Monique is the best!!! She helps you with whatever you need & its very friendly. The best thing about Monique is she makes you feel comfortable and DONT try pushing products on you. Every other time I would go, it would be uncomfortable. I felt cheap in a way because all the other sellers would try getting me to upgrade or buy things I didnt need. Monique your the best .Thank you for making me & other people feel comfortable.

This is seriously the worst service I have had in my life. Towers are always down but yet still charge me full price, Terrible reps, terrible costumes service (611), terrible data, boost up is a rip off even if you pay it off you HAVE TO WAIT UP TO 12 months to use your phone somewhere else. So what you’re telling me if I don’t want to have this terrible service I don’t have no other choice but to stick with them even if I PAYED my Boost Up! It’s a scam everything they tell you. I been a costumer for 3 years and also worked for boost myself and I personally recommend for EVERYONE to get your valuable money and take it somewhere where it’s actually worth our hard working money.
