Abe explored all available options with me, and followed up with me to make sure I was satisfied with the central ac/heating system installation. Abe’s team was exceptional. They worked really hard and also answered all of my questions. Also, very respectful, professional, punctual, and did a really great job.

Abe from Air Max came to my home to explain my options for installing an HVAC. He was very knowledgeable and explained exactly what would be done including different price options. The installers were very nice and completed the work with no problems. The State inspector commented that the quality of work was excellent.

I installed 4 split level air cond. The electricty was connected two days later. no one came to turn on the aircond to test.left everthing as if was general construction site.I Would never recoomend these guys ever.Update 4-03-2019:The owner called me personally and is activitvely working with me to fix it. With the hot summer months coming, my wife and I felt it was best to be proactive and shop around for a much-needed replacement for our 40 yr. old HVAC unit - not really sure how it was still working... We were so impressed during our first meeting with Justin and Jonathan and their knowledge of how to correctly install an AC unit that we elected to hire Air Max HVAC to install our new Lennox unit. Jose and Johnny came out to install our new unit yesterday and did a fantastic job! These guys and this company really take pride in the quality of workmanship and installation that they provide to the customer. You may find negative ratings for some Lennox products on various websites but from my research and experience with Air Max HVAC, the efficiency and longevity with which your HVAC unit serves you over time has everything to do with how, and who installs the product! We live in a townhome complex and were astonished to find how many HVAC units installed on the roof of our building were improperly installed and NOT to code. Air Max HVAC will assure that your unit is installed properly and according to current code requirements. Abe, the owner of the company, took the time to visit our job site to make sure the unit was being installed correctly and that the project was moving along smoothly. This is the kind of contractor I feel fortunate to find and would recommend them to anyone for their HVAC needs.

This was an awesome experience from start to finish, I cant say enough (and Im sure that sounds like I either work there or was paid to write it, but I promise neither is true). I got bids from a total of 3 companies, and it was hard to sort through - I just dont know that much about AC so its hard to tell when youre being sold a bill of goods. I went with my gut based on the good experience I was having with Abe and we couldnt be happier. From Abes management of the process, to the folks in the office who helped whenever I called, to the install team that came and did the work - everyone was incredibly friendly and professional, and even followed up after the work to make sure it had all gone well.From my own experience, you cant go wrong here, and well certainly use them again.

Our 21 year old Lennox furnace needed to be replaced. After a good deal of research, we decided to buy a new Lennox furnace and thermostat. Abe Hage from Air Max HVAC (Burbank) visited the house, did an inspection, made a recommendation and gave me a bid. After a bit of negotiating, we had an agreement and he scheduled a date for the installation the following week. The new furnace and thermostat were installed efficiently. We were instantly happy with the new Lennox iComfort S30 thermostat and furnace. One technical question about the thermostat was answered after Elodie in the office connected me with Jose and the issue was easily solved. I worked with Ave on our packaged unit cahnge out. Smooth seemless project. The guys came and were done same day. I had found them through Lowes and it was just a much better value then going through Costco which is what I had initially planned to do.

After poorly working ac for many years it made aHuge difference. To do the entire ducting and a new unit. When I had several concerns after installation given our old duct placement he had my issues addressed and finally allowed me to have comfortable nights sleep. My friend Bo recommended this company to me after I had my old a.c. die out on me. I normally wouldnt just go off of a recommendation but Bo is one of my smartest friends and he spoke very highly of them. The price was pretty much what I was expecting and it was hot so I just moved forward. If you need a good rep ask for Jonathan he will do good by you.

This company is, PROFESSIONAL, RELIABLE and EXCELLENT!!! I gave them my highest rating and recommendation. Abe, the owner of Air Max HVAC, came for an estimate and gave me the most reasonable price out of 3 companies that came. Installation was fast and easy. Eugene, one of the installers cleaned and pick up the trash after the job was completed. This pleased me very much. Abe, went above and beyond to have the asbestos removal company come, to have the asbestos removed from the old ducting, which only cost me 1/3 of the price the other companies have quoted me for. Weeks later, I needed to have the thermostat replaced, without hesitation Abe, came over and did the replacement free of charge. I have been very extremely happy with all aspects of services provided. You can’t go wrong with this company. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Fantastic - Air Max technicians just came and did a thorough check of my central A/C through the LADWP program. From the beginning, the experience was fantastic - extremely responsive and friendly admin staff (Brianna whats up), knowledgeable and thorough in follow-ups. Jose the technician was great, along with his team member Billy. The process was painless and very fast - they changed my filter, checked the main AC unit, and installed a free Nest. Have already recommended them as vendors for my friends - you should use them too!

Interviewed several AC companies and Airmax came up with a reasonable price and timing. After signing the contract, they came to my house after 3 days and worked and completed the whole job within 2 days which included All new Furnace and condenser, moving furnace to the attic, all new ducting. At the end, the system works pretty well.Abe is very responsive during the whole course of the project. in general, it was a good experience.

