Clean gym that is never crowded!

Exactly what you want in a 24 hour fitness center. All the machines & weights you need. Clean. Safe. Friendly members. It can be hard to reach the owner, so 4 starts instead of 5.

1440 is the number of minutes in a week which means 24/7 access. Not a big place but all the machines and free weights that will keep most gym rats happy. Staffing friendly and helpful. No pool, hot tub or any of those amenities, but more affordable than most places. They have various aerobic classes as well. Great place for a workout

Not clean and needs new ownership seriously. Machines need maintenance and you tell the ownership and nothing happens.

Nice, clean facility. There needs to be some alternative method to access the gym though when the computer is down and your swipe card won’t unlock the door. Multiple times I’ve come early in the morning and not been able to get in only to be told later that the computer was down at that time. Install a keypad!! Other than that, love this place.

Best 24/7 gym in the Buford area. I’ve been going here for 5 years on and off now. The facility has always been very clean and the staff has always been polite. I keep coming back to this gym from other gyms for a reason.

Great place to workout. The facility is clean, all of the equipment is up to date, the locker rooms and showers are clean, and the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Fitness 1440 has pretty much everything you would expect from a 24 hour gym. My only knock is that it continuously loops the same 10 techno pop songs every day.

Me and my brother have been trying to cancel our membership. Nobody is available to talk to cancel the membership. We have been paying for months still trying to call and email to cancel.

The environment is absolutely stress free. You can workout anywhere in this gym and not feel less than! The equipment is clean and up to date- for those who like the old school weights and know what to do with them, they have those too. Trainers are super knowledgeable and they have their own nutritionist! I cant say enough good things- One thing I dislike about gyms are their bathrooms-- WELL here they are CLEANNNNNN :)

Great workout opportunity! Clean and a great variety of machines. Its open all the time, which is great for different schedules. There are group fitness classes and it is very reasonably priced.

It was a nice gym and did renovations before I left. I thought the staff was friendly too, but I had to cancel my membership because I moved. I followed their cancellation policy which is a 30-day heads up and signed a form. It has been three months and they continue to charge me and will not respond to my inquiries. Thanks.Edit: Was able to successfully get in contact with an employee and received a refund.

I worked out at this gym for many years. I hurt my neck and went in to cancel. The lady behind the desk said that it would be no problem. Over a year later my wife asked me what a $30 per month charge to abc financial was. They never canceled the membership and then blamed it on me. Do not trust these people with your money.************After bringing this to the manager’s attention, he refunded me one years fees. This was fair in my opinion and he handled it in about a week. ***********

Joined over Christmas. Love the fact it is 24x7. They are remodeling and adding new machines. There are plenty of treadmills, ellipticals, etc. About 1/4 of the gym is for free weights. There is a classroom where they offer training. This gym is a bargain for the price.

Had my first Silver Sneakers class with Mary today. I got a great workout and met some very nice people! Thank you, Mary--looking forward to more classes :)

Not god service I was trying to cancel my membership so they don’t charge me because when the covic-19 happen I stopped going to the gym but they kept charging me from March until now

Pressured to sign up for personal training from the very beginning. They are also not licensed physical therapists if you have an injury, but will continue to push their personal training onto you anyway for your injury.

Go there for Silver sneakers class. They remodel. Have new management. New staff not friendly. Love Mary.

If you work late or need a quick workout without 100 people this is a great spot.

This gym and its staff are absolutely deceiving. When i first signed up, i was told that i am paying month to month and there is no commitment. 9 months later i came back to cancel because i started school and did not have time anymore. I cancelled with no problems. Then two days later i saw a $75 charge from fitness 1440, which was UNAUTHORIZED! I was never told there was going to be a charge. Neither was i told that they were going to charge me this amount. I called them and the owner was very rude and basically called me a liar and hung up on me. The owner is a charlatan! Do not fall for their false advertisements.

I came to this Jym because it is 5 min from my house. Very clean, awesome atmosphere, and great equipment. On the downside Ive been there 3 months. I was not gone over with or understood that I was in a contract. I was told its month to month which it is. When checking my bank statements on my second and third month they charged me my regular gym fee plus a $39 dollar and some change fee for a YEARLY Gym maintenance fee?? Like I said this is going on my third month and they just charge you for without notifying you or ACTUALLY EXPLAINING TO YOU WHAT YOU ARE SIGNING WHEN YOU SIGN UP. The price that you pay for this gym is very reasonable other than the fees you are unaware of in the future. So read before you sign anything and know what your signing on the electronic signature strip.

Great place to work out, fun and friendly for people of all fitness levels, from teen to senior. I highly recommend Fitness:1440.

Great classes and the place is kept very clean and neat, machines are taken care of and offer the best classes!! Employers/Trainors are sweet and push you to do your beyond best!!

I paid for what I was told was a month to month membership. In January of 2015. Unfortunately I was never able to make it in as I own a small business and just never had the time. They debit my account monthly 38.80. I stopped in today to cancel, where the very rude owner told me I was on a year contract. He basically called me a liar, and didnt care that I had never even used the membership one time. I apparently signed a year deal, but the guy that signed me up told me it was only month to month and I could cancel anytime, with 30 days notice. The jerk owner said Id have to pay a 75.00 fee to the company that does the debit, and three additional months to him. That comes out to about 20.00 less than if I just let it play out.As a small business owner, I would never treat a customer like he did. I would never try to make someone pay for something they never used and wont use. All Ill say is I will spread this far & wide, and also, BUYER BEWARE. They tell you one thing and do not stand by their word. The dude was rude, pompous, and looked to be on roids.Update: Yesterday, 8/25/15 they charged my credit card 210.00. Its suppose to be 39.00. Unauthorized charges are against the law, and I will be acting on this. BEWARE!
