Ive been with this agency for several years now and cant imagine going anywhere else. The few times Ive needed assistance Ive been able to get it quickly and in a friendly, helpful way. Ive had a few other agencies contact me with rates and quotes now and then, but theyre never better than what Im currently getting with Marks office. Great service and great value. We have our home and vehicles insured with Farmer’s. We have had insurance with State Farm, Allstate and Geico in the past. Some may be a bit cheaper but the service we got from those others was extremely lacking and very impersonal. I highly recommend Mark Martin and Farmer’s Insurance. And Greg Martin is great, too! Very personable and knowledgeable.

He is very patient explaining to one and answering every question and concern that one has. this agent is quite knowledgeable about what he talks about and what he does. my wife and I are very happy with the attention that has been given to us.

Mark and Greg are amazing. I have never had better service from any other insurance company. I love the honest and friendly service I get. When we signed up originally there was an error with our contact information and with our auto draft information. Mark actually took the time to come by our house on a Saturday to personally tell us what happened. He then kept up with us through out the week to keep us up dated with the changes being made. He has also given us great advice on adding and removing our kids when we needed. They are never hard to get in touch with by phone or email when I need them.

If I could give them ZERO stars, I would.I called Mark Martin for an insurance quote a few months ago and he was away on vacation so his brother Greg quoted my 2 vehicles .I told Greg what I was paying for 1 and then for both. State Farm was charging me 122 and change for 1 vehicle and when we did comparisons, Martin Farmers Insurance quoted me 128$ per month for the same thing . I told him they were higher and I would stay with State Farm.I was EXTREMELY SPECIFIC that I wanted no discounts that would be dropped later or to include the possibility of Farmers insuring my home or anything else because I had been through that before.I’m VERY AWARE of the games insurance carriers play to get your business and then the rate goes up dramatically a few months later.As I said before, I was adimate to the point of being annoying that no discounts were to be applied and Greg assured me that there weren’t.After the rate came in higher for the 1 vehicle by about 6$ per month, I thanked Greg for his time but I said I would stay with State Farm at that time.Suddenly, out of nowhere, the rate was not for just 1vehicle, but both vehicles.After giving me his “Word” that everything was fine and he had quoted me as I asked him to, I signed on with Farmers .Go forward 4 months later and my insurance jumped 62$ per month and it was all because I didn’t insure my home with them when i told him right from the start I didn’t know if i would or not do font include it as a temporary discount.Greg Martin DID in fact add discounts and possibilities in and 4 months later, my rate went from 128$ to 190$ per month.I called and had a heated exchange over the rate increase and all that they would do is refer to the paperwork I signed.A mountain of online agreements that changed what we had talked about and I had agreed to.Apparently, they do this regardless of what’s said in the conversation.I am now paying 172$ per month for cancelling 1 vehicle early and insurance that I paid 122$ per month for at State Farm Will now run me 142$ per month.When I told them I wanted to cancel and leave, Mark Martin said and I quote ... that’s not the way it works. You have to stay with us through February or it’ll be a black mark in your record.I consider that a financial threat to a customer that it would hurt me and cost me more money if I left them during that time.I would not recommend Mark or Greg Martin Farmers Insurance for any of your needs and I would heavily read your paperwork before signing anything with them.When someone gives me their word and then Denys ever having a conversation that not only cost me money, but wasted my time and could possibly hurt my ability to acquire another policy with someone else, I wouldn’t ever think to give individuals like these my business again.I have been self employed for over 30 years and your word means everything and there turned out to be meaningless.Thank youDavid BrownI’m looking forward to reading what lies they’ll post to make it sound like they did nothing wrong.

When I decided to switch insurance, I did a good bit of looking around. Mark Martin helped me not only find a less expensive alternative in Farmers, he also showed me how much more robust my coverage could be with them. I switched and found that I was saving more on my monthly payment (even with two additional policies) but also I had better coverage. Since then I have had one time where (not at fault) I needed to contact Farmers regarding an accident and not only was I on the phone with a live person at Farmers in moments but I a short while later had to ask them to hold as even the people at the agency were calling me (non-office hours) to make sure we were OK and didnt need any help.I could not be happier with my change to Farmers and the Martin Agency.

As a small business owner you dont realize until youre up and running how much you really need a good insurance agent (usually its because something happened). I have nothing but phenomenal things to say about Greg and the Martin farmers agency. I have multiple policies with him and hes been nothing but helpful and even drove out to my place of business to go over the many policies ive opened up with them. Made me feel comfortable with switching everything over from a different company, and Hes showed me that cheaper insurance is not always the best insurance. A good question is when you really need help will your agent almost always pick up the phone and help you even if he knows you may not be opening up more accounts? They do!Like I said cant thank them enough for helping me out!
