I would give them more stars but I do feel like they are a little short staffed. It took some time for them to be able to attend to us even though we had an appointment. Overall the experience was okay. My sisters nails came out better I feel than mine but mine werent bad either.

The gentleman that did my manicure cut my nails crooked and once he was done painting them only made it worse... he also did not speak to me and made me feel very uncomfortable as he would file my nails so hard he actually cut the sides of my fingers..The color is very pretty but now I will have to fix the shape of my nails by myself, I will definitely not be back !!! After just 4 days the color is coming off and is cracked ...

DO NOT! get your eye brows down here !! They do a horrible job! Mine were sooo messed up and uneven and she was super slow plucking you could feel every hair she tried to take out! Horrible job!!! Cumberland mall nail salon does a way better job!

I wasn’t going to leave a review but I’m really disappointed. Customer service was good but my acrylic nails turned out EXTREMELY crooked and bulky. Not to mention they used a very cheap white polish on my French tip, which actually ended up staining substantially Everytime I applied makeup. ( I’ve NEVER had this happen). The icing on the cake was finding out that they had drilled the gel off my toe so deeply, that all that’s now left on my middle toe is the last, very thin layer of nail, followed by my flesh and deep tissue scar. I’m never stepping foot in there again

I waited an hour and a half just for a fill in. They started the dad and daughter’s pedicures that came in after me, after I had already been waiting 45 mins at that time. An older male started my nails then went to finish a pedicure he had started beforehand, and left me sitting another 45 mins before coming back to finish. He cut 2-3 fingers on both hands to the point they were bleeding. He made smart comments the whole time and was very rude to me. My tips of my nails and the shape of most of them are crooked, even after asking him to fix them more than once…

Mimi was amazing! My daughters Jurnee and Jojo really enjoyed our visit. We came in from LR and were treated as if we were long term customers. . I will definitely use them again on my next trip.

This location deserves the high rating it has been given. We were very happy to have tried them out after shopping at the Mall of Georgia. If it werent so far I would drive from SC to have my nails done here. Pricing was great and service was even better!! Best pedi Ive had in a while!

I like to come here for pedicures. The people are very friendly. The place is clean and has been redone. Sonny takes care of me and provides a great pedicure.
