After making a new truck deal, I waited well over an hour for a finance rep to call me in to effect the sale. It took another 30 minutes after for my vehicle to be brought out from service where they were supposed to detail it. Short of a cursory exterior wipe down and adding tire shine, the truck was very dusty inside. It was also missing the driver side floor mat which added another 20 minutes to my wait.Today, September 14, I called the finance dept., and waited on hold for 18 minutes. No one answered my call so I hung up. I am not at all impressed with this dealership.September 21: So the business replies to this review and says reach out to us so we can resolve the issue? YOU DIDNT ANSWER THE PHONE BEFORE AND YOU WANT ME TO REACH OUT TO YOU? That is the ULTIMATE OXYMORON!

When my new to me 2013 427 Corvette broke down with a clutch issue on day 1, my brother told me to take the car to Rick Hendrick Chevrolet. SO glad I did. My service advisor, Jeff Banker, kept me informed on the status of the repair. The service manager, Kevin Wellborn, came out to say hello and make sure everything was done to my satisfaction. Most importantly, the gentleman that repaired my car, the Corvette expert, Todd, came out to greet meet me and discuss the repairs, and ask if I had any questions. Worst customer service experience ever!! Worked with the sales guy named DC. He wasnβt even interested in showing the vehicles. When inquired about the price of the car, asked us to wait and never returned back!! After waiting for 30 mins, when asked about him, another guy came and informed that DC was pulled by the manager and asked what we needed!!!! No apologies or nothing after having the customer wait for 30 minutes. Never going back after this ridiculous customer experience

Bought a used mustang from here once. Car had been previously wrecked and I didnβt know until almost a year later that I had bought a wrecked car. I only found out about it when I called to check insurance rates. One insurance company notified me that I had a wrecked vehicle, and I had to prove that I bought the vehicle after it was wrecked. Sometime later I had some body damage problems or water was leak in from the floorboard. A friend of mine who had worked in automotive for a long time was examining the car later and noticed where there had been some pretty good body work done and where it had been covered up well. Not only that, they called me every year around the same time to try to convince me to come in and trade my vehicle for a new one. I told them after the first few years to please stop calling me. Guess what, they called and called until I eventually was able to get them to stop. And I had to tell them repeatedly they had the wrong number. Complaining to them about horrible customer service didnβt stop them calling every year. Telling them they had the wrong number eventually got them to leave me alone and remove me from their call list. My best advice is to do your research on the numbers and vehicles before you sign the paperwork. Iβm sure they have some good reliable sales. My experience, cost me a lemon. I wonβt be back

I drove for over an hour to look at the Z71 Tahoe that I was told it was in stock. When I got here I was told that the Z 71 keys were in a βrestricted drawerβ so I couldnβt drive it. Next, the salesman played around with his cell phone and said his app would not work so he couldnβt locate it.Then I was told that it really wasnβt in stock. And β¦they didnβt have any of the other Tahoes that they told me they had. When I emailed and expressed my concerns,I was told to come backβ¦ They really do have one. So shadyβ¦ From here on out I will trade with Hardy or John Megal. Iβve had great experiences with them in the past. Even if I have to order one, Iβll wait.

Kyle was excellent! After searching for a while all over Georgia/Florida and speaking with several different dealerships. Kyle was straight forward, knowledgeable, and very helpful. He helped me order my vehicle and gave me a time frame to expect it. It actually came in earlier than expected. Our only complaint is that we were originally supposed to meet with Jordan Craft, since Kyle was on vacation when the Tahoe arrived. I spoke with Jordan the day before we were supposed to come in and the morning of the scheduled meeting. I never heard back and after driving 3 hours to pick up the vehicle, when we arrived we were told that Jordan had left and was not at the dealership. The front desk people asked if he knew we were coming, and we responded yes. We then were introduced to DC. He was very nice and personable. He helped us finish our deal and bring our Tahoe home. We are very thankful for Kyle and DC. We love our new car!

Tim Snellings was great. They treated me very well and had my truck diagnosed within 2 hours. Truck needed two repairs and both seemed to be priced highly. A new catalytic converter assembly was quoted at $2200 compared to $980 at a shop two miles down the road. I opted to only have one of the repairs done, which was done quickly the next day.Overall great customer service, fast turnaround time, but high prices.

I got my car here! We had our own finances and it still took close to 4 hours to purchase! Beware as dealers add extras not listed on their site! Car had a online sticker price of $35k but window sticker was 43k. We had to negotiate it down to 37k out the door. Sales man and young finances guy were cool tho.

