Absolutely adore certified service! Ive been living in my home for about 15 years and Certified has been keeping it cool since the very beginning

Not sure whether or not I got taken advantage because Im a divorced stay-at-home mom and dont have a husband to handle the situation. I was told I needed a new thermostat which was quoted at $1000. I found two online for $200, but he told me they were used and he couldnt guarantee it. He offered me a new thermostat by Honeywell which I found online for $122. But, I was charged almost $400 for thermostat that doesnt do what my original one did. But, seriously, who has $1000 for a thermostat? I just wanted my heat back on and I was desperate. He knew that.

Have used this company for over 25 years but never again. Slow response and was charged for something I should not have been charged for.

The best heating and AC company around. Ive used others and they dont come close to the service that I recieved from Certified Services. Wouldnt use any other.
