Amazing service for a great price. Got a fill and pedicure for $44 by Helen — she took her time and really gave me a great leg massage and I felt truly pampered.I’ve read the other reviews on here and this place seems to be really different now...this was my second time here. The first time wasn’t as amazing as this time, but it wasn’t bad for $33! The tech nipped my cuticle and then continued to put nail glue in it, which was searingly painful. But she was so apologetic and kind, I decided to give them a second shot. Helen did an incredible job this time, and I will definitely be coming back.

WARNING!!! Do not go to this place. I had never ever been to a salon in my life. Ive never had a pedicure. My cousin convinced me to go, we even told the lady there all this. She didnt care at all. When they put the light on for the gel nails I didnt know it wasnt suppose to hurt. The lady literally put the light on my toes. I got a second degree burn. When I went to show them they didnt care. This happened about five years ago. I wish I would of sued them for everything they owed me but I was a passive idiot back them. I couldnt wear my work shoes for a week after due to pain. The pictures with my crusty toes are from this year 2019. They ended up scaring.

I wish I could leave no stars that’s how awful this place is. I went in one day because I was shopping at the mall of Georgia & needed a nail fix so I thought it would be convenient. I go in and ask the woman for one acrylic nail fix and one nail fix only. She points at a chair for me to sit at and then begins taking of he polish on all my nails. I ask “How much will this be?” she replies “$35” and I say “I just needed one nail fixed I don’t want a fill in right now” then she’s telling me I need one when I didn’t want to get a fill in that day. she put on my missing acrylic nail and mind you, the shape I have for my nails is coffin. She files the nail and makes it look oval/circled shape. If I were to say I was mad, that would be an understatement. It honestly looked like I was this woman’s first client EVER that she’s done nails on. I asked “Could you make this more coffin please” and she files it more but it still looked like trash. I was very displeased with my service there that I did not even pay a penny and I left with my nails undone. If you’re looking for a nail salon to go to, this ain’t it.

First of all, when I arrived there was nobody behind the counter, I waited at least 30 minutes before someone rudely demanded I sit down . Then I waited about 10 minutes before the lady started on my nails . At least three of my nails were extremely crooked and she kept telling me to relax when I already was relaxed . She kept getting bitchy when I was apparently not relaxed . She had put so much glue it got on my skin ! It took at least an hour and 25 minutes JUST to get my nails finished. And on top of that it was $30 for such a poor job when I could go to nail Trix at sugarloaf Mills for a flawless job in under 45 minutes for a much better price . Never coming here again !!!

Very nice, polite, and courteous. I highly reccomend for any men that get pedicures. Im a man and there os no shame here.

I will NEVER be coming here again. DO NOT COME HERE EVER!!! My boyfriends mom came here and two of the workers were sitting at a station talking and were irritated to have us come in. I told them I wanted a fill in. I have had acrylic nails for a while and have gotten several fill ins. They told me where to sit but again got irritated when I didnt sit right down and I went to pick my polish color. I sat down at a very awkward and uncomfortable station, right in front of th entrance. When I sat down and for a majority of the process of getting my fill in, the man who was doing my nails was playing a game on his phone! My nails were misshapen from the last time I had gotten my nails done even though that was at my favorite place to get them done. He didnt even reshape them at all and just placed WHITE acrylic powder on my nails to fill them in!! He didnt smooth or buff them at all except with the spinning tool. He yanked and pulled my hands while working and pushed them out of the way when he was done. He only put one coat of polish on my nails and messed some of them up with his own hands and I can see the marks from the spinning tool and they are very rough and obvious. He didnt cover my entire nails with polish but did manage to get polish all over my fingers. He didnt speak to me except to tell me to wash my hands. After painting one coat of polish and clear coat he got up and walked out of the place and left mounds of dried powder under my nails as well. He was clearly rushing to get out and didnt even care about what my nails looked like. The only good thing about my experience here was that I only paid $16 for my fill in which is the cheapest one I have ever gotten, but also the shortest one and the worst job and the worst service ever. I wish I had read all of the the reviews of this place before wasting my money on a bad fill in. It took him not even 10 minutes to do my nails. Also the girl who did my boyfriends mom was counting how much I was going to pay and said that mine was $16 and hers was $35 and then I gave her a 20 and told her to put the rest on my card and the receipt for my card said $36 and when I asked her how much it was all together she said $61 and when I asked her again knowing that it was incorrect she said $56 which if you can count thats still incorrect but then she changed her mind and said my boyfriends moms were $40. I left a $2 tip but that was even too generous. This place is flat out awful.

