Pacific Heating & Cooling was the second opinion contractor; earlier the same day, a different contractor had visited, took one look at our 25-year-old AC unit, told me it couldnt be serviced or repaired, and charged me $109 for that 5 minutes. Specialty came that afternoon, actually hooked up some instruments to the unit, and determined it just needed freon. Its been 100% cool and comfortable in my home for the past 2 weeks of very hot weather. When it really IS time to replace, I will only call Specialty. Extremely satisfied customer here!

Pacific Heating & Cooling installed a new HVAC system in our home. The system was well designed and has functioned well. We got a good price compared to several other bids we received. Subsequently, there were some issues with the system. For example, the motherboard needed to be replaced with the manufacturer. This company has been very responsive to service requests. Subsequent service visits have been very efficient and effective.

My furnace and air conditioning unit was old and needed replacing. I got a couple of estimates and Pacific Heating & Cooling was the best. I cant say enough about the excellent job those three did! They went above and beyond, cleaning up the ugly looking space where the old furnace sat, installing a new air flow vent, and making sure the furnace and air conditioner units would give me the best and quietest performance possible. Had Pacific Heating & Cooling come over out to check water leaking from furnace. The technician was respectful of my home and safe during these unusual times. He unclogged my drain and explained everything to me. He did not try to up-sell anything to us, explained what the problem was and gave us our options. Just as I had explained to him over the phone on the issue that I was facing, he made his diagnosis even without necessarily coming to check it out physically and gave a very fair estimate.
