was a very professional woman in her work, kind, very kind and we were very fond of her. Unfortunately, she is no longer in charge and Isabel was left in charge, since from the first contact with her she is rude, she does not know how to do her job and she has no way of talking to clients. Its lousy and unprofessional.

I had this agency for years and since Dolores is no longer unfortunately I have had charges that I was NEVER informed Isabel does not show her face and I had already told you your service is horrible no matter that you are the owner, you live with your clients, that is, us. I do not recommend your service at all.