I have been here many times they was really good at first well this time n last my nails started coming off the same day my feet still had ingrown toe nail . I spent 140..00 for what? Three hours of pretty nails. I deserve a free full set since thats what i paid for

WORST nail salon EVER!!! Went here last weekend with my boyfriend and spent $120... The lady doing my acrylic nails did not even have me wash my hands before she went straight into painting them, which left a bumpy look all over and they looked terrible. The whole set of nails looked like I went to the store and got glue ons. She knew I did not have all day for her to sit around and have her go back and fix them. Let me also state they were not busy and no one was waiting but she rushed through it like she had better things to do. 4 days later, one of my nails broke off. They were white tips and the whole tip just fell off. I tried calling and leaving a message with a manager and did not get a call back. Terrible customer service and explains why they have 2 customers on a Saturday at the Mall of Georgia. Go to one of the nail salons outside of the mall, there are tons trust me..not this one.

As most of these posts, I am only leaving a star because I have to leave at least 1. This place is the worst nail salon I have ever been to in my life. Two different employees worked on my hands and my pedicure and they were both awful. I get my nails done every two weeks, so I know what to expect, whats right and whats wrong, and when things need to be fixed. I asked for hard shellac which is SNS on the bottom and gel on top, and a basic pedicure. First, the woman cut my finger to the point where I started bleeding. When I pointed it out she didnt say a word, no Im sorry or anything, and then blamed it on me saying I moved when I know I didnt. At least 3 of my nails are bumpy with air pockets, my thumb is completely uneven, the tips of my nails are all splotchy, and there was dried glue (keep in mind no glue was used on my hands so obviously she had not washed her hands from a previous appointment) all over my actual skin, not to mention how the paint job actually looks on my nails (horrible). On top of that the other woman had to go over my pedicure 3 times, to the point where it got so bad I literally asked her for the clean up brush to do it myself. WORST. EXPERIENCE. EVER.

Tried them 4 years ago and I told myself I would never go back. I went back only b/c all the other shops in GA had closed and I needed my nails done before going out of town. Still the same. WORST customer service. I had to greet them upon my arrival. I declined extra services and the guy shut down. He didnt say a word after that, not even while he processed my payment. He left me at the card terminal while I signed my receipt. On top of that, he rushed and did a terrible job. Yeah, never again.

Do not waste your money in this place. The girl that did my nails was so rough. She kept burning my nails. Not to mention my nails lo k like a 5 year old painted them! There’s polish all over my cuticle and she put like 4 coats on! Amy did my nails, do not go to her!

I came here around last week and they did an amazing job on my nails! Definitely going to come back here sometime soon.

My friend and I went to have a pedicure. We felt very rushed. Every pedicure I have ever had, they massage your legs. They didnt. They moved us out of the pedicure chairs to sit and dry our nails. They were asking to collect our money before we could get seated. After our nails were dry, we removed the disposable flip flops they put on us. Then an employee grabbed one of the disposable flip flops we had just put in the trash, wiped dirt off the bottom and used it on another customer. I was speechless! I will NEVER go back.

I am only giving them 1 star because the lady was so sweet. But my gel looked lumpy after 4 days it started peeling and when she was doing the manicure I began to bleed. She cut my nail down to far and it hurt for several days. Never going back again!

