Worst Experience ever..Trish or who ever the manager is only cares about up charging. Fake service, fake smile. Over worked employees. I pay a different price every time I come. No menu to dispute. The one menu of service has white out over the prices. Prices are not consistent. People should be told cost 1st. I come here often and spend good money because the other workers there are nice, They work very hard. I dont even think they take a break. On 2 occasions in the past, I literally told the person assigned to me to go eat and take a break. The vibe there is off.Beware!!!!

Kim is professional, friendly, and respectful.The luxury nails 💅 spa is well sanitized and safe.They ask clients to wash their hands before they start the process.I like the decorations too.Thank youWill be back again

This is an awesome Nail Spa, No wait on a Saturday morning. Kind professional and calm atmosphere. The clientele is multicultural. The services, product selection, and promotion of hygiene was above par. This is a awesome place to relax and rejuvenate and get your entire nail life.

Today was my first time visiting this nail salon. I was a little nervous because I wanted acrylic and most places specialized in Gel. I was very please with the service. I was happy with my nails. They look very natural. I express to Trish my concerns. that I use my hands a lot they are always in water. She seem to understand I need them to be strong and to reinforce my sides. I feel like she did a great job. The price was what she quoted over the phone. I will go back.

I had Peter as my nail tech and he is absolutely amazing. Very professional and definitely knows what he is doing. I have gone to a few places and have had a few nail techs, and none compare to Peter. I will definitely be coming to him for my nails. Very sweet man.

Staff is very friendly! They make you feel very welcomed! My nails and toes came out amazingly, i am about an hour away from the spa and i will gladly do that drive for amazing work they do!

This place is my go to! Tina is wonderful in coordinating services and Lou gives the best pedicure! I always get a gel manicure and gelpedicure and both last for an adequate amount of time. Splurge the $5 more for extra massage time too, it’s worth it!

Ive been going here for a few months now and Ive never had an issue really until last week. My nail broke and I told a girl the nail glue will not hold it into ads S&S or acrylic on top of it just to hold it in place because I use my hands a lot. She proceeded to give me attitude and say at the glue will hold just fine. 4 days later my nail ripped even more where nearly three-quarters of my nail was coming off. I went today to the salon so they can fix it. The girl who did my nails a few days before approached me and pretty much told me to sit down and that was it. I sat there for 30 minutes and nobody even came to talk to me or at least let me know when they can get my nail fixed. I left and I am never going back. I am not going to give my money to a business that gives me an attitude because my nail broke.

It is horrible, I got my nails done today, and they look terrible, theyre chipped, in the nail polish is trash, they said it was $35, then changed it to 50, I do not recommend going here.

I have been to quite a lot of nail salon but this one is outstanding the ladies there especially Tina and Kim are true professionals. The decor there is beautiful !!! I can’t say enough about this place . It is a new establishment and they really take care of you

I went in on Friday to get a fill in a lady started. Assuming she was uncomfortable the owner Trish finished my fill in . However my nail came up on Saturday meaning wasn’t secured down properly. That was the very next day, so I went in on Sunday for Trish to finish. She was very snobbish ask her to fix it. And she said she would glue back down then ask me to hold nail down !Went back to the other person nail she was doing . Did not try to tell me she would fix after she was done with the previous lady nails. The glue has unattached which I knew it wouldn’t stay . And yet another nail has popped completely off ‼️ So I will file a dispute at my bank to get my money back. Since I already paid they were not interested in fixing my nail. I’ve been a store owner before a correction officer. And customer service sucks here would not recommend to any of my co workers nor friends...

This place is beautiful- nice decor, soothing music, hot water, attentive staff. We received 2 pedicures and staff were very helpful in sharing information about callous removal process at home. We will most definately be back.

I called the store today (Tuesday) at 5:30 asking if Diamond was there and they said yes I said okay can I come now and they said yes and I said okay Ill be there in 15 minutes. So I was on the way there and it was traffic so I got a call back from the nail place and it was diamond and she was like hey how far are you and I was like its still about 15 to 20 minutes since Im in traffic. Then she says ohh ummm Im really trying to get off early today since its so slow and I was like umm but yall close at 8 though and she was like yeah but Im really trying to get off early since were slow and I thought you were going to be here in 15 minutes. Therefore I did not end up getting my nails done today. Also, now that Im thinking about it thats like me telling a customer at my job umm Im really trying go home early tonight can yall not eat here. Like you dont do that! And she sounded like she didnt care. Also if they were so slow she couldve gotten me in and out because I was just getting a fill in. Reminder they close at 8 on Tuesday’s & this all happened between 5:30-6. I just thought that was very unprofessional.

My first time going to this nail salon as it is close to my home, a week ago. Gel polish on toes only, polish chipped and pealed off within 48 hours which has never happened...ever! Terribly disappointed and will never return and pay for their poor services again!