I went to the Buford location yesterday, Sept 26, hoping to buy a vehicle from one of their sister stores. I knew the vehicle I wanted, the price point....the used car associates tried to sell me a Kia that he said was perfect NOT what I came for. He said that he emailed the other store and they said the car was being test driven and no longer available. Again, he tried to push me into another vehicle that they had on THEIR lot. This morning I called the out of state dealer, the car I wanted was STILL THERE!!! When I called the Buford location to speak about it, the Used Car Manager actually said that the other dealer was CLOSED on Sundays, again NOT TRUE. He said that they got an email from the other manager saying yes the car was being serviced.....I spoke to the manager at the out of state dealership and he confirmed that they WERE open on Sundays, the car was NOT in the shop being serviced and that it ws still for sale. Honestly I am so MAD at being blatantly lied to time and time again.....I will NOT recommend Rick Hendrick of Buford

I took my vehicle in because the air conditioner stopped working completely. After 2 days and $1,400 (air condenser) I was told my car was ready. I got my vehicle back and drove it 1/2 mile before realizing the air conditioner was not fixed at all and was not blowing any cool air. According to the notes on my receipt, the technician checked it AND test drove it and it was blowing cold air. I immediately turned around and took it back. The next day I was told it was another issue (air compressor) and the condenser that was put in (brand new) was not working correctly and also that another part was needed. Another day and a half passes and I now have another $460.00 to pay when I pick my car up. This was very disappointing not only because of how crazy expensive it all was but also the vehicle was clearly not properly inspected the first time. If your looking for the issue I would not think that the first problem you see you just fix that and not look further to make sure nothing else is wrong. I thought that was what the detailed inspection was for. But I was given over $2,000.00 of other recommended service... That, and I was clearly lied to about the vehicle being tested and driven.
First time here, was highly impressed. All workers were friendly and caring. My sales guy was, Giuseppe, highly recommend working with him. Took into account what I was exactly looking for. The first truck we went to was the one I ended up purchasing. The guy knows his stuff and will keep you in the price range your looking for. Overall an awesome first experience.

The staff worked with us as we were very constrained for time, fitting our purchase into our very busy trip. Bruce Almighty (what a name) and Alan Perez were great, they understood that we had to get it done in a hurry if they were going to get the sale. They made it happen.
Last night I went to Hendricks to buy a new truck. When I walked in a gentleman introduced me to Shelby Anderson and said she would help me with my buying process. She listened to what I wanted and didnβt know if they would have it or not. She then was able to find the truck that I wanted and went in to finance and got my app started with Ryan. I was approved and in and out of Hendricks in about 3 hours time. Shelby was very personable and friendly and I would recommend Shelby to anyone buying a new or used vehicle.

Unethical. Dont trust them. We went in looking at a $77k Tahoe and they came out trying to get us to pay over $2,100 a month for 60 months for the vehicle...hiding a bunch of pork in the back end of the transaction. For those who didnt already do the math, that would mean we would end up paying over $126,000 for a $77,000 vehicle. Thats predatory. Run the other way. There are several other dealerships to use...go to one of them! We did!
I dont know what it is about Hendrick dealerships...the experiences I have had have always been chaotic. I saw a car last weekend and it was listed online for sale, yet when I arrived to see it the window sticker clearly indicated it was not yet for sale, so I didnt feel rushed to buy it, but also felt slightly deceived. I had exchanged emails with a sales person about this car for 2 days before I saw it and that had not been mentioned, but not a huge deal, initially. The interior of this car was amazingly different than advertised-every interior panel had suffered vinyl shrinkage and was coming apart at the seems, but it was advertised as excellent condition and the personal video I was sent excluded this and the words excellent condition were actually spoken directly to me...in the video!! Things are now starting to feel familiar to my experience with Hendrick 4 years ago... After talking with one of the sales managers in the lot after taking a brief drive in the parking lot, again it was not ready for sale so I couldnt take it out on the road-the hood would not even close, I said I would be back in touch with my original sales person later that day, which I was. I made an offer in email which was based on the overall condition of the car. I did not hear back from him, at all, but the next morning I received an automated email from the website indicating the car had been sold...3rd, or 100th red flag, Ive lost count at this point. Later that day another sales person reached out asking if I had decided on the car. Hmm, I was informed it was sold just a few hours prior, 102 red flags. No, he says, it is still available. Seems odd, but what hasnt been in this experience, I ask myself. The salesperson confirms it is not sold twice in email and asks if I want to make an offer, although I had already done so just a day before... At this point I cant find the car online and it had been removed from the dealership inventory. Sold, right? So, for kicks I emailed back an offer. I wait and I wait, and I wait some more. The next day, today, I get an email back saying the car was just sold to auction. Red flag 1,347 -trust me, the math works, its 1,347 red flags. Shame on me for wasting my time at another Hendrick dealership.
Brandon Hayes was EXCELLENT!! We had an appointment with a salesperson who wasnt available at the time and he immediately jumped in and offered to help us without hesitation. He was pleasant and knew how to talk to us without us feeling pressured. We definitely appreciated his skillet and service.

I went in because my check engine light was on. The service advisers name was Britt Leapheart. He was phenomenal in explaining the details of what was going on with my vehicle as well as what needed to be done. He also pointed out a few preventive maintenance things that I had not had done as I had taken it to a different Chevrolet dealership and they had not necessarily taken care of my vehicle in the way that they should have it letting me know what Maintenance items that should have been covered during each of my visits with them.Brett was amazing and explaining the preventive maintenance that I should have had done at the mileage that currently existed I truly appreciate his professionalism and clarity and explanations.