My stepdaughter & I went in for pedicures & acrylic nail sets with gel polish. Made appointments for 2pm. Were made to reschedule our appointments for 3pm, fine no big deal. Come back at 3pm & get treated like we were nothing but an inconvenience. Got the most lousy pedicures & toe nail paint job ever, my husband does a better job than they did. But the biggest issue was our nails. They were in such a rush to get our acrylic nails finished so they could rip off the next customers that the nails were crooked & half on. When I realized she was about to put the polish on I pointed out to her the poor job she had done & asked her to please fix them first. She jerked my hand over & acted as though I was wrong for asking her to fix them. At that point I was done & over it. She put one coat of gel on them & no clear coat. At this point I didnt care & told my stepdaughter to make sure they did her nails EXACTLY how she wanted them. Only to then have them tell her they were not looking for the gel color she had picked out 2 hours earlier! She wanted a baby blue gel but instead he did French. Hers were way more uneven & terrible looking than mine. The day after my gel had already came off 3 of my nails. My toe nail polish was cracked & my stepdaughters entire nails were coming off. This place is a complete rip off with terrible customer service & I will never waste another $150 in their so called nail salon again. Do not give this place your business.

Been going here for 5 years and Amy is so amazing!! Call and ask for her! She is so extremely talented at nail designs and so sweet! Love love love her! They are great at nails and toes and eyelashes and brows!!!

I am currently sitting in the chair at this salon with my girlfriend it is an overall good shop i just think they could maksome improvements. I have witnessed them raising the prices as another young lady was checking out. i feel they could be alot more friendly but they do get the job done. I do feel my experience would be worse if they were busy so my best edvice is to come when they are slow they will be more patient and work with you.

Sad to say but this is the worst pedicure and SNS manicure I ever had !!!! First and last time for me here and definitely will not recommend to everyone else

The only reason Im giving them a star, is because I have to so I can tell people how horrible they are!!Over priced for crappy nails. I wanted matte coffin shape nails. They gave me almost oval shaped nails. Most of them were bent and crooked. Horrible customer service. They try to talk you into stuff you dont want. I will not be going back. Only reason I paid for them was because it was my choice to go there.

I normally don’t ever write about my experience’s in nail salons ! But this one I’m not very pleased with. I normally go to one girl and one girl only but I was already at the mall of Georgia so I decided why not try them out (keep in mind that I had attended this salon yesterday !) I had wanted SNS nails with a tip, this one lady started doing SNS on my nails and I told her “ ahh I said I wanted the tip then SNS color over” she said “ okay I fix for you” but she didn’t, she kept on doing her own thing and continued to dip my fingers in the power. She kept filling my nails making them shorter and shorter and shorter every time when I told her I wanted them medium length long. One of the finger tips on my left hand are 10x more short then the finger tips on my right hand ! When I came into this salon my nails were super long I’m talking about medium length long nails!! If you guys want a good nail salon to go to without bleeding or any rude attitudes, this place isn’t it ! I’m never coming back here ever again!

Went for a pedicure and acrilyc nails. The lady doing the pedicure scraped my feet until it bled. When I noticed the small bleeding wound and told her, she said nothing and simply put alcohol on it. No apologies or expression of sympathy.My coffin shaped nails are uneven. Never going back.

Ive came here before and the staff that was there was very nice. I came back last week and there were people that I didnt see before. I asked for my usual but a natural length. The lady told me that it was $25, plus an extra five for a simple shape. Before I only paid $22 for the same shape plus a medium longish nail. So I asked and the lady answered me very rudely, and turned to the lady beside her and spoke in her language, and continued to ask questions and do the same thing. I left the salon after my services were finished without realizing one nails was crooked and one was shorter than the other. A couple days later i noticed the acrylic was rising faster than usual, i dont usually need a fill in for two weeks. So i called and told a manager and was told to come in friday. I came in on Friday told the lady who did my nails and she had an attitude and told me she would file my cuticle down because if she put more powder she claimed it would burn me. So she filed my cuticle and cut my skin in the process. then she just repainted them. I dont feel satisfied with my service and will not be coming back.

