Quick service and friendly service

I brought my child’s car in to get a new brake fuse yesterday at 2:00 July 2nd. They told me they would get to it this morning. It is 2:00 and it is still not finished. They told me an hour ago that it would take 15 or 20 min to get a fuse. They still have not even given me an estimate. This is by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I regret buying my daughter a Mazda. I’m still waiting ..... help!!!!!

Every time I take my truck without an appointment they get it done so thats always a good thing. Other dealerships send you back home which is really inconvenient or have you sit a long time
