Very, very difficult to get in touch with. This should never happen with an insurance agent. Never. Two to three days without a return phone call, text, or resolution is unacceptable. I agree with the other lady who wrote a review - she is absolutely correct - I cannot get in touch with her, this is Day 3.
Very happy to have made the change on having Premier handle my insurance. They make it very personal to make sure we have the best service. My previous company I was with 20+ years and this was a hard decision but glad I did.
Tammy was awesome! She made the transition from my old insurance to Premier so easy. She answered every question and was a joy to work with.
Cant ever get in contact with the agents. Wont return any calls or voicemails and wont respond to emails. I understand that I am a past client but if a situation arises from my past insurance company which I went through with Premier Choice agency than I expect the agency to help solve the problem that was created from you in the first place. I never leave bad reviews for anything but wow, how frustrating. If you want specifics on this review, I received a ticket for a suspended vehicle registration because the state of GA showed that I had a lapse in insurance from 09/2018-01/2019 which was shocking news because I had Grange Insurance that I got with Mrs. Borror who is an agent for Premier Choice Insurance. Now this ticket is about to cost me almost $1,000 if I do not get this resolved and so I have been calling and emailing nonstop for the past 2 weeks but still no news. Such a waste of time and energy. This verification of insurance to the state of GA should have already been done by October 2018 by the way. So now I no longer have insurance through Premier Choice yet Im still dealing with their bs. Lucky me. My advice to you, stay away.