I think is quite expensive for what I got. I did coffin nail with one design on one finger in each hand and a solid color the rest and for that I paid $60. The nails only lasted for 3 weeks.

Wow, where do I begin. First, I did not receive the requested manicure, then the lady said she would cut my cuticles AFTER the SNS was on. She cut x3 of my finger cuticles, and caused bleeding.... they said they wouldn’t charge me for the manicure, but I asked myself what manicure?

I urge everyone not to go there. I literally went yesterday 2/25/17 for an acrylic fill in and a hour later my nails were broken from doing simple things such scratching my thigh to getting dress to go out with friends. I dont know about anyone else but that shouldnt happen if you just got your nails. Highly disappointed!!! I honestly didnt want to even give them 1 star but they wouldnt let you write a review without it.

Nails were not filed and were left bumpy and tooooo thick.

Worst service ever, Polish on toes looks like a 3 year old did them. Fingernails are all different lengths, so I showed Amy and she said go tell the person who did it and she said oh its just lotion. Eventually my nails were redone. $158 just wasted. Please do not waste your time nor money.

While my actual service was nice, the workers were downright rude. I was not greeted when I walked in, and I did not receive the same friendly advice or experience that other customers had. I was barely spoken to, and a woman who had come in after me was served before me. ( I waited 30 minuetes before being served.) Needless to say, I will never be back.

Horrible service.I asked for full set nails.The lady was rushing while doing them.However,the nails turned out a sloppy & cricket.I asked her to just take them off.She got mad & said she couldn’t.So she just started cutting...real low trying to cut my fingers.She threw the clippers down & helped someone else.Im never coming back again.This isn’t the first experience I’ve had with them.

I came here to get my nails done for my birthday and my nails honestly looked awful when i left. I should of just done them myself at home . The next day after i got my nails done the bows i had gotten fell off. The nail polish is coming off and they looked chipped, it just looks bad. Not coming back to this place.

Do not go here! If I could give 0 stars I would. I got French acrylic mani and it took 2.5 hours. They grind your nails instead of roughing them to get the acrylics to adhere and my nails beds are sooo sore!The end result is terrible. I previous had on red nail polish and you can still see it around the edges. She got the glue all over my skin and Ive been peeling it off all day. She added more to one nail and when she pressed it back down it popped up in my eye and I have a huge red busted vessel now. Didnt even say sorry.She has blue nail polish on her hand from previous client and its flakes all under my clear polish. There are little bumps all over my nails. And she broke one of my white tips then tried to fix it by filling it in with clear and covering it in a white polish that doesnt even match and didnt even cover the break the whole way. If I can figure out how to add pics I will. Awful! Not worth $60! Ugh!

She was very pushy to begin with. I went in for a full set of acrylic nails and she kept asking if I wanted the more expensive ones over and over. I sat down and showed her a picture of the shape I wanted (which wasnt much of a difference at all than regular square nails, just alittle more narrow) and she told me its $5 more which is ridiculous because they arent even that much different. She was VERY VERY rough. She made 2 of my fingers bleed and they are EXTREMELY sore. I get my nails done all the time and have no problem with pain. But with her, the entire process hurt to the point of tears. I will not be going back.

Didnt get all the black acrylic that I had on my tips before he put the white on, and now it looks like I have dirt up under my nails. First time there and it will be the last.

Worse place i have every gone to ..I wanted to try a new saol closer to me and was i ever sorry..i wanted to get a new set solar nails and had some left over acrylic on my nail which she proceeded to rip off my nails and took some of my nail with it..it bled and burned so bad..that wasnt the worse part..she put the clippers that had blood on in back in the drawer without sterilizing it..DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE..I JUST HOPE I DONT GET ANY DISEASE...
