Always friendly, professional and as accommodating as possible. I’ve been here numerous times over the past couple of years. After I moved to the Buford area and before finding them, I visited several salons in search of a new “home salon.” This is now the only place I go.

Made 1st appointment with Will.Best experience.Tried to make 2nd appointment with will.Was not allowed.Third and final attempt. Came in and made same day appointment for once again “Will”.Was told appointment was for 1pm.That I would be called.Call did not come through till 15 minutes later.Not only did I not receive the service on time…But was turned away the second time as well.wow.What was the issue?Was it because of my race?Because if it was.. Will lost a good customer.Period.Owner please take note.

I have been coming here since they opened and every experience is incredible! Super friendly and professional! I love to get art on my nails, and they have been able to replicate anything I have asked to do!! Truly an awesome salon! 💅 ❤️💕

Ive only been here twice and they were good. Very friendly. Tracy has done a great job both times. The prices are reasonable. They sanatize everything and have changed the way they do things because of covid.

Terrible! I made an appointment for Tammy two days ago. First time visiting here as I recently moved to the area. Showed up for my 12:00 appointment and was told, Tammy is not here today. I have SNS nails. I was offered gel nails via someother lady. Who runs a business this way? Nail salons are on every street. I will be trying out a different one.

Great business. Very accommodating and clean. They really work hard to make their customers happy. Prices are a bit more expensive than other nail salons, but it is totally worth the price. You definitely get the quality and consistency that you dont always find other places.I love this place and I wont go anywhere else.

Great customer service. Rates are usually less than surrounding competitors. My daughter gets SNS nails...usually coffin shap. Im a pedicurr only girl.

Tammy and her staff is good but this Wednesday a man did my nails he have done my nails before but this time something was off my nail broke with then 2 days

After 35 minutes pedi wasn’t even close to be finished. Once I said something she rushed. I left without having my calves massaged and no polish applied. ( they did offer for me to come back another time for the polish) but here it is the next day and my toe is infected. Red, swollen and beyond sore. Never again. Still charged me 25.00. Now I need to go to the doctors and have my toe checked. I’d post a picture if I could.

The best pedicure, manicure around & Ive been to many.

I arrived at 9:20 right when they opened I was the first person in the store and I did not leave till 10:45. All I got was a pedicure that was supposed to be gel but she did regular polish instead. I got my brows waxed and the lady removed the end of my brow and the wax was so hot on the first strip that by the time I got home by skin had blistered.

By far the best nail salon in the Flowery Branch area. High quality results with excellent and friendly service.

Absolutely the best experience. As soon as i walked thur the doors everyone said hello. Got seated immediately. My nail tech. Ivy was absolutely amazing!!!!! She was super sweet and kind. She did an amazing job with my sns coffen nails im absolutely in love with them.❤❤❤. I will continue to bring my business here and recommend Europe nails spa to anyone who ask for a good nail shop.