Paid top dollar expecting great service and installation. I regret using them. Terrible company. No customer service. Installed used, warped and scratched vents and refused to replace. City inspector didnt sign off on their installation the first time. I gave an extra star for the crane operator; he was amazing navigating the electrical wires. I dont recommend them at all.12/14/19: The Owner finally replied to my post, four months later, pointing out that I received a rebate for which apparently it thinks I received as a gift from them. No, it is from the DWP. AND turned out they dropped the ball and if it were for not me prodding them, I would not have received - they were not submitting the paperwork for my rebate! So -- the Owner has hopefully helped you, the future customer, decide and I encourage, look for a more reputable/better company. (And the Owner didnt respond about the terrible customer service or the used/scratched/warped/cheap vents it installed which they represented were quality and were new. In fact, they are so warped, I need to repaint my walls around the vents, they are so warped.)

Our AC was acting up over the last two years. We went to Lowes and set up an appointment to have our AC evaluated - we already knew it was pretty much done. Matt, from Air Max HVAC called and set up an appt. for someone to come out and talk to us. Abe came out to our home, did a thorough evaluation of our AC and left us with our options. We discussed it and reached out to Matt again for a few more questions then settled on the best system for us. Today, May 20th, Julio, Mario and Eugene came out to do the install. These three guys arrived promptly on time and were very nice and polite. They got right to work tearing out the old equipment and installing the new stuff. Not only were they efficient and careful, but very professional and respectful. They went above and beyond to make sure all our new equipment was installed better than required and cleaned up after themselves. Even Abe stopped by to check in, answer any questions and make sure we were satisfied. Weve had plenty of service technicians in our home over the years and I can honestly say, these three men were the best! I would wholeheartedly recommend this company, and these technicians. Great service, great job, honest, forthright. From the time I first contacted Air Max, Abe was in touch, looked over the job and answered my questions. My house has two systems- a five ton for downstairs and a four ton upstairs. The downstairs completely failed when the temperatures were upwards of 100 degrees and I didnt even get call-backs from some of the companies I called (until AFTER the new system was installed by Air Max and the weather cooled off).I was debating between conventional AC and a really sophisticated 20+ SEER unit. I chose the sophisticated approach after Abe answered all my questions. And it works at least as well, if not even better, than Abe said it would. The entire job was handled in a single day--I left for work as they arrived in the morning and they were wrapping things up when I got home in the evening. By 8:00 that evening, the downstairs was at 73 degrees- just like I set it.Air Max isnt the cheapest vendor around, but their price was all inclusive and I didnt get nickel and dimed for extras. One other vendor (who I shall not name) quoted a price that was a little lower for what I THOUGHT was the same equipment, but I then found out about all sorts of additional costs for things that Air Max had included in their price. By the time I would have been done with the other company, it might have actually cost MORE despite looking like it would cost less up front.Im extremely satisfied with the professionalism, the communication and the finished job. I highly recommend Air Max to anybody who is looking for a quality job at a fair price.

My heater was not working and called Air Max late morning and was he was able to fit us in by early afternoon. He figured out the problem quick and resolved it. Will definitely call them again.

Am retired building superintendent, I shopped around and asked other HVAC supers, they total me if I wanted the best as a homer The Lennox brand was my best choice.I had 4 different HVAC companies come over and give me estimate and gave them my scope of work for a completely new Central Air throughout from the attic to the Furnace.It was amazing on the different scopes of work I received and the total cost. Since I had 4 different scopes of work for only one type of HVAC system, I had to do my homework on each component and all the work related work.After my research and due-diligence on the components, only one HVAC company seems to understand what I looking for in a new central air system, that was Air Max all the other HVAC companies had NO idea what I was looking for.I call for an appointment for Air Max sales person to give an estimate based on my scope of work and my needs with a 2 story corner home.Abe, came out I showed him my concerns, my needs, and issues and we discussed them all and discussed the type of equipment that I was looking for. His suggestions were the same equipment I was researching of the Lennox brand. And most of his suggestion in regards to the issues with a 2 story home, being that 2nd story room is hotter than the downstairs rooms.On to the installation, they started on a very, very hot day Monday, Aug 7th. A crew of 2 techs and 1 trainee they work smart and hard the foremen Jose, was excellent, knowledgeable and work with pride the same with his partner Alex and the trainee was doing good too. They worked clean and organized and at the end of the day, they cleaned and ready for the next day.They finished up with a total of 3 and half days, on the 10th of Aug the A/C was work at maximum and the noise factor at the A/C condenser outside was quiet (you could have a conversation next to it and not know that it was on and cooling the inside of the house.To give you an idea for the next 3 weeks or so, possibly longer we had a heat wave 100 degrees + during the day and 80s in the night to the next morning, we had the A/C going 24/7 and you would think that the electricity would have been $500 + however, since all of the Lennox components are all energy efficient we have saved 38% and thats the truth.If you are considering to up-grade you A/C or install a brand new central air system please check out the Lennox brand Air Max installed the system the RIGHT WAY.Air Max is the only way to GO.No One is 100% but Air Max is 99%,
